According to claim 1, a beverage container with a closable interior and a drinking straw connected to the interior and designed to regulate the flow rate is proposed, the drinking straw comprising a first tubular section and a second tubular section which is inserted into the first section and movable relative thereto, the first section and the second section each having an inlet opening at a lower end and an outlet opening at an upper end, the first section and the second section each having a closed bottom at the lower end and directly above the closed base each have a recess designed as an inlet opening with a corresponding contour and extending in sections in the circumferential direction of the first section or of the second section, the recesses changing around as a result of a relative movement of the second section whose longitudinal axis can be transferred into a closed position, in which the recesses of the second section and the first section are closed by the lateral surface of the respective other section of the drinking straw, into a drinking position of the drinking straw, in which the recesses overlap one another at least in sections in order to allow a flow through to allow the drinking straw. The second section of the drinking straw is transferred from the closed position to the drinking position and vice versa by a rotary movement about the longitudinal axis of the drinking straw. In particular, a rotary movement of the second section by up to 180° may be necessary in order to move the two recesses of the first section and the second section, which are designed as inlet openings, from the closed position to a congruent position in the drinking position, in which the maximum flow through the drinking straw can be reached. The drinking straw thus acts like an adjustable inflow fitting, because here the inflow of the liquid in the beverage container is determined like turning off a water tap.

The recesses can preferably have a circular, oval or semi-oval shape. Starting from the closed bottom, the recesses can extend in the longitudinal direction of the first and of the second section. In this way, any remaining liquid residue can be minimized when the beverage container is emptied. The recesses form interfaces whose adjustable overlap serves to regulate the inflow through the drinking straw. Arranged directly above the closed base of the first section or of the second section means that the respective recess at least touches the respective base.

Since the recesses are arranged directly above the respective closed base of the first section and the second section and if the first section and the second section extend essentially to the base in the interior of the beverage container, a residual amount of liquid remaining in the beverage container can be minimized .

Furthermore, the first section and the second section can have approximately the same length.

At least one radial, inwardly directed projection can preferably be arranged below the outlet opening of the first section. The inner diameter of the projection is dimensioned in such a way that it encloses the inserted second section in a form-fitting manner. The radial projection on the first section has a sealing function.

In addition, at least one radial, outwardly directed projection can be arranged on the second section, with which the second section is supported on the radial projection after it has been introduced into the first section. The dimensions of the radial projection of the second section are selected in such a way that the radial projection bears against the inner wall of the first section in a form-fitting manner. The projection can be formed on the second section.

Alternatively, at least the projection of the second section can be designed as an annular element which can be pushed onto the second section. The protrusion can be attached as a separately designed ring-shaped element on the second section.

In particular, the drinking straw can have an outflow section that is curved at least in sections at the upper end of the second section. The outflow section protrudes in particular from the interior of the beverage container. The liquid contained in the beverage container can be sucked in through the outflow section when the drinking straw is in the drinking position.

The first section can preferably be arranged on an inner wall section of the beverage container. The attachment of the first section simplifies the handling of the drinking straw, since the recess or inlet opening of the first section always assumes the same position relative to the second section. For the regulation of the inflow quantity it is only necessary to rotate the second section about the longitudinal axis in order to adjust the desired inflow quantity, which results from the degree of overlap of the two recesses.

In particular, the beverage container can have a lower container part and an upper container part, the lower container part having an outer diameter that is larger than an outer diameter of the upper container part, so that a radial shoulder is formed between the lower and the upper container part, in which a passage opening is arranged is, through which the second section can be inserted into the first section.

A recess can be formed on the outside of the upper container part adjacent to the through-opening, in which the outflow section of the second section of the drinking straw can be placed, the drinking straw being in the closed position interrupting the flow.

In order to transfer the drinking straw into the drinking position, the outflow section is pivoted out of the recess up to an angle of approximately 180°. In addition, the recess can be provided with a rubber body on its side facing the free end of the outflow section, which seals the free end of the outflow section in the stored position. The recess can be formed as a furrow or a joint in the upper container part, in which the outflow section can be placed when the drinking straw has been transferred to its closed position. The recess designed as a furrow or joint can accommodate the outflow section at least in sections in an essentially form-fitting manner.

The beverage container can preferably be in the form of a drinking bottle made from a plastic or a metal, in particular a light metal.

In a preferred development, the drinking straw has a pouring function. This occurs when the two recesses of the first and second sections are brought into congruence. By swiveling the beverage container transversely to the longitudinal axis of the drinking straw, liquid can flow out through the drinking straw without the need for a suction effect.

