Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a lighting device for shelves and a shelf having the lighting device.
  • Lighting devices of shelves are known from the prior art, as they are used for example in supermarkets. These shelves relate in particular to so-called dry shelves, which are to be distinguished, for example, from refrigerated shelves or the like.
  • the lighting devices have the task of illuminating the product presented on the shelves.
  • a first variant provides the attachment of the light source 102 on the underside of a shelf 101 of a shelf 100 before. Since corresponding shelves 100 usually have metal floors, in this case, the attachment to the shelf 100 by means of magnets. Thus, the light sources or their carrier are equipped with magnets and can thus be attached to the shelf bottom. In this case, the product P is illuminated from the top.
  • the price tag 103 has such a profile shape that the snapping or latching of a light source 102, preferably an elongated transparent tube, in which a corresponding light source is arranged, is made possible on the underside of the price tag 103.
  • a matching luminaire profile element is snapped onto the existing price tag 103, which enables the light source 102 to be received on the price tag 103.
  • the price tag 103 equipped with the light source 102 is then in turn attachable to the end profile of the shelf 101, as in FIG. 8 shown.
  • a lighting device for shelves which has a profile body with a light element arranged thereon. On one longitudinal side of the profile body approaches for a latching connection with an end profile of a shelf. On the opposite side of the profile body also has such projections.
  • the lighting unit for arrangement on the end faces of a furniture shelf is known.
  • the lighting unit comprises a housing element which is U-shaped in cross section and in which an LED row is arranged.
  • the housing element is connected via a snap connection with a reflection element.
  • a luminaire with a profile-shaped housing is known, are arranged in the light emitting units.
  • the housing has a harpoon bar for attachment to a shelf.
  • a cover is held on the housing via a latching connection.
  • a lighting device for a shelf which has an elongated profile body, and at least one arranged in the profile body lighting element.
  • the profile body has on a longitudinal side on a first holding profile to be attached to a front profile of a shelf - in a geometrically corresponding manner.
  • the profiled body has at the first longitudinal side opposite the first longitudinal side opposite a second holding profile, which emulates the contour of the end profile according to a first aspect of the invention or formed according to a second aspect of the invention with the first holding profile geometrically corresponding.
  • “replication" of the end profile is understood to mean that, in particular, the geometrical regions of the shelf or end profile required for the attachment of the profile body are simulated or imitated by the second retaining profile, so that a part which is originally to be fastened to the end profile, such as, for example, a price tag or even another profile body, can be easily attached to the end face or the second holding profile of the profile element.
  • Reproducing may therefore also include an embodiment in which the second retaining profile is designed in such a way that, in addition to the elements to be provided on the end profile (eg price tags), other elements can also be attached.
  • geometrically correspondingly formed means that the two holding profiles are designed such that the first holding profile can theoretically be brought into engagement with the second holding profile;
  • the second holding profile has a contour which corresponds to that of the end profile of the shelf insofar as they have the same geometric areas required for the attachment of a price tag or even a further profile body.
  • a kind of adapter which can be attached to a "standard" shelf and thus can be attached, for example, like a price tag.
  • the so-provided adapter or profile body displaces the contour of the end profile of the shelf forward, thus forming the shelf front edge, and thus in turn offers a standardized profile on which, for example, all popular price tags can be attached.
  • the profile body thus provides enough space to provide a (standardized) lighting element therein.
  • Profile elements leads.
  • the shelves are more or less standardized, i. there are only a very limited number of different shelf types or shelf (front edge) profiles, so that only a small number of corresponding profile bodies or adapters must be provided in order to provide a holding device for all known price tag types.
  • the profile body in turn provides a standardized recording for lighting elements, which in turn leads to a small number of standardized lighting elements.
  • the proposed solution is accordingly much cheaper and, despite everything, more flexible.
  • the illumination device may be designed such that it radiates in the direction of an area above a plane connecting the first and the second retaining profile and extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profile body and / or in the direction of an area below this plane. It is thus also possible for the lighting device, in addition to the emission or light extraction downwards, to also illuminate the products in an overlying shelf area from below and thus to improve the illuminance and the illumination homogeneity, if a shelf area simultaneously from above as well as from below is illuminated. Overall, the light output, unlike in the known devices of the prior art, now not limited to certain directions.
  • At least two light-emitting elements can be provided, one of the light-emitting elements radiating in the direction of an area above the aforementioned plane (hereinafter also called “uplight”) and the other light-emitting element radiating in the direction of an area below this plane ( hereinafter also called “downlight”).

