Claims (15)
- Elément de liaison (2) conçu pour relier des montants (41) et des traverses (42) de systèmes de façades, en particulier des systèmes de façades en verre, caractérisé par la présence d'un élément de liaison (2) en cornière dans lequel se trouve un logement (9) dédié à une cheville encliquetable (10), une cheville encliquetable (10) étant insérée dans ledit logement (9), au moins un canal de vissage (4, 5), destiné à des vis de fixation (44), étant prévu dans une aile (3) dudit élément de liaison (2) ; et par le fait que ladite cheville encliquetable est munie d'au moins un appendice (11, 12) par lequel elle est apte à prendre appui dans un perçage du montant (41).
- Elément de liaison selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la cheville encliquetable (10) est arrêtée dans le logement par compression, crantage, collage ou moyens similaires.
- Elément de liaison selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par la présence d'un logement (20) voué à une garniture d'étanchement (46).
- Elément de liaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une région adhérente (14) est prévue sur au moins une aile (3) dudit élément de liaison (2), sachant qu'il peut être prévu une pièce de guidage (21) conçue pour guider un adhésif, et/ou des perforations (15) et/ou des canaux (16) affecté(e)s à l'injection, à la distribution et/ou au contrôle de la distribution d'adhésif.
- Elément de liaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit élément de liaison (2) est produit à partir d'une pièce moulée, notamment d'une pièce moulée en métal, le canal de vissage (4, 5) pouvant être chemisé à l'aide d'un matériau en revanche plus tendre.
- Jeu d'outillage dévolu au positionnement d'un élément de liaison (2), conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans une traverse (42) combinée à un élément de liaison (2) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par la présence d'un outil de montage (51) doté d'un logement dédié à un ou plusieurs élément(s) de liaison (2), et d'une butée (52) conçue pour assurer l'emplacement correct dans la traverse (42).
- Jeu d'outillage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le logement est équipé en vue d'un actionnement par levier unique.
- Jeu d'outillage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé par la présence d'un outil de montage (61) pourvu d'un dispositif rotatif affecté au positionnement de la cheville encliquetable (10).
- Jeu d'outillage selon l'une des revendications 6, 7 ou 8, dévolu au montage, entre deux montants (41), de traverses équipées de l'élément de liaison (2) conforme à l'invention, caractérisé par la présence d'un outil de montage (71) muni d'un dispositif de guidage (73) dédié à la fixation sur un montant respectif.
- Jeu d'outillage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de guidage (73) recouvre le montant (41) pour l'essentiel au niveau de sa paroi latérale, et s'étend jusqu'au trou d'encliquetage (43) souhaité.
- Jeu d'outillage selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé par la présence d'un dispositif de retenue (72) apte à s'accrocher rigidement au montant (41).
- Utilisation d'un élément de liaison conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'au moins un élément de liaison (2) est inséré dans une traverse (42), ladite traverse (42) est ensuite reliée à un montant (41) conjointement audit élément de liaison (2), et une cheville encliquetable (10) prend appui dans un perçage dudit montant (41) par au moins un appendice.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que l'élément de liaison (2) est tout d'abord consigné à demeure dans la traverse (42), par une région adhérente (14), puis fixé définitivement dans ladite traverse (42) par injection d'adhésif fluide.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisée par le fait que, dans la région de la traverse (42), une vis (44) est vissée dans un canal de vissage (4, 5) de l'élément de liaison (2), de préférence dans le canal supérieur de vissage en présence de plusieurs canaux de vissage (4, 5) superposés.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 12, 13 ou 14, caractérisée par le fait qu'une garniture d'étanchement (46) apte à occulter au moins la translucidité de la liaison est insérée dans le logement (20), prévu dans l'élément de liaison (2), préalablement à la réunion de la traverse (42) et du montant (41).