The multiple function that can be achieved by the beverage container and the drinking straw has the advantage that the contents of the beverage container are secured. For example, when driving a car or in professional cycling, you can drink from the respective beverage container without the driver's head having to be tilted upwards and clothing or the surrounding area getting dirty from leaking liquid during the (car) journey.

In order to ensure that the beverage container in question has not been touched beforehand, in the sense of not being used, a seal (e.g at the honey container). As a result, this seal is first broken when it is used for the first time.

The beverage container can particularly preferably be designed as a beverage bottle or a beverage carton (Tetra Pak).

According to an embodiment that is not claimed, a beverage container with a closable interior space and a drinking straw connected to the interior space, which is designed to regulate the inflow quantity, is proposed, the drinking straw comprising a first tubular section and a second tubular section which can be inserted into the first section and movable relative thereto, the first section and the second section each being provided with an inlet opening at a lower end and an outlet opening at an upper end, the first section having a closed bottom at the lower end and a closed bottom above the closed bottom has sections extending in the circumferential direction of the first section as an inlet opening recess which is arranged directly above the closed bottom of the first section, wherein the recess by a relative movement of the second section in a Closing position of the drinking straw, in which the recess of the first section is closed by the lateral surface of the second section, can be converted into a drinking position of the drinking straw, in which the recess allows flow through the drinking straw. The second section of the drinking straw is transferred from the closed position to the drinking position and vice versa by a longitudinal movement in the axial direction of the first section. Pulling out the second section in sections makes it possible to remove the liquid contained in the beverage container by at least partially releasing the recess or the inlet opening in the first section. By pushing in the second section until it reaches the bottom of the first section, the recess in the first section is closed again. The residual amount of liquid remaining in the beverage container can be minimized by the recess arranged directly above the closed base of the first section.

In particular, the recess of the first section can have a circular, oval or semi-oval shape. Arranged directly above the closed bottom means that the recess at least touches the bottom of the first section.

The inner diameter of the first section can preferably decrease from its inlet opening at the lower end to its outlet opening at the upper end. The first section can in particular have a conical profile in the axial direction.

Furthermore, the second section can have an outer diameter, in particular a continuous one, which is smaller than the inner diameter of the first section at its upper end. As a result, the extension length of the second section can be limited relative to the first section.

According to a preferred development, two radially outwardly directed projections can be formed on the second section in the area above the recess of the first section, which are spaced apart from one another in the axial direction. The in particular ring-shaped projections serve on the one hand to ensure the stable holding of the drinking straw during use and on the other hand they prevent the contents of the beverage container in the second section protruding higher than where these ring-shaped projections are located. The projections thus also have a sealing function. Furthermore, the second projection - viewed from the bottom of the beverage container, the projection arranged at a greater distance from the bottom on the second section - sticks at most where the first section has an inside diameter that is smaller than the outside diameter of the projection on the first section.

The interior can preferably be resealable by a closure element, the closure element being designed as a safety cap or a lever tab. After the first actuation to open the beverage container, the closure element remains connected to the latter in such a way that an opening point released by the closure element can at least be covered.

In particular, the free end of the second section of the drinking straw can protrude from the interior in sections below the closure element. By opening the beverage container by means of the closure element, the second section of the drinking straw is made accessible in order to be able to pull it out section by section. The mutually spaced projections on the second section are also pulled upwards.

In order to be able to enjoy the contents of the beverage container several times, the second section can be pressed back down to the bottom of the first section of the drinking straw. The air that is inside the first section of the drinking straw and with the help of the two outer annular projections on the second section forces all the liquid that is still in the drinking straw out there and back into the can, so that the drinking straw becomes substantially free of the liquid. When the bottom of the beverage container is reached, the end of the first section meets the closed bottom of the second section, as a result of which the recess is closed, so that everything becomes tight. Because of the two ring-shaped projections, no more liquid can escape. Consequently, the regulation of the inflow volume also comes into play at this point.

The first section and the second section can preferably consist of a plastic and/or aluminum. The first section is preferably made of aluminum or a transparent plastic. The second section is preferably made of aluminum. The closure element designed as a safety cap or lever flap and the drinking straw in shiny aluminum can preferably be selected in order to make an interesting and exciting impression, especially among young consumers.

The beverage container can particularly preferably be designed as a beverage can.

If a transparent plastic is used as the material for the second section of the drinking straw, then recycling must be according to today's State of the art: The used beverage can is completely crushed and placed in a water bath. Here the plastic, which floats to the top because of its lightness, is separated from the rest of the beverage can.

