Claims (11)

  1. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits, l'ouvrage de puits présentant un puits de profondeur et de forme définies, notamment de forme ronde, et une zone de sol, des ouvertures d'entrée étant prévues dans le puits, au moins une pompe étant prévue dans la zone de sol, la zone de sol étant réalisée sous la forme d'un puisard d'aspiration, notamment par des parties de paroi en biais, l'insert de sol étant réalisé sous la forme d'un élément de construction d'habillage formant paroi, sur lequel des dispositifs de fixation sont prévus pour des pièces mécaniques,
    dans lequel l'insert de sol est constitué d'un coffrage perdu, approximativement en forme de demi-sphère, muni d'une partie de sol (2) plane et ronde, et forme le puisard d'aspiration, une paroi de fixation verticale étant réalisée dans le puisard d'aspiration, la partie de sol et la paroi de fixation verticale formant un angle stable rigidifié qui constitue le dispositif de fixation,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie de sol (2) repose sur une plaque d'assise (5) qui forme conjointement avec un profilé coudé (6) un angle supplémentaire qui est adapté au contour intérieur du puits, des chevilles à percussion (7) et des moyens d'étanchéité étant prévus sur la plaque d'assise (5) pour la fixation étanche à l'eau de l'angle au béton du puits, des pièces mécaniques pouvant être fixées au niveau du profilé coudé (6) à l'intérieur du puits.
  2. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'insert de sol est fabriqué en matière plastique renforcée de fibres de verre.
  3. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des arêtes de raclage (4) sont prévues derrière des conduites présentes dans le puits.
  4. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des nervures de sol d'entrée (14) sont prévues sur le sol du puits sous les pompes.
  5. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une console (8) destinée à la fixation de pièces mécaniques (9) est prévue sur le côté intérieur de l'insert de sol, la console étant reliée avec le profilé coudé (6).
  6. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que des tôles de raccordement (13) sont prévues sur le profilé coudé (6).
  7. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'assise (5) et/ou le profilé coudé (6) sont fabriqués en fonte grise, en acier ou en acier inoxydable.
  8. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'insert de sol est maintenu sur le sol du puits à l'aide de moyens de fixation.
  9. Insert de sol pour ouvrages de puits selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'insert de sol présente au moins une ouverture qui peut être fermée.
  10. Procédé de rénovation d'un ouvrage de puits suite à des dommages provoqués par la corrosion, caractérisé en ce que le puits endommagé est vidé, un insert de sol selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6 est fabriqué aux dimensions exactes, l'insert de sol est fixé sur le sol du puits, la zone entre le sol du puits et l'insert de sol est remplie de matériau de remplissage durcissant et les pièces mécaniques sont montées après le durcissement.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la totalité du puits est munie d'une paroi intérieure neuve, une liaison étant établie entre la paroi intérieure neuve et l'insert de sol.
