Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lighting device for shelves and a shelf having the lighting device.
- Lighting devices of shelves are known from the prior art, as they are used for example in supermarkets. These shelves relate in particular to so-called dry shelves, which are to be distinguished, for example, from refrigerated shelves or the like.
- the lighting devices have the task of illuminating the product presented on the shelves.
- a first variant provides the attachment of the light source 102 on the underside of a shelf 101 of a shelf 100 before. Since corresponding shelves 100 usually have metal floors, in this case, the attachment to the shelf 100 by means of magnets. Thus, the light sources or their carrier are equipped with magnets and can thus be attached to the shelf bottom. In this case, the product P is illuminated from the top.
- the price tag 103 has such a profile shape that the snapping or latching of a light source 102, preferably an elongated transparent tube, in which a corresponding light source is arranged, is made possible on the underside of the price tag 103.
- a matching luminaire profile element is snapped onto the existing price tag 103, which enables the light source 102 to be received on the price tag 103.
- the price tag 103 equipped with the light source 102 is then in turn attachable to the end profile of the shelf 101, as in FIG. 8 shown.
- a lighting device for shelves which has a profile body with a light element arranged thereon. On one longitudinal side of the profile body approaches for a latching connection with an end profile of a shelf. On the opposite side of the profile body also has such projections.
- the lighting unit for arrangement on the end faces of a furniture shelf is known.
- the lighting unit comprises a housing element which is U-shaped in cross section and in which an LED row is arranged.
- the housing element is connected via a snap connection with a reflection element.
- a luminaire with a profile-shaped housing is known, are arranged in the light emitting units.
- the housing has a harpoon bar for attachment to a shelf.
- a cover is held on the housing via a latching connection.
- a lighting device for a shelf which has an elongated profile body, and at least one arranged in the profile body lighting element.
- the profile body has on a longitudinal side on a first holding profile to be attached to a front profile of a shelf - in a geometrically corresponding manner.
- the profiled body has at the first longitudinal side opposite the first longitudinal side opposite a second holding profile, which emulates the contour of the end profile according to a first aspect of the invention or formed according to a second aspect of the invention with the first holding profile geometrically corresponding.
- “replication" of the end profile is understood to mean that, in particular, the geometrical regions of the shelf or end profile required for the attachment of the profile body are simulated or imitated by the second retaining profile, so that a part which is originally to be fastened to the end profile, such as, for example, a price tag or even another profile body, can be easily attached to the end face or the second holding profile of the profile element.
- Reproducing may therefore also include an embodiment in which the second retaining profile is designed in such a way that, in addition to the elements to be provided on the end profile (eg price tags), other elements can also be attached.
- geometrically correspondingly formed means that the two holding profiles are designed such that the first holding profile can theoretically be brought into engagement with the second holding profile;
- the second holding profile has a contour which corresponds to that of the end profile of the shelf insofar as they have the same geometric areas required for the attachment of a price tag or even a further profile body.
- a kind of adapter which can be attached to a "standard" shelf and thus can be attached, for example, like a price tag.
- the so-provided adapter or profile body displaces the contour of the end profile of the shelf forward, thus forming the shelf front edge, and thus in turn offers a standardized profile on which, for example, all popular price tags can be attached.
- the profile body thus provides enough space to provide a (standardized) lighting element therein.
- Profile elements leads.
- the shelves are more or less standardized, i. there are only a very limited number of different shelf types or shelf (front edge) profiles, so that only a small number of corresponding profile bodies or adapters must be provided in order to provide a holding device for all known price tag types.
- the profile body in turn provides a standardized recording for lighting elements, which in turn leads to a small number of standardized lighting elements.
- the proposed solution is accordingly much cheaper and, despite everything, more flexible.
- the illumination device may be designed such that it radiates in the direction of an area above a plane connecting the first and the second retaining profile and extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profile body and / or in the direction of an area below this plane. It is thus also possible for the lighting device, in addition to the emission or light extraction downwards, to also illuminate the products in an overlying shelf area from below and thus to improve the illuminance and the illumination homogeneity, if a shelf area simultaneously from above as well as from below is illuminated. Overall, the light output, unlike in the known devices of the prior art, now not limited to certain directions.
- At least two light-emitting elements can be provided, one of the light-emitting elements radiating in the direction of an area above the aforementioned plane (hereinafter also called “uplight”) and the other light-emitting element radiating in the direction of an area below this plane ( hereinafter also called “downlight”).
- An optical light-directing element can be provided in the profile body in such a way that the light-directing element directs the light emitted by the at least one luminous element in at least one or more different directions and preferably in each case one light emission surface of the profile body for decoupling the light.
- the light-directing element may be a beam splitter, a reflector or a mirror.
- the reflective or reflective surface can be provided by a separate component in / on the profile body.
- (partial) regions of the profile body, to which the light emitting element emits light may be provided with a reflective / reflective coating.
- the subregions may preferably be profiled, so that they also have optical properties (eg, light bundling or light scattering).
- the profile body has a light emitting surface for coupling out the light of the luminous element from the lighting device.
- the light-emitting surface can either be open (that is, for example, be formed as an opening in the profile body) or closed with an optically transparent region. In the latter case, the light-emitting surface may have a separate or integrally formed with the profile body optical element.
- Such an optical element may, for example, be a Fresnel lens whose profile is, for example, introduced into the housing of the profile body. Due to the light emission surface, the light can be selectively decoupled from the profile body.