The present invention is explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

In 1 a drinking straw 1 set up for regulating the inflow when sucking in from a beverage container 14 is shown schematically. The drinking straw 1, also referred to as a straw because it was originally made from straw, comprises a first tubular section 2 and a second tubular section 3. The second section 3 is followed by an outflow section 4.

The first section 2 has a length of 130 mm and an inner diameter of 6.2 mm. The first section 2 has a closed end at one end Floor 5, which completely closes the first section 2 in the longitudinal axis 12 of the drinking straw 1 radial direction. There is an outlet opening 6 at the opposite end. Immediately above the closed base 5 there is an inlet opening 7, which extends in sections in the circumferential direction of the first section 2. The inlet opening 7 is designed as a semi-oval recess 7a, which extends in sections in the circumferential direction of the first section 2 . Starting from the base 5, the recess 7a has an axial extension of 8 mm. Below the outlet opening 6 of the first section 2 there is a circumferential, inwardly directed projection 8 . The peripheral projection 8 has a depth of 0.2 mm, ie a radial extent of 0.1 mm, so that the inside diameter of the first section 2 narrows to 6 mm at this point. Seen from the bottom of the beverage container 14, the circumferential projection is arranged in the first section 2 at a height of 120 mm.

The second section 3 has a length of 130 mm and an inner diameter of 6 mm. The second section 3 has a closed bottom 9 at one end, which completely closes the second section 3 in the radial direction. An outlet opening 11 is located at the opposite end. Directly above the closed bottom 9 is an inlet opening 10, which extends in sections in the circumferential direction of the second section 3. The inlet opening 10 is designed as a semi-oval recess 10a, which extends in sections in the circumferential direction of the second section 3 . Starting from the base 9, the recess 10a has an axial extent of 8 mm. The contour of the recess 10a corresponds to the contour of the recess 7a. The outflow section 4 has a length of 60 mm and an inclination of 45°. The inlet opening 10 or recess 10a is offset by 180° to the outlet opening 11 at the end of the outflow section 4 . Arranged directly above the closed bottom 5, 9 of the first section 2 or the second section 3 means that the respective recess 7a, 10a at least touches the respective bottom 5, 9.

The representation in 2 shows a schematic representation of a beverage container 14 designed as a beverage bottle with the drinking straw 1 according to FIG 1 in a locking position. The beverage container 14 comprises a lower container part 15 and an upper container part 16. The upper container part 16 has an opening for filling, which can be closed by a lid 17. The lower container part 15 has an outer diameter of 80 mm. The upper container part 16 has an outside diameter of 60 mm. Due to the reduction in diameter between the lower container part 15 and the upper container part 16, a radial step 20 is formed. A passage opening 21 through which the second section 3 of the drinking straw 1 can be inserted into the first section 2 is arranged in the radial shoulder 20 . The beverage container 14 can also be designed as a beverage carton with a drinking straw 1 that can be regulated with regard to the flow rate.

Adjacent to the passage opening 21, a recess 18 is formed on the outside of the upper container part 16, in which the outflow section 4 of the second section 3 of the drinking straw 1 can be placed. In the area of the outlet opening 11 of the outflow section 4 there is a rubber body 19 designed as a sealing element, which closes the outlet opening 11 in the stored position in order to prevent the liquid from escaping unintentionally. The recess 18 can be formed as a furrow or joint in the upper container part 16 . When the drinking straw 1 has been transferred to its closed position, the outflow section 4 is placed essentially in a form-fitting manner in the recess 18 designed as a furrow or joint.

The representation in 2 shows the drinking straw 1 in its closed position. In the closed position of the drinking straw 1, the inlet opening 7 of the first section 2 is closed by the lateral surface of the second section 3 and the inlet opening 10 of the second section 3 is closed by the lateral surface of the first section 2 by the recesses 7a, 10a being offset by 180° to one another are positioned.

The inlet opening 7 of the first section 2 and the inlet opening 10 of the second section 3 can be moved from the closed position of the drinking straw 1 into a drinking position by a relative movement of the second section 3 about the longitudinal axis 12 of the drinking straw 1 transfer. In the drinking position, the inlet openings 7 , 10 overlap one another at least in sections in order to allow a flow through the drinking straw 1 . The degree of overlap of the inlet openings 7, 10 regulates the flow rate through the drinking straw 1. It is actuated by pivoting the outflow section 4 about the longitudinal axis 12.