  • Such an optical element may, for example, be a Fresnel lens whose profile is, for example, introduced into the housing of the profile body. Due to the light emission surface, the light can be selectively decoupled from the profile body.
  • the light extraction can be further influenced and optimized by the use of optical elements (lens, scattering particles, phosphors) in the desired and arbitrary manner.

Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device for shelves and a shelf having the lighting device.

Lighting devices of shelves are known from the prior art, as they are used for example in supermarkets. These shelves relate in particular to so-called dry shelves, which are to be distinguished, for example, from refrigerated shelves or the like. The lighting devices have the task of illuminating the product presented on the shelves.

There are two basic variants for the attachment of a light source on shelves different to install a lighting device later and possible without the use of tools on the shelf. A first variant (see FIGS. 7a and 7b ) provides the attachment of the light source 102 on the underside of a shelf 101 of a shelf 100 before. Since corresponding shelves 100 usually have metal floors, in this case, the attachment to the shelf 100 by means of magnets. Thus, the light sources or their carrier are equipped with magnets and can thus be attached to the shelf bottom. In this case, the product P is illuminated from the top.

In the above-described solution is considered disadvantageous that the product P is illuminated in the first place from the top and thus does not ensure sufficient illumination of products P, which in particular close to the shelf edge facing the customer, not sure is. On the other hand, it would be desirable to enable illumination of (essentially) the front, that is to say from the perspective of the customer. This is the case with the second variant (see FIG. 8 ) of the prior art, in which the light source 102 is attached to a price tag 103. This is snapped onto a provided on the front or end face end profile of the shelf 101 of the shelf. The price tag 103 has such a profile shape that the snapping or latching of a light source 102, preferably an elongated transparent tube, in which a corresponding light source is arranged, is made possible on the underside of the price tag 103. In the solution according to the prior art, therefore, a matching luminaire profile element is snapped onto the existing price tag 103, which enables the light source 102 to be received on the price tag 103. The price tag 103 equipped with the light source 102 is then in turn attachable to the end profile of the shelf 101, as in FIG. 8 shown.

There are very different designs for the price tags, which is why in this known solution each individual design of aufzuschnappenden lighting profile element is required in order to provide light bulbs across shelves can. Each price tag variant thus requires its own luminaire profile element, or there is not enough space for a luminaire in the price tag.

From the WO 2008/152973 A1 a lighting device for shelves is known which has a profile body with a light element arranged thereon. On one longitudinal side of the profile body approaches for a latching connection with an end profile of a shelf. On the opposite side of the profile body also has such projections.

From the DE 20 2009 018 504 U1 a lighting unit for arrangement on the end faces of a furniture shelf is known. The lighting unit comprises a housing element which is U-shaped in cross section and in which an LED row is arranged. The housing element is connected via a snap connection with a reflection element.

From the US Pat. No. 6,558,017 B1 is a light unit known which can be pushed for attachment with a foot in a shield receiving channel of a shelf. On the opposite side of the foot, the lighting unit has a shield holder.

From the DE 20 2009 010 108 U1 a luminaire with a profile-shaped housing is known, are arranged in the light emitting units. The housing has a harpoon bar for attachment to a shelf. A cover is held on the housing via a latching connection.

It is thus an object of the invention to provide a lighting device for shelves and shelves with corresponding lighting devices in order to offer a more universal solution over the prior art, which allows the customer, in a simpler and more cost-effective Way to realize effective lighting of the product.

The object is solved by the features of the independent claims. The dependent claims further form the central idea of the invention in a particularly advantageous manner.

According to the invention, a lighting device for a shelf is provided, which has an elongated profile body, and at least one arranged in the profile body lighting element. The profile body has on a longitudinal side on a first holding profile to be attached to a front profile of a shelf - in a geometrically corresponding manner. The profiled body has at the first longitudinal side opposite the first longitudinal side opposite a second holding profile, which emulates the contour of the end profile according to a first aspect of the invention or formed according to a second aspect of the invention with the first holding profile geometrically corresponding.

