本发明公开了一种铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,包括分别位于两端的型材组件,型材组件包括固定框;固定框包括内框和外框,内框和外框之间间隔设有固定框隔热条相连;内框位于配合端的侧壁上设有挡板和连接槽,且挡板面向外框的一侧侧壁上设有内框密封槽;内框和外框之间设有位于固定框配合端的密封卡槽和位于固定框固定端的安装槽,外框的配合端设有外框压线槽;固定框的配合端设有压线和装饰压线,压线固定安装在外框压线槽内;压线包括压线本体,压线本体面向对应的挡板的一端设有向内折弯的压线折弯板,压线折弯板与该挡板之间形成玻璃安装槽;两个型材组件的玻璃安装槽之间安装设有中空玻璃组件。

技术领域
本发明属于铝合金门窗技术领域,具体的为一种铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点。
背景技术
铝合金门窗,是指采用铝合金挤压型材为框、梃、扇料制作的门窗称为铝合金门窗,简称铝门窗。铝合金门窗包括以铝合金作受力杆件(承受并传递自重和荷载的杆件)基材的和木材、塑料复合的门窗,简称铝木复合门窗、铝塑复合门窗。目前,铝合金门窗由于具有外形美观、密封性好、重量轻和便于安装等优点,已经广泛应用于各种建筑物中,成为建筑用门窗的主流。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,具有结构简单、安装方便的优点。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,包括分别位于两端的型材组件,所述型材组件包括固定框;
所述固定框包括内框和外框,所述内框和外框之间间隔设有固定框隔热条相连;所述内框位于配合端的侧壁上设有挡板和连接槽,所述连接槽位于所述挡板和所述内框的内壁之间并靠近所述内框的内壁设置,且所述挡板面向所述外框的一侧侧壁上设有内框密封槽;所述内框和外框之间设有位于所述固定框配合端的密封卡槽和位于所述固定框固定端的安装槽,所述外框的配合端设有外框压线槽;
所述固定框的配合端设有压线和装饰压线,所述压线固定安装在所述外框压线槽内,所述装饰压线固定安装在所述连接槽和所述挡板之间;所述压线包括压线本体,所述压线本体面向对应的所述挡板的一端设有向内折弯的压线折弯板,所述压线折弯板与该挡板之间形成用于安装玻璃的玻璃安装槽;
两个所述型材组件的所述玻璃安装槽之间安装设有中空玻璃组件。
进一步,所述固定框隔热条的两端分别设有燕尾块,所述内框和外框之间分别设有与所述燕尾块配合的燕尾槽。
进一步,所述固定框隔热条间隔设置为两条。
进一步,所述压线折弯板面向所述玻璃安装槽的侧面上设有压线限位卡子。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,通过设置固定框,利用安装槽可方便地将固定框固定安装在墙体上,而后直接安装压线与挡板之间形成玻璃安装槽,可实现玻璃组件的安装固定,具有结构简单,安装方便的优点。

如图1所示,为本发明铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点实施例的结构示意图。本实施例的铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,包括分别位于两端的型材组件,型材组件包括固定框100。
固定框100包括内框101和外框102,内框101和外框102之间间隔设有固定框隔热条103相连;内框101位于配合端的侧壁上设有挡板104和连接槽105,连接槽105位于挡板104和内框101的内壁之间并靠近内框101的内壁设置,且挡板104面向外框102的一侧侧壁上设有内框密封槽106;内框101和外框102之间设有位于固定框100配合端的密封卡槽107和位于固定框固定端的安装槽108,外框102的配合端设有外框压线槽109。
固定框100的配合端设有压线300和装饰压线1,压线300固定安装在外框压线槽109内,装饰压线1固定安装在连接槽105和挡板104之间。压线300包括压线本体301,压线本体301面向对应的挡板104的一端设有向内折弯的压线折弯板302,压线折弯板302与该挡板104之间形成用于安装玻璃的玻璃安装槽2。
两个型材组件的玻璃安装槽2之间安装设有中空玻璃组件3。
进一步,固定框隔热条103的两端分别设有燕尾块,内框101和外框102之间分别设有与燕尾块配合的燕尾槽。本实施例的固定框隔热条103间隔设置为两条。
进一步,压线折弯板302面向玻璃安装槽2的侧面上设有压线限位卡子303。
本实施例的铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,通过设置固定框,利用安装槽可方便地将固定框固定安装在墙体上,而后直接安装压线与挡板之间形成玻璃安装槽,可实现玻璃组件的安装固定,具有结构简单,安装方便的优点。

所述固定框包括内框和外框,所述内框和外框之间间隔设有固定框隔热条相连;所述内框位于配合端的侧壁上设有挡板和连接槽,所述连接槽位于所述挡板和所述内框的内壁之间并靠近所述内框的内壁设置,且所述挡板面向所述外框的一侧侧壁上设有内框密封槽;所述内框和外框之间设有位于所述固定框配合端的密封卡槽和位于所述固定框固定端的安装槽,所述外框的配合端设有外框压线槽;
所述固定框的配合端设有压线和装饰压线,所述压线固定安装在所述外框压线槽内,所述装饰压线固定安装在所述连接槽和所述挡板之间;所述压线包括压线本体,所述压线本体面向对应的所述挡板的一端设有向内折弯的压线折弯板,所述压线折弯板与该挡板之间形成用于安装玻璃的玻璃安装槽;
两个所述型材组件的所述玻璃安装槽之间安装设有中空玻璃组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,其特征在于:所述固定框隔热条的两端分别设有燕尾块,所述内框和外框之间分别设有与所述燕尾块配合的燕尾槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,其特征在于:所述固定框隔热条间隔设置为两条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金平开窗带纱窗固定扇纵向节点,其特征在于:所述压线折弯板面向所述玻璃安装槽的侧面上设有压线限位卡子。