When a drink is required, the outflow section 4 of the drinking straw 1 is released from the above-mentioned recess 18 and the rubber body 19 and turned by up to 180° so that the recesses 7a and 10a of the first section 2 and the second section 3, which face away from one another in the closed position, are on the inside of the beverage container 14 fall into one another or lie congruently one above the other and the way for the penetration of the liquid contained in the beverage container 14 into the drinking straw 1 is completely opened.

On the one hand, the drinking straw 1 can be sucked for drinking, and on the other hand, the drinking straw 1 has a pouring function when the content in the beverage container 14 is poured like a glass, in particular without spilling.

After drinking, the outflow section 4 of the drinking straw 1 can be turned again and placed in the recess 18 with the rubber body 19 . Consequently, the function of the drinking straw 1 for regulating the inflow quantity comes into play at this point, because here the inflow of the liquid is determined like turning off a water tap.

In 3 an external view and an internal view of an upper side of a beverage container designed as a beverage can 22 according to a second embodiment are shown. The beverage can 22 has a can lid 23 which is provided with an opening 24 . The opening point 24 is closed by a closure element designed as a safety cap 25 or a lever tab. The safety cap 25 has a length of 20 mm and a width of 12 mm (similar to the scoop of a spoon), which is firmly connected to the beverage can 22 before opening and thus serves to guarantee that the beverage can 22 is not touched. When you open the beverage can 22, the safety cap 25 is opened and separated from the can lid 23 on one side. Although the safety cap 25 can be closed again because it is connected to the can lid 23 on one side to protect the contents of the beverage can 22, it is no longer completely integrally connected to the beverage can 22 as it was before the can was opened for the first time Beverage can 22 has been the case. Consequently, the safety cap 25 serves on the one hand to demonstrate that the beverage can 22 has not been touched and on the other hand to ensure that no foreign body penetrates into the beverage can 22 .

Unmittelbar oberhalb des geschlossenen Bodens 28 befindet sich eine abschnittsweise in Umfangsrichtung des ersten Abschnitts 27 erstreckende, als Eintrittsöffnung 30 ausgebildete Ausnehmung 30a. 4 shows a drinking straw 26 designed to regulate the inflow according to the second embodiment. The drinking straw 26 comprises a first tubular section 27 and a second tubular section 31. The second tubular section 31, which is used to remove liquid contained in the beverage can 22, can be inserted into the first section 27 after the beverage can 22 has been opened. The first section 27 and the second section 31 are each provided at a lower end with an inlet opening 30 and 32, respectively, and at an upper end with an outlet opening 29 and 33, respectively. The first section 27 has a closed bottom 28 at its lower end. Immediately above the closed bottom 28 there is a recess 30a which extends in sections in the circumferential direction of the first section 27 and is designed as an inlet opening 30 .

The first tubular section 27 is a 129 mm long tube made of either aluminum or a clear plastic. The first section 27 has an inner diameter of about 7 mm in the area of its inlet opening 30 and reaches the bottom of the beverage can 22. The recess 30a forming the inlet opening 30 at the lower end of the first section 27 (seen from the bottom 28 of the first section 27) has a semi-oval shape, with a width of 5 mm and, starting from the bottom 28, a height of 5 mm. The recess 30a is located immediately above the closed bottom 28 of the first portion 27. FIG. The upper part of the first section 27, which is connected to the can end 23 of the beverage can 22, has an inner diameter of about 6 mm. The first tubular section 27 tapers in the axial direction.

Der äußere Durchmesser des zweiten rohrförmigen Abschnitts 31 beträgt 5 mm.The second section 31 can be inserted into the first section 27 . The second section 31 is arranged in the first section 27 so as to be movable relative thereto in the axial direction, i.e. in the longitudinal direction of the first section 27. The second section 31 has a length of 132 mm and is preferably made of (shiny) aluminum. The second section 31 is approximately 2 mm longer than the beverage can 22 itself, so that the second section 31 projects out of the beverage can 22 or over the can lid 23 when the second section 31 reaches the bottom 28 of the first section 27 in this was inserted. The outer diameter of the second tubular portion 31 is 5 mm.

Viewed from the bottom 28 of the first section 27, the second section 31 contains, at intervals of 15 mm from one another, an outer circumferential projection 34, 35 which are designed as rings. The peripheral projections 34, 35 have a thickness of 1 mm, i.e. a radius of 0.5 mm. At the outlet opening 33 of the second section 31, which protrudes 2 mm beyond the can lid 23 from the beverage can 22, is the safety cap 25 or lever tab, by lifting the beverage can 22 is opened.