In the context of the invention, "replication" of the end profile is understood to mean that, in particular, the geometrical regions of the shelf or end profile required for the attachment of the profile body are simulated or imitated by the second retaining profile, so that a part which is originally to be fastened to the end profile, such as, for example, a price tag or even another profile body, can be easily attached to the end face or the second holding profile of the profile element. Reproducing may therefore also include an embodiment in which the second retaining profile is designed in such a way that, in addition to the elements to be provided on the end profile (eg price tags), other elements can also be attached.

In the context of the invention, "geometrically correspondingly formed" means that the two holding profiles are designed such that the first holding profile can theoretically be brought into engagement with the second holding profile; Thus, the second holding profile has a contour which corresponds to that of the end profile of the shelf insofar as they have the same geometric areas required for the attachment of a price tag or even a further profile body.

With the lighting device according to the invention thus a kind of adapter is provided, which can be attached to a "standard" shelf and thus can be attached, for example, like a price tag. At the same time, the so-provided adapter or profile body displaces the contour of the end profile of the shelf forward, thus forming the shelf front edge, and thus in turn offers a standardized profile on which, for example, all popular price tags can be attached. The profile body thus provides enough space to provide a (standardized) lighting element therein.

With the solution according to the invention is thus proposed not to fasten the light source to the price tag, but instead to use an adapter which is attached directly to the shelf. This adapter can - as previously the price tag - attached to the front or the front side of the shelf (snapped on) and takes the light source. Since the shelf front edge is simulated by the profile body, for example, a price tag is no longer mounted on the shelf itself, but on the model of the body (second holding) profile. That means: from the point of view of the price tag nothing changes, as that the profile body simulates the shelf leading edge. Consequently, the customer can attach his previously used price tag in a known manner to the profile body (or its second holding profile), without the need for an adjustment or use of another price tag would be required.

Leuchten erfordern, was wiederum zu unzähligen Leuchten-Profilelementen führt. Another advantage therefore also lies in the fact that there are a very large number of different price tags which, in the solution according to the prior art, each require a corresponding adaptation of the luminaire profile elements for accommodating the luminous elements or luminaires, which in turn leads to countless luminaires. Profile elements leads. In contrast, the shelves are more or less standardized, i. there are only a very limited number of different shelf types or shelf (front edge) profiles, so that only a small number of corresponding profile bodies or adapters must be provided in order to provide a holding device for all known price tag types. The profile body in turn provides a standardized recording for lighting elements, which in turn leads to a small number of standardized lighting elements. The proposed solution is accordingly much cheaper and, despite everything, more flexible.

By accommodating the light-emitting element in the additional profile body or adapter, which slightly extends the shelf or the shelf to the front, it is now possible to improve the light-emitting element in comparison to previously known solutions and also to make it more variable. The arrangement of the light elements offset slightly by the extension of the shelf slightly outwards (with respect to the shelf) leads to a homogeneous illumination the goods from the front, so that the customer can perceive the products well in every position of the shelf.

Furthermore, the illumination device may be designed such that it radiates in the direction of an area above a plane connecting the first and the second retaining profile and extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profile body and / or in the direction of an area below this plane.

For radiating upwards and downwards, for example, at least two light-emitting elements can be provided, one of the light-emitting elements radiating in the direction of an area above the aforementioned plane (hereinafter also called "uplight") and the other light-emitting element radiating in the direction of an area below this plane ( hereinafter also called "downlight").

An optical light-directing element can be provided in the profile body in such a way that the light-directing element directs the light emitted by the at least one luminous element in at least one or more different directions and preferably in each case one light emission surface of the profile body for decoupling the light. The light-directing element may be a beam splitter, a reflector or a mirror. The reflective or reflective surface can be provided by a separate component in / on the profile body. Alternatively, (partial) regions of the profile body, to which the light emitting element emits light, may be provided with a reflective / reflective coating. The subregions may preferably be profiled, so that they also have optical properties (eg, light bundling or light scattering). It is thus possible, even with only one light-emitting element or a light source directed light emitted upwards and downwards. In this way, the uplight and the downlight are combined in one luminaire element, resulting in a reduction of the components and also a reduction of the manufacturing and operating costs.

