Claims (10)
- Pompe (1), en particulier pompe à liquide, comprenant un rotor ou une hélice (20) dans un boîtier de pompe (12), qui présente une chambre de pompe, un fond de pompe (13), une paroi de chambre de pompe (17) ainsi qu'un couvercle (15), le rotor tournant au-dessus d'un fond de pompe à faible distance de celui-ci, la paroi de chambre de pompe étant prévue à l'extérieur autour du rotor, une alimentation au rotor étant prévue centralement et dans la direction axiale vers le rotor et une sortie (19) hors du boîtier de pompe étant prévue à l'extérieur au niveau du bord de la paroi de chambre de pompe, des éléments directeurs (24) étant prévus au niveau du fond de pompe, lesquels sont disposés radialement à l'extérieur de l'hélice, caractérisée en ce qu'un chauffage est prévu au niveau de la paroi de chambre de pompe et en ce que les éléments directeurs s'étendent dans la direction radiale sous forme courbe en tant qu'aubes directrices.
- Pompe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fond de pompe est réalisé en une partie et d'une seule pièce avec les éléments directeurs, de préférence en plastique.
- Pompe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments directeurs sont réalisés de telle sorte que l'écoulement de liquide parvienne après sa sortie du rotor avec un angle aigu contre la paroi de chambre de pompe, et de préférence continue de s'écouler le long de la paroi de chambre de pompe jusqu'à la sortie.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments directeurs sont cintrés ou recourbés dans le sens de rotation du rotor.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments directeurs s'étendent presque jusqu'à la paroi de chambre de pompe.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rotor est un peu plus renfoncé dans le fond de pompe que des régions inférieures des éléments directeurs, des pales de rotor du rotor ayant une allure se prolongeant de préférence en continu par les éléments directeurs, en particulier avec une courbure et/ou une allure courbe en s'éloignant du fond de pompe.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de pompe avec le couvercle est tirée vers le haut jusqu'à proximité du rotor ou d'un côté supérieur du rotor tourné vers l'entrée, le couvercle étant réalisé de préférence en tant que limitation supérieure de la chambre de pompe autour de l'entrée radialement à l'extérieur du rotor de manière à s'étendre de nouveau à l'écart de celui-ci vers l'extérieur, cette région étant située au-dessus des éléments directeurs.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par 3 à 20 éléments directeurs de ce type, en particulier 6 à 8, de préférence autant d'éléments directeurs que de pales sur le rotor ou l'hélice étant prévus.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la sortie de la chambre de pompe est disposée radialement à l'extérieur au niveau de la chambre de pompe et est réalisée notamment en tant qu'allure de la chambre de pompe s'étendant sous forme annulaire dans cette région supérieure, montant à l'écart du fond de pompe de plus en plus vers le haut, de préférence la sortie conduisant dans la direction radiale hors de la chambre de pompe.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de chambre de pompe est réalisée en une partie ou d'une seule pièce avec l'élément de chauffage sans gradin ou similaire dans la direction périphérique.