The representation in figure 5 FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of the beverage container 22 with the drinking straw 26 located therein according to FIG 4 .

Zugleich verschließt die Mantelfläche des zweiten Abschnitts 31 die Eintrittsöffnung 30 des ersten Abschnitts 27, d.h. die Ausnehmung 30a.The representation in figure 5 shows the drinking straw 26 according to the second embodiment in its closed position. In the closed position of the drinking straw 26, in which the second section 31 stands up on the base 28 of the first section 27, the inlet opening 32 of the second section 31 is closed by the base 28 of the first section 27. At the same time, the outer surface of the second section 31 closes the inlet opening 30 of the first section 27, ie the recess 30a.

In order to open the beverage can 22 and to move the drinking straw 26 into its drinking position, the safety cap 25 is lifted. Thereafter, the second section 31 is pulled out in the axial direction of the drinking straw 26 for drinking enjoyment. As a result, the two outer circumferential projections 34, 35 at the second portion 31 each fixed to the second portion 31 at intervals of 15 mm from each other is also pulled upward in the axial direction. On the one hand, these projections 34, 35 serve to securely hold the second section 31 of the drinking straw 26 during use and, on the other hand, they prevent the contents of the beverage can 22 from protruding or being able to rise higher in the first section 27 than where it is Projections 34, 35 are located. Furthermore, the second or upper projection 35—viewed from the bottom 28, the projection 35 which is 30 mm above the inlet opening 32—hangs at most where the first tubular section 27 has an inside diameter of 6 mm. As a result, the annular gap between the first section 27 and the second section 31 is sealed.

When a drink is required, the beverage can 22 is opened by a lever function using the safety cap 25 and the second section 31 protruding from the can lid 23 can be pulled out of the beverage can 22 by a maximum of 100 mm.

Bezugszeichenliste 1 Trinkhalm 28 Boden 2 Erster Abschnitt 29 Austrittsöffnung 3 Zweiter Abschnitt 30 Eintrittsöffnung 4 Ausströmabschnitt 30a Ausnehmung 5 Boden 31 Zweiter Abschnitt 6 Austrittsöffnung 32 Eintrittsöffnung 7 Eintrittsöffnung 33 Austrittsöffnung 7a Ausnehmung 34 Radialer Vorsprung 8 Vorsprung 35 Radialer Vorsprung 9 Boden 10 Eintrittsöffnung 10a Ausnehmung 11 Austrittsöffnung 12 Längsachse 13 Radialer Vorsprung 14 Getränkebehältnis 15 Unterer Behälterteil 16 Oberer Behälterteil 17 Deckel 18 Aussparung 19 Gummikörper 20 Radialer Absatz 21 Durchtrittsöffnung 22 Getränkedose 23 Dosendeckel 24 Öffnungsstelle 25 Sicherheitsklappe 26 Trinkhalm 27 Erster Abschnitt In order to be able to enjoy the contents of the beverage can 22 several times, the second section 31 can be pressed back down to the base 28 of the first section 27 in the beverage can 22 . When the second section 31 is pressed down, its outlet opening 33 is generally closed by the finger of a person using the drinking straw 26, so that air located inside the second section 31 cannot temporarily escape. The air that is inside the second section 31 and with the help of the two outer projections 34, 35 presses all the liquid that is still in the drinking straw 26 out there and back into the beverage can 22, so that the drinking straw 26 is completely becomes free of liquid. The end of the second section 31 thus meets the bottom 28 of the first section 27 at the end, so that everything becomes sealed and the drinking straw 26 is again in its closed position. And because of the two projections 34, 35, no more liquid can escape. Consequently, at this point comes the function of the drinking straw 26 to regulate the inflow to carry. The opening point 24 in the can lid 23 of the beverage can 22 can at least be covered by means of the closure element designed as a safety cap 25 or the lever tab. <b>Reference List</b> 1 drinking straw 28 floor 2 first section 29 exit port 3 second part 30 entry opening 4 outflow section 30a recess 5 floor 31 second part 6 exit port 32 entry opening 7 entry opening 33 exit port 7a recess 34 Radial protrusion 8th head Start 35 Radial protrusion 9 floor 10 entry opening 10a recess 11 exit port 12 longitudinal axis 13 Radial protrusion 14 beverage container 15 Lower tank part 16 Upper tank part 17 lid 18 recess 19 rubber body 20 Radial Heel 21 passage opening 22 soda can 23 can lid 24 opening point 25 safety flap 26 drinking straw 27 first section