The profile body has a light emitting surface for coupling out the light of the luminous element from the lighting device. The light-emitting surface can either be open (that is, for example, be formed as an opening in the profile body) or closed with an optically transparent region. In the latter case, the light-emitting surface may have a separate or integrally formed with the profile body optical element. Such an optical element may, for example, be a Fresnel lens whose profile is, for example, introduced into the housing of the profile body. Due to the light emission surface, the light can be selectively decoupled from the profile body. The light extraction can be further influenced and optimized by the use of optical elements (lens, scattering particles, phosphors) in the desired and arbitrary manner.

Preferably, the profile body holding elements for receiving the luminous element and for positioning the same in the profile body. Thus, a standardized device for recording also standardized trained Illuminated elements are provided. The holding elements can then be designed so that they can accommodate corresponding lighting elements in a simple manner (eg. By simple insertion).

The luminous elements, the holding elements and / or the light-guiding element are preferably adjustable, rotatable or pivotable in such a way that the emission direction and / or the emission angle of the illumination device are optionally adjustable. In other words, means are provided to adjust or adjust the light exit angle. In this way, the lighting device can be adapted to the individual conditions (product type, product size, product arrangement and product orientation, shelf spacing, shelf depth, etc.) by simply rotating or pivoting the lighting elements, holding elements and / or light-guiding elements.

The profile body is preferably produced at least partially from an optically transparent material, particularly preferably at least in a region which forms a light emission surface of the profile body for decoupling the light emitted by the at least one luminous element.

Along the longitudinal axis of the profile body, a plurality of lighting elements can preferably be distributed uniformly over the longitudinal axis. This leads to a homogeneous illumination of the product over the entire shelf width.

The luminous element can have an LED module, particularly preferably a luminaire, such as a luminous bar, which has at least one LED module, wherein the luminaire preferably has a carrier profile in which the LED modules embedded, and wherein the light preferably in the main direction of the light emitting element in front of the luminous element optical elements (eg lenses, globe top with / without scattering particles and / or phosphor, etc.).

According to a third aspect of the invention, a shelf is provided which has at least one shelf. The shelf again has an end profile on an end face, wherein a lighting device according to the invention is provided or attached to the front profile by means of the first holding profile corresponding to the end profile.

According to a fourth aspect of the invention, a shelf is provided which has at least one shelf, wherein the shelf again has an end profile on one end face. At the end profile, a lighting device is provided, which has an elongated profile body, and at least one arranged in the profile body luminous element. The profile body has on a longitudinal side on a first holding profile, which is fixed to the end profile of the shelf - in a geometrically corresponding manner. The profiled body has, on a longitudinal side facing away from the shelf, a second holding profile which simulates the contour of the end profile. The lighting device is preferably also designed in accordance with the previously described embodiments.

On the second holding profile, a further element may be attached, preferably a price tag or a lighting device according to the invention by means of the first holding profile.

FIGS. 1 to 6 show several embodiments and their embodiments of a lighting device 1 for a shelf 2 according to the invention. The lighting device 1 has an elongate profile body 3. The profile body 3 may be made of an optically transparent material, such as, for example, a transparent plastic; eg by means of an injection molding process. It is also conceivable that the profile body 3 is formed in one or more parts, wherein in a multi-part design, only a part of the profile body 3 must be made of an optically transparent material, as will be explained below. In addition, the profile body 3 may be made of a different material, such as steel or aluminum.

