Claims (6)

  1. Traversée provisoire récupérable applicable dans la construction de voies ferrées sur plaques dotées de rails qui ne sont pas interconnectées et sont ancrées à l'aide de supports de bloc ou de plaque dotés d'inserts, et destinée à fixer et positionner dans un espace donné des rails (12) dotés d'un champignon (13) et d'un patin (14) définissant une surface de roulement et formant une voie et ses supports d'ancrage (20) tout en effectuant une procédure de montage, de nivellement et d'alignement de la voie et en coulant et faisant durcir sur une base en béton (22) un béton à prise (21) qui fixera définitivement ladite voie dans une position, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend:
    - une structure de support principale (1) destinée à être placée entre les rails (12) perpendiculairement à l'axe de la voie, ladite structure principale comportant, à ses extrémités opposées, des logements supérieurs (3) dans lesquels au moins une partie des champignons (13) des rails (12) est insérée et est supportée latéralement et verticalement, et des logements inférieurs (4) dans lesquels au moins une partie des patins (14) des rails respectifs (12) est supportée latéralement et verticalement dans une position donnée, ladite structure principale (1) comportant au moins deux systèmes d'ancrage (5) pour fixer de manière provisoire des pièces secondaires (2);
    - au moins deux pièces secondaires (2) comportant : une ailette inférieure (7) dotée d'un logement (8) ou similaire pour la fixation provisoire à au moins un système d'ancrage (5) de l'extrémité latérale respective de la structure principale (1) et censée être positionnée sous le rail (12) correspondant sans interférence avec une surface de roulement (23) de la voie, et une ailette verticale (9) placée sur la face externe du rail (12) correspondant,
    - des mécanismes de serrage (10) montés sur les ailettes verticales (9) des pièces secondaires (2) et censés pousser les rails (12) depuis la face externe de la voie contre les logements (3, 4) de la structure principale (1) ; ladite structure principale (1) déterminant, dans la position opérationnelle de poussée des mécanismes de serrage (10), l'écartement de la voie et l'inclinaison des rails (12) par rapport à la surface de roulement (23).
  2. Traversée provisoire récupérable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins deux mécanismes de réglage en hauteur (6) de structure principale (1) pour maintenir les rails (12) et leurs supports (20) à une hauteur et une position adéquates par rapport à la base en béton (22) au cours du durcissement du béton à prise (21) qui fixe définitivement les supports (20) sur ladite base en béton (22).
  3. Traversée provisoire récupérable selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les mécanismes de réglage en hauteur (6) sont situés aux extrémités de la structure principale (1).
  4. Traversée provisoire récupérable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'ailette verticale (9) des pièces secondaires comporte au moins une saillie (11) située sous le mécanisme de serrage (10) et censée reposer sur une face supérieure du patin du rail (14) et empêcher la pièce secondaire (2) d'osciller par rapport au système d'ancrage (5) de la structure principale (1) pendant que le mécanisme de serrage (10) agit latéralement contre le rail (12) et exerce une poussée contre la structure principale (1).
  5. Traversée provisoire récupérable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la structure de support principale (1) est formée d'une seule pièce dépourvue d'éléments détachables, dans laquelle les logements (3, 4) destinés au support latéral des champignons (13) et des patins (14) des rails (12) respectifs ont des faces verticales disposées parallèlement les unes vis-à-vis des autres, de sorte à faire se retourner (15) la structure principale (1) dans la même direction que l'axe des rails (12) et à la faire tourner ensuite (16) pour la retirer d'entre les rails de la voie.
  6. Traversée provisoire récupérable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les mécanismes de réglage en hauteur (6) sont indépendants de la structure principale (1) et sont incorporés dans une sous-structure de support (17) située entre les rails et équipée d'un mécanisme de glissement et de guidage (18) et d'un mécanisme de verrouillage en position (19) permettant à la structure principale (1) d'être déplacée transversalement par rapport aux mécanismes de réglage en hauteur et à la voie d'être alignée sans devoir déplacer la sous-structure de support (17).
