Claims (4)
- Procédé de renforcement d'un profil de chambre creuse (1, 1') comprenant un profil de renforcement (10, 10', 10''), le profil de chambre creuse (1, 1')- se composant au moins essentiellement de plastique,- présentant des parois extérieures de profil (2, 2') et des nervures intérieures (4-7, 4'-7') pour former les chambres creuses (15, 16, 17),- présentant une chambre de renforcement (3, 3') qui est formée dans des régions partielles par la paroi extérieure de profil (2) et dans d'autres régions partielles par les nervures intérieures (6, 7) du profil de chambre creuse (1, 1'),et le profil de renforcement (10, 10', 10'')- présentant plusieurs branches (12, 13, 14, 22, 22'),- étant enfoncé dans la chambre de renforcement (3, 3') et- étant fixé à celle-ci au moyen d'un vissage (18, 18') ou similaire traversant la paroi extérieure de profil (2) du profil de chambre creuse (1, 1'),- le profil de renforcement (10, 10', 10'') étant formé et enfoncé dans la chambre de renforcement (3, 3') de telle sorte que l'une des branches (13) du profil de renforcement dans la région du vissage ultérieur (18, 18') ou similaire soit d'abord espacée par rapport à la paroi extérieure de profil (2) et vienne en contact avec la paroi extérieure de profil (2) dans au moins une autre région,- le profil de renforcement (10, 10', 10''), lors du serrage du vissage (18, 18') ou similaire traversant la paroi extérieure de profil (2) du profil de chambre creuse (1, 1') subissant un mouvement de pivotement ou de rotation, et étant ainsi pressé, dans au moins une région du profil de renforcement (10, 10', 10'') espacée du vissage (18) ou similaire contre la paroi intérieure de la chambre de renforcement (3, 3').
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des régions (23, 23', 24) de la paroi intérieure de la chambre de renforcement (3, 3') contre laquelle est pressée le profil de renforcement (10, 10', 10'') fait partie de la paroi extérieure de profil (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des régions (23, 23', 24) de la paroi intérieure de la chambre de renforcement (3, 3') contre laquelle est pressé le profil de renforcement (10, 10', 10'') s'étend approximativement parallèlement à la surface visible depuis l'extérieur ou au plan du vitrage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de pivotement ou de rotation provoque une rotation du profil de renforcement (10, 10', 10'') d'au moins 3°.