The profile body 3 has a first holding profile 30 on a longitudinal side 31. This first retaining profile 30 is designed such that it can be attached to a frontal profile 20 of a shelf 2. As in the Figures 2 . 4 and 5 shown, the end face of the "standard" shelf floor, for example, a U-end profile 20 on. The first retaining profile 30 (geometrically) corresponding to the end profile 20 of the shelf 2 has a J-profile shape, which is hooked with a hook-shaped longitudinal leg 32 into the upper end 22 of the leg 21 of the U-end profile 20 which is at a distance from the shelf 2. By a rotary movement (see arrow X in FIG. 2 ) around the upper point 22 of the leg 21, the lower leg 33 of the J-holding profile is guided under the connecting leg 23 of the U-end profile 20. Here, the lower leg 33 of the J-holding profile engages behind with a provided on the longitudinal leg 32 spaced from the locking projection 34 the A portion of the longitudinal leg 32 is in the locked position of the J-holding profile 30 in abutment with the spaced apart from the shelf 2 leg 21 of the U-end profile 20 to support the profile body 3. In this way, a simple and secure attachment of the profile body 3 by means of the first holding profile 30 can be provided on the end profile 20 of the shelf 2. It should be noted that the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment of the profiles, as long as they allow a connection of the profile body 3 with the shelf 2.

The profiled body 3 has a second holding profile 35 on the first longitudinal side 31, which has the first holding profile 30, and has a second longitudinal side 36 opposite to it. According to a first aspect of the invention, the second retaining profile 35 forms the contour of the end profile 20 of the shelf 2 after. This means that the second holding profile 35 in particular has the fastening areas of the shelf 2 or its end profile 20 necessary for securing a further element (such as a price tag 70 or another lighting device 1 or profile body 3). In the aforementioned example of a U-end profile, this would be in particular the upper point 22, a support point on the longitudinal legs and a latching element 24, which corresponds to a latching projection 34. In the Figures 2 . 4 and 5 In fact, substantially the entire contour of the end profile 20 of the shelf 2 is mimicked or replicated essentially identically. However, this is not absolutely necessary as long as a known locking is given with correspondingly necessary areas.

According to a second aspect of the invention, the second holding profile 35 is formed with the first holding profile 30 geometrically corresponding. In other words, the second retaining profile 35 has such a profile shape that it can theoretically be fastened to the first retaining profile 30; For example, in a way in which also the first holding profile 30 and the end profile 20 can be fastened.

The second retaining profile 35 serves to accommodate a further element which would normally be provided in the prior art directly on the end profile 20 of the shelf 2. This may, for example, be a price tag 70 with a profile corresponding to the end profile 20 and the second holding profile 35. However, it is also conceivable that the second holding profile 35 of a lighting device 1, a further lighting device 1 is provided by means of the first holding profile 30 and so on. In this way, the shelf of a shelf 2 can be increased, the lighting properties improved and the light intensity can be increased. Preferably, a closing element, such as, for example, an abovementioned price tag 70, is attached or provided to the sole or the second holding profile furthest from the shelf 2.

In the profile body 3 is preferably at least one, in FIG. 4 are two, or more light elements 4 arranged. The luminous element 4 preferably has an LED module 40 (LED chip on carrier (printed circuit board)). The LED module 40 can have one or more monochromatic or differently colored LED chips. Furthermore, the LED module 40 may be provided with a globe top, in which scattering particles and / or phosphors are provided. For example, a blue LED with yellow phosphor can be provided to obtain preferably white light.

The light-emitting element 4 particularly preferably has a light 41. In the illustrated embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 6, this is preferably a luminescent rod which has at least one or more LED modules 40. Other light sources are conceivable, such as e.g. Incandescent lamps, fluorescent tubes (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp, CCFL) or plasma lamps. The aforementioned LED modules 40 are preferably embedded in a carrier profile 42. In a preferred embodiment, the luminaire 41 or the luminous element 4, viewed in the main emission direction H of the luminous element 4, has optional optical elements 43 in front of the luminous element 4. These optical elements can e.g. Lenses, Globe-top and the like include, which preferably additionally or alternatively have scattering particles and / or phosphors (color conversion particles).

Along the longitudinal axis L of the profile body 3 (see FIG. 6 ) Preferably, a plurality of lighting elements 4 are arranged. These can be distributed uniformly over the longitudinal axis L. However, it is also conceivable that depending on the application and function of the lighting device 1, a different distribution of the lighting elements 4 is provided.

