Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung (2) zum Drucken auf einer Oberfläche (16) eines Substrats (14),
    wobei die Vorrichtung (2) einen Druckabschnitt (4) mit mindestens einer ersten Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheit (20) und einer zweiten Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheit (22) aufweist,
    wobei die Vorrichtung ein Substrat (14), insbesondere eine Kunststofffolie umfasst, die vorzugsweise aus PVC, Vinyl, Polyethylen, Polypropylen oder PET hergestellt ist,
    wobei die Vorrichtung ein Stützfördermittel (40) umfasst, das ausgelegt ist, um das Substrat im Wesentlichen ohne mechanische Spannung aus der ersten Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheit in die zweite Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheit zu fördern, wobei die Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheiten derart angeordnet sind, um bei einem einzigen Durchgang auf die Oberfläche zu drucken, während sich das Substrat auf dem Stützfördermittel befindet, wobei die Oberfläche (16) eine glatte Oberfläche und das Substrat (14) ein flexibles Substrat ist, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Vorwärmabschnitt (10) umfasst, wobei der Vorwärmabschnitt (10) ausgelegt ist, um die glatte Oberfläche (16) des Substrats (14) vor dem Drucken durch die erste Druckeinheit (20) zu heizen, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    - jede der Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheiten (20, 22, 24, 26) ausgelegt ist, um mit Wasser-basierter Tinte zu drucken, vorzugsweise umfassen die Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheiten einen Tank, der Wasser-basierte Tinte enthält, und dadurch, dass
    - die glatte Oberfläche (16) des Substrats eine Rauheit von nicht mehr als 0,5 mm aufweist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens eine Trocknereinheit (30) umfasst, die nachgelagert von der ersten Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheit (20) und vorgelagert von der zweiten Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheit (22) angeordnet ist, und die Trocknereinheit ausgelegt ist, um die Tinte zu trocknen, die von der ersten Tintenstrahl-Druckeinheit gedruckt wurde.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Trocknereinheit eine Heißluft- oder eine IR-Trocknereinheit ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Nachkühlabschnitt (12) umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Stützfördermittel (40) ein Förderband (42) umfassen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Stützfördermittel (40) ausgelegt ist, um das Substrat (14) zu fördern, während es ausschließlich durch die Schwerkraft auf das Stützfördermittel aufgebracht ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Substratzufuhrabschnitt (6) umfasst, insbesondere entweder einen Spulenabwickler oder eine Bogenzufuhr, und einen Substratspeicherabschnitt (8), insbesondere eine Spulenaufnahme oder einen Bogenstapler.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die glatte Oberfläche (16) des Substrats eine Rauheit von nicht mehr als 0,25 mm und vorzugsweise von nicht mehr als 0,2 mm aufweist.
  9. Verfahren zum Drucken auf einer glatten Oberfläche eines Substrats unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Substrat ein Netz oder ein Bogen ist.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10 unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach mindestens Anspruch 7, wobei die Stützfördermittel mit einer Geschwindigkeit betrieben werden, die identisch mit der Geschwindigkeit des Substratzufuhrabschnitts und des Substratspeicherabschnitts (8) ist.
  12. Gedrucktes Produkt, umfassend ein Substrat (14), eine glatte Oberfläche (16) und ein Muster, das auf die glatte Oberfläche gedruckt ist, wobei das Muster durch das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11 erhalten wird.
