Claims (4)
- Strukturelle Verbindung von Türblatt und Türrahmen, umfassend ein dünnwandiges Profil des Türrahmens (3) und ein dünnwandiges Profil des Türblattes (4), zusammengesetzt aus einem dimensionalen Verbundprofil, das eine verglaste Platte umgibt, an seinem Umfang mit einer Wärmedämmeinlage (6, 39) gesichert ist und von einer Seite der verglasten Platte mit einer äußeren Dichtung der Platte (7) und mit einer inneren Dichtung der Platte (29), die von der anderen Seite durch eine Glasleiste (41) gedrückt ist, abgedichtet wird, wobei das dünnwandige Profil des Türrahmens (3) zwei Hohlprofile und zwei Profil-Abstandshalter (14, 15) umfasst, die mit den betreffenden Hohlprofilen fest verbunden sind, wobei das dünnwandige Profil des Türblattes (4) zwei Hohlprofile und zwei Profil-Abstandshalter (21, 22) umfasst, die mit den betreffenden Profilen fest verbunden sind, wobei das dünnwandige Profil (3) des Türrahmens (2) drei geschlossene Kammern (9, 10, 11) hat, wobei die innere Kammer 10) gegenüberliegende trapezförmige Buchsen (12, 12') zum festen Verbinden mit trapezförmigen Vorsprüngen (13, 13') der Profil-Abstandshalter (14, 15) hat, wobei das dünnwandige Profil (4) des Türblattes (1) drei geschlossene Kammern (16, 17,18) hat, wobei die innere Kammer (17) trapezförmige Buchsen (19, 19') zum festen Verbinden mit trapezförmigen Vorsprüngen (20, 20') der Profil-Abstandshalter (21, 22) hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Profil-Abstandshalter (14, 15, 21, 22) ferner umfasst:- rhombusförmige Buchsen (26, 261), geöffnet in Richtung einer Seite des Profil-Abstandshalters zur Aufnahme der trapezförmigen Vorsprünge der Dichtung (24, 24', 28, 28'): und- eine trapezförmige Buchse (33, 33'), geöffnet in Richtung der anderen Seite des Profil-Abstandshalters zur Aufnahme des trapezförmigen Endes (34, 34') der thermischen Barriere (35, 35').
- Die strukturelle Verbindung von Türblatt und Türrahmen nach Anspruch 1, wobei es in dem Raum (23) zwischen dem Türblatt (1) und dem Türrahmen (2) Abdeckdichtungen (24, 24') gibt, deren trapezförmige Vorsprünge (25, 25') in den rhombusförmigen Buchsen (26, 26') des Profil-Abstandshalters (15, 21) eingesteckt sind, wobei es zwischen dem Türblatt (1) und dem Türrahmen (2) Abschlussleisten (8, 8') gibt.
- Die strukturelle Verbindung von Türblatt und Türrahmen nach Anspruch 1, wobei es in dem Raum (23) zwischen dem dünnwandigen Profil (3) des Türrahmens (2) und dem dünnwandigen Profil (4) des Türblattes (1) eine zentrale Dichtung (28, 28') gibt, deren äußeres Teil (31, 31') mindestens zwei Vorsprünge mit einem beinahe dreieckigen Querschnitt (32, 32') hat, mit denen die Konvektion des Raumes (23) begrenzt wird, wobei es in trapezförmigen Buchsen (33, 33') der Profil-Abstandshalter (14, 15, 21, 22) trapezförmige Enden (34, 34') der thermischen Barriere (35, 35') gibt, die geschlossene innere Räume (10, 17) in mindestens zwei Teile trennen, wobei es in dem äußeren Teil des Profil-Abstandshalters der thermischen Barriere (14) eine Wärmedämmeinlage (36) gibt, die an die Außenwand (30) des Türrahmens (2) grenzt und wobei es die Abschlussleisten (8, 8') zwischen dem Türblatt und (1) dem Türrahmen (2) gibt.
- Die strukturelle Verbindung von Türblatt und Türrahmen nach Anspruch 1, wobei es in dem Raum (23) zwischen dem dünnwandigen Profil (3) des Türrahmens (2) und dem dünnwandigen Profil (4) des Türblattes (1) eine zentrale Dichtung (28, 28') gibt, deren äußeres Teil (31, 31') mindestens zwei Vorsprünge mit einem beinahe dreieckigen Querschnitt (32, 32') hat, mit denen die Konvektion des Raumes (23) begrenzt wird, wobei es in dem äußeren Profil-Abstandshalter der thermischen Barriere (14) eine Wärmedämmeinlage (36) gibt, die an die Außenwand (30) des Türrahmens (2) grenzt, wobei es an der Innenseite der inneren Kammer (10) des Türrahmens (2) und an der Innenseite der inneren Kammer (17) des Türblattes (1) und zwischen der verglasten Platte (5) von der Seite der Wand (27) Aerogel-Einlagen (38, 39, 40) gibt, wobei es Abschlussleisten (8, 8') zwischen dem Türblatt (1) und dem Türrahmen (2) gibt.