The luminous element 4 or the profile body 3 are preferably designed such that the luminous element 4 can be easily inserted or pushed into the profile body 3. For this purpose, the profile body 3 preferably in its interior holding elements 37, 38 for receiving the luminous element 4 and positioning the same in the profile body 3. In particular, the embodiment of the FIG. 5 shows a holding element 38, which seen in the longitudinal direction L of the profile body 3 and lighting element 4, the light-emitting element 4 at least partially surrounds or surrounds, that it is held by the holding element 38 at least in the direction transverse to the longitudinal axis L seen. An exact positioning of the luminous element 4 in the profile body 3 also in the direction along the longitudinal axis L thereof can be provided either by lateral cover flaps of the profile body 3 and / or corresponding latching elements in the profile body 3 or its holding elements 37, 38 and the luminous element 4. It is also conceivable to otherwise fix the luminous element 4 in the profile body 3, for example by means of gluing, screwing, latching, clamping and the like.

The illumination device 1 radiates by means of the luminous element 4 in the direction of an area above a plane E connecting the first retaining profile 30 and the second retaining profile 35 and extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis L, and / or in the direction of an area below this plane E. In other words, with the lighting device 1, both a downward emission, as well as a radiation upward or a radiation can be provided up and down. Preferred embodiments for providing one or both of the aforementioned emission directions are explained in more detail below by way of example.

It has already been mentioned that the profile body 3 can be made at least partially of an optically transparent material. In this case, the profile body 3 can either be made entirely of the optically transparent material or at least partially made of the same. It should be noted that preferably at least in a region which forms a light emission surface S of the profile body 3 for decoupling the light emitted by the at least one luminous element 4, the profile body 3 is made of an optically transparent material. alternative can the profile body 3 in this area also open (ie with an opening) may be formed. The light emission surface S is consequently formed by a transparent region of the profile body 3 or an open region in the profile body 3 for the light exit. Moreover, that is, except the light emitting surface S, the material may not be transparent (ie, for example, be provided in several parts), wherein the non-transparent regions of a non-transparent plastic or other opaque material, such as. Steel sheet or aluminum produced are. Both in the one-piece and the multi-part design of the profile body 3, the profile body 3 may have shading means which prevent radiation or extraction of the light outside of the light emitting surface S. These shading means may be provided separately or formed integrally with the profile body 3. It is also conceivable that, for example, the optically transparent material of the profile body 3 are provided at corresponding areas outside the desired Lichtabstrahlbereichs and the light emitting surface S with an opaque coating. The fact that the light is preferably emitted only by the desired light emitting surface S, for example, a dazzling of the customer by forward (ie away from the shelf) emitted light can be avoided.

If the profile body 3 is designed in several parts, then the profile body parts can be locked together in a simple manner by means of latching elements or even glued, screwed or connected in any other way to form the profile body 3. Thus, for example, the different profile body parts depending on the requirement of whether an uplight, a downlight or both is desired, be assembled from appropriate transparent and non-transparent parts modular.

The light emission surface S of the profile body 3 for decoupling the light of the luminous element 4 may have a separate or integrally formed with the profile body 3 optical element 50. If the light emission surface S is formed integrally with the profile body 3, the optical element 50 can likewise be formed integrally with the light emission surface S or the profile body 3. Alternatively, the light emission surface S, whether formed by an opening in the housing of the profile body 3 or by the optically transparent material of the profile body 3 itself, be covered by a separate optical element 50. As an optical element 50 is preferably a Fresnel lens into consideration, which may be provided separately or provided by appropriate profiling of the profile body 3 in the region of the light emitting surface S. Of course, other optical elements are conceivable, which, for example, may also have scattering particles and / or phosphors. The optical element 50 may, alternatively or additionally, have light-directing or refractive effect, preferably in the optically transparent material of the light-emitting surface S or the material of a separately provided optical element 50, for example to direct the light efficiently towards the products P to steer on the shelf.

In order that the lighting device 1 can radiate bi-directionally, ie upwards (uplight) and downwards (downlight), as described above, the lighting device 1 can be designed in different ways. Preferred embodiments are in the FIGS. 3 to 6 are shown and described below.