- the light extraction can be further influenced and optimized by the use of optical elements (lens, scattering particles, phosphors) in the desired and arbitrary manner.
- the profile body holding elements for receiving the luminous element and for positioning the same in the profile body.
- a standardized device for recording also standardized trained Illuminated elements are provided.
- the holding elements can then be designed so that they can accommodate corresponding lighting elements in a simple manner (eg. By simple insertion).
- the luminous elements, the holding elements and / or the light-guiding element are preferably adjustable, rotatable or pivotable in such a way that the emission direction and / or the emission angle of the illumination device are optionally adjustable.
- means are provided to adjust or adjust the light exit angle.
- the lighting device can be adapted to the individual conditions (product type, product size, product arrangement and product orientation, shelf spacing, shelf depth, etc.) by simply rotating or pivoting the lighting elements, holding elements and / or light-guiding elements.
- the profile body is preferably produced at least partially from an optically transparent material, particularly preferably at least in a region which forms a light emission surface of the profile body for decoupling the light emitted by the at least one luminous element.

- a beam splitter preferably has several legs 610, 611, which are inclined with respect to a perpendicular to the main emission direction H of the luminous element 4 extending plane F; preferably inclined away from the luminous element 4.
- the light can be directed to different points or areas in a shelf area B above or below the shelf 2.
- a beam splitter 61 deflects the light of a single luminous element 4 both upwards and downwards, as shown in FIG FIG. 5 is shown.
- the lighting element 4 for the uplight and the downlight can be combined in one element.
- the light emitted by a luminous element 4 strikes both legs 610, 611 of the beam splitter 61 and is deflected in different directions in order then to radiate through different light emitting surfaces S into both upper and lower shelf regions B.
- each individual a group (eg uplight or downlight) or all lighting elements 4, a corresponding light-guiding element 60. It can be assigned to the light elements 4 and different light-directing elements 60.
- the light-deflecting element 60 or the individual legs 610, 611 of the beam splitter 61 can also be adjusted in their angle or adjustable; in the latter case, preferably around a pivot point 612, as described above with respect to the holding element areas 370, 371.
- the angles ( ⁇ , ⁇ ) can also differ, so that, for example, the upward-emitting light component of the luminous element 4 (uplight) can be adjusted to be shallower, as the downwardly radiating light portion of the luminous element 4 (downlight). In this case, ⁇ ⁇ .
- the emission angle can also be achieved by an interaction of variable emission direction and optical elements 50 or opaque regions of the illumination device 1.
- the light can thus fall onto the light emission surface S, an optical element 50 and / or the opaque regions of the profile body 3 when the light emission direction is adjusted. the beam angle is automatically reduced or enlarged.
- the light-directing element 60 may be a separate component which can be inserted in the profile body 3 and fastened therein by means of fastening means (latching, screws, adhesive, etc.) or introduced and positioned in the profile body 3 during an injection molding process. It is also conceivable that the light-guiding element 60 is formed from a part of the profile body 3, which is correspondingly profiled and / or coated with a reflective or reflective coating.
- the emission direction and / or the emission angle of the luminous element 4 can be changed in a simple manner; for example, even without manipulating the luminous element 4 itself.
- the emission directions and angles of the uplight and the downlight can be adjusted independently of each other.
- the invention is also directed to a shelf R itself, which has at least one shelf 2, which in turn has on its front side the above-described end profile 20.
- the lighting device 1 and the profile body 3 is provided or fixed in a manner also described above by means of the first holding profile 30 corresponding to the end profile 20.
- the profile body 3 has on a side facing away from the shelf 2 longitudinal side 36, a second holding profile 35, which simulates the contour of the end profile 20.
- FIG. 6 a shelf R is shown with two shelves 2, at the end profile 20 each a bi-directional lighting device 1 is arranged. It's the FIG. 6 clearly see that the slightly outward, so offset from the shelf 2 away arranging the light-emitting element 4 leads to improved illumination of the product P having shelf portion B. This is further improved by the fact that with respect to the shelf 2 and the profile body 3 also a radiation upward (uplight) takes place. This bi-directional radiation (uplight and downlight) leads to a particularly effective illumination of a shelf area B.
- the profile body 3 of the lighting device 1 is equipped with at least one light-emitting element 4.
- the lighting device 1 can then be attached with its first holding profile 30 to the end profile 20 of the shelf 2, preferably snapped become.
- the lighting elements 4, the holding elements 37, 38 and / or the light-guiding elements 60 can be adjusted according to the desired emission direction and the emission angle, preferably pivoted.
- a further element, such as, for example, a price tag 70 or another lighting element 1 with its first holding profile 30 can be clipped or snapped onto the second holding profile 35.
- the profile shape of the end profile 20 and the profile body 3 with the first and second retaining profile 30, 35 may be formed as desired, as long as they are formed correspondingly corresponding.
- a lighting element 1 can be equipped with any of the above-described elements individually and in combination with each other or complement each other. The equipping of the lighting element 1 with the respective components can by successive insertion and fixing or by encapsulation of the components in the production of the plastic profile body (part) sstatten.
- the profile body 3 is not limited to the above-described materials, as long as it allows the single or multi-part profile body 3 to emit light from the light-emitting element 4 in the shelf area B (preferably targeted and directed).