According to a first embodiment of the FIGS. 3 and 4 may be at least two for bidirectional radiation Illuminating elements 4 may be provided. In this case, one of the lighting elements 4 (uplight U) radiates in the direction of an area above the plane E, while the other lighting element 4 (downlight D) radiates in the direction of an area below the plane E. This is schematically in the FIG. 3 shown. An exemplary and more detailed embodiment is the FIG. 4 refer to. In this case, the lighting device 1 has two lighting elements 4 (preferably in the form of elongated lights 41 or transparent tubes with LED modules 40 on carrier profiles 42). These are provided on opposite sides of a holding element 37, which extends substantially in the plane E between the first holding section 30 and the second holding profile 35, and radiate away from the holding element 37 (ie also from each other). Preferably, the lighting elements 4 for the upper area (uplight) and the lower area (downlight) are each provided on holding element areas 370, 371 of the holding element 37, which are inclined with respect to the plane E in such a way that the lighting elements 4 move in the direction of the shelves 2 and are inclined to the first holding section 30. In FIG. 4 the two holding element areas 370, 371 are inclined at the same angle (a = β). However, it is also conceivable that the angles (a, β) are different. Thus, for example, the upwardly radiating light element 4 (uplight) can be adjusted to be shallower than the downwardly radiating light element 4 (downlight). In this case, α> β, in order to avoid dazzling of the customer by upward radiating light; for example, when the customer is leaning toward the shelf to retrieve a product P from the shelf, especially a rear portion of the shelf.

In each case one, one group or all lighting elements 4 can be assigned a holding element area 370, 371. To a radiation on the products P on the shelves 2 to allow light emission surfaces S in the profile body 3 are provided both in front of the upper lamp element 4 and in front of the lower lamp element 4.

In order to direct the emission direction of the light emitted by the respective light elements 4 specifically to the products P on the shelves 2 or to compensate for different distances between adjacent shelves 2, means are preferably provided to adjust the light exit direction and / or the light exit angle of the light elements 4 or to adjust. In this way, hereinafter in more detail by way of examples described manner, the light of the luminous element 4 thus occurs more or less obliquely from the profile body 3; Also, the light exit angle can be adjusted by this. Thus, the light emitting surface S may have a preferably exchangeable optical element 50, with which the light exit angle can be adjusted in a targeted manner; for example, by a targeted refraction of light.

It is alternative or (as in FIG. 4 shown) additionally also conceivable that the holding member 37 is provided so movable that the radiation angle of the lighting elements 4 can be set individually and optionally; stepless or gradual. In order to independently align the lighting elements 4 for the upper area (uplight) and the lower area (downlight), the holding element 37 may have the corresponding holding element areas 370, 371, which are particularly preferably independently movable / pivotable / rotatable about a pivot point 372.

The mobility or adjustability of the holding elements 37, 38 or holding element regions 370, 371 can be provided by a twisting or pivoting of the respective element become. For this purpose, the corresponding element may, for example, be formed with a hinge. It is also conceivable for the elements to be pivoted to have an area extending along the longitudinal axis L of the profile body 3 with a lesser material thickness (for example a groove, see pivot point 372 in FIG FIG. 4 ), around which the element (eg holding element regions 370, 371) is pivotable or rotatable.

In addition to the holding elements 37, 38 or their holding element areas 370, 371, the lighting elements 4 can also be adjustable in their emission direction; For example, by these are arranged inclined in the profile body 3 according to the desired emission direction or, for example, the LED modules 40 are arranged tiltably in the lamp body of the lamp 41.

Figures 5 and 6 show a second embodiment for a bi-directional radiation. As in FIG. 5 3, an optical light-guiding element 60 may be provided in the profile body 3, which deflects the light emitted by the at least one light-emitting element 4 in at least one or more different directions and preferably in each case one light-emitting surface S of the profile body 3 for coupling out the light.

The light-directing element 60 can, for example, be a simple reflector or mirror which deflects the light emitted by the light-emitting element 4 in such a way that it is directed by a light-emitting surface S to a shelf area above or below the shelf 2 or the level E.

However, it is also conceivable that the light-guiding element 60 is designed as a beam splitter 61, as in FIG FIG. 5 shown. A beam splitter preferably has several legs 610, 611, which are inclined with respect to a perpendicular to the main emission direction H of the luminous element 4 extending plane F; preferably inclined away from the luminous element 4. By means of such a beam splitter 61, the light can be directed to different points or areas in a shelf area B above or below the shelf 2. However, it is also conceivable that a beam splitter 61 deflects the light of a single luminous element 4 both upwards and downwards, as shown in FIG FIG. 5 is shown. According to such an embodiment, the lighting element 4 for the uplight and the downlight can be combined in one element. In this case, the light emitted by a luminous element 4 strikes both legs 610, 611 of the beam splitter 61 and is deflected in different directions in order then to radiate through different light emitting surfaces S into both upper and lower shelf regions B.

It can be assigned to each individual, a group (eg uplight or downlight) or all lighting elements 4, a corresponding light-guiding element 60. It can be assigned to the light elements 4 and different light-directing elements 60.

In diesem Fall gilt γ < δ. Also, the light-deflecting element 60 or the individual legs 610, 611 of the beam splitter 61 can also be adjusted in their angle or adjustable; in the latter case, preferably around a pivot point 612, as described above with respect to the holding element areas 370, 371. The legs 610, 611 of the beam splitter 61 can therefore also be inclined away from the plane F by the same angle (γ = δ). However, the angles (γ, δ) can also differ, so that, for example, the upward-emitting light component of the luminous element 4 (uplight) can be adjusted to be shallower, as the downwardly radiating light portion of the luminous element 4 (downlight). In this case, γ <δ. Thus, a possible glare of the customer can be avoided.

The emission angle can also be achieved by an interaction of variable emission direction and optical elements 50 or opaque regions of the illumination device 1. Thus, for example, by moving a holding element region 370, 371 or a limb 610, 611 of the beam splitter 61, the light can thus fall onto the light emission surface S, an optical element 50 and / or the opaque regions of the profile body 3 when the light emission direction is adjusted. the beam angle is automatically reduced or enlarged.

The light-directing element 60 may be a separate component which can be inserted in the profile body 3 and fastened therein by means of fastening means (latching, screws, adhesive, etc.) or introduced and positioned in the profile body 3 during an injection molding process. It is also conceivable that the light-guiding element 60 is formed from a part of the profile body 3, which is correspondingly profiled and / or coated with a reflective or reflective coating.

With the aforementioned exemplary embodiments, the emission direction and / or the emission angle of the luminous element 4 can be changed in a simple manner; for example, even without manipulating the luminous element 4 itself. Preferably, the emission directions and angles of the uplight and the downlight can be adjusted independently of each other.

The invention is also directed to a shelf R itself, which has at least one shelf 2, which in turn has on its front side the above-described end profile 20. At the end profile 20, the lighting device 1 and the profile body 3 is provided or fixed in a manner also described above by means of the first holding profile 30 corresponding to the end profile 20. The profile body 3 has on a side facing away from the shelf 2 longitudinal side 36, a second holding profile 35, which simulates the contour of the end profile 20.

In FIG. 6 a shelf R is shown with two shelves 2, at the end profile 20 each a bi-directional lighting device 1 is arranged. It's the FIG. 6 clearly see that the slightly outward, so offset from the shelf 2 away arranging the light-emitting element 4 leads to improved illumination of the product P having shelf portion B. This is further improved by the fact that with respect to the shelf 2 and the profile body 3 also a radiation upward (uplight) takes place. This bi-directional radiation (uplight and downlight) leads to a particularly effective illumination of a shelf area B.

In the following, a method for attaching a lighting device 1 according to the invention to an end profile 20 of a shelf 2 will be described.

First, the profile body 3 of the lighting device 1 is equipped with at least one light-emitting element 4. Depending on the configuration, it is also possible to provide a plurality of lighting elements 4, optical elements 50, light-guiding elements 60 and the like. The thus equipped lighting device 1 can then be attached with its first holding profile 30 to the end profile 20 of the shelf 2, preferably snapped become. Then, the lighting elements 4, the holding elements 37, 38 and / or the light-guiding elements 60 can be adjusted according to the desired emission direction and the emission angle, preferably pivoted. Subsequently, a further element, such as, for example, a price tag 70 or another lighting element 1 with its first holding profile 30 can be clipped or snapped onto the second holding profile 35.

The aforementioned steps may also be performed in any other order.
