Description

TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA

The present invention relates to a system for providing a sheet-like structure, such as a wall or a ceiling, according to the preamble of claim 1.

STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

Frame systems for providing walls or ceilings are known in the art. Such systems typically include a perimetrical frame consisting of interconnected frame profiles and a wall element inserted into the frame. The wall element is connected in the inserted state with the frame element.

From the US 2008/0134610 For example, a system has become known in which a rigid plate is variously associated with a profile. Other frame systems are provided by the US 2007/0011969 and the DE 20 2006 015 799 shown.

From the known from the prior art systems has the disadvantage that usually profiles are used, which are exclusively for this purpose, since the profiles have corresponding connection means, such as specially shaped profile webs have. Many users, especially in the field of trade fair construction, but want modular systems that allow a variety of applications.

DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGPRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

Starting from this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a system for providing a planar structure, wherein the system is intended to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, the system should be used modularly for various applications.

Such a problem is solved by the features of claim 1. Accordingly, a system is used to provide a sheet-like structure, such as a wall or a ceiling, comprising a profile frame assembled from a plurality of profile elements and a flexibly formed planar surface element extending at least partially over this profile frame. The surface element is releasably connected via a positive connection and / or a positive connection with a connecting element in connection. The connecting element is detachably connected via a positive connection and / or a frictional connection with the profile frame, so that the surface element is indirectly connected to the profile frame via the connecting element, and wherein the connecting element is formed separately from the profile frame and the surface element. The surface element has a flexible structure with an edge region, and the connection element provides a gap which substantially frictionally receives the edge region of the flexible structure, so that the flexible structure can be clamped over the profile frame.

The connecting element is preferably connected via a snap connection with the profile frame in connection, wherein the connecting element comprises snap elements which extend from the side facing the profile frame from the connecting element. As a result, the connecting element can be mounted particularly easily.

The connecting element extends substantially over the same length as the profile element with which the connecting element is in communication. This allows a good connection between the profile frame or profile element and connecting element can be achieved.

In particular, the connecting element has on the side facing the surface element via a first textile closure element, and the surface element has a second textile closure element adhering to the first textile closure element, so that the surface element can be connected to the connection element via the textile closure elements.

Preferably, the surface element is peripherally completely or partially surrounded circumferentially with a rim reinforcement element, wherein the edge reinforcement element is insertable into the intermediate space and there clamped non-positively.

Further embodiments are given in the dependent claims.

BESCHREIBUNG BEVORZUGTER AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMENDESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a part of a system for providing a flat structure, such as a wall or a ceiling.

The system essentially comprises a profile frame 1, which can be assembled from a plurality of profile elements 2, and a planar surface element 3 extending at least partially over this profile frame 1, and a connecting element 4, which surrounds the surface element 3 with the profile elements 2 and thus with the profile frame 1 combines. The surface element 3 may be both rigid, so self-supporting, as well as flexible and extends substantially as a surface in a plane. The connecting element 3 can be detachably connected via a positive connection and / or a positive connection with the profile frame 1 or with the profile elements 2. Through this releasable connection, the connecting element 4 can be removed if necessary, which is advantageous for the modularity of the system, since then the profile elements are used differently. The surface element 3 is in turn connected to the connecting element 4 and is, as in the FIG. 1 shown between the profile element 2 and the surface element 3 is arranged. Consequently, the connection between the profile element 2 and the surface element 3 is produced by the connecting element 4.

The profile frame 1 is substantially formed so that it has at least two mutually opposite profile elements 2. Usually, however, the profile frame 1 is designed so that it provides a circumferential structure. The profile elements 2 extend along a longitudinal axis M, which usually represents a straight line or else can be curved.

After FIG. 1 the profile element 2 has a symmetrical design with respect to a plane E, which runs parallel to a front surface 30 of the surface element 3. Seen in cross-section, the profiled element 2 essentially comprises a rectangular main body 20 which encloses a cavity 21, a receiving section 22 projecting from this main body in the direction of the surface element 3 and a leg 23 projecting outwards. All elements 20, 21, 22 and 23 extend essentially along the longitudinal axis M. Since the profile element 2 is formed symmetrically in the present embodiment, wherein the plane of symmetry E passes through the cavity 21, two receiving portions 22 and two legs 23 are arranged here. If now a surface element 3 is arranged on each side of the profile frame s, then a wall with a corresponding thickness, which is defined by the distance he surface elements 3, are provided. But it is also possible to arrange a surface element 2 only on one side of the profile frame 2.

The receiving portions 22 have seen in cross section a T-shaped configuration, wherein two leg portions 24 of a main portion 25 which is formed on the main body 20 project laterally, so that the two leg portions 24 delimit a 26, in which the connecting element 4 after the the description below.

At this point, it should be noted that the formation of the profile element 2 can be arbitrary. With regard to the connection with the connecting element 4, however, it is essential that corresponding elements are provided, via which a non-positive and / or positive connection to the connecting element 4 can be provided.

In connection with the protruding leg 23, it should be noted that this substantially provides the lateral boundary of the system. Consequently, the surface element 3 preferably has a dimension such that its dimensions extend as far as the respective legs 23. Depending on the dimension of the leg 23 and the position of the surface element 3, the latter with its front surface 30 is flush or offset from the leg 23.

The connecting element 4 also extends along a longitudinal axis and in the present embodiment comprises a first connecting portion 40 and a second connecting portion 41. The first connecting portion 40 here has the shape of two snap elements 42 which project perpendicularly from a main body 43 and with the receiving portion 22 of the profile element enter into a snap connection. The second connecting portion 40 is provided by a textile closure element 5, which is arranged on the surface of the main body 43 opposite the snap elements 42. The textile closure element 5 has substantially the shape of a textile tape which is adhered to the base body 43.

The surface element 3 comprises in the in FIG. 1 Training shown also a textile closure element 6, which is arranged circumferentially, and spaced from the edge 31 on the rear surface 32 on the surface element 3. The textile closure elements 6 on the surface element 3 can form a detachable connection with the textile closure element 5 of the connection element 4. Preferably, the textile bands 5, 6 are provided by a Velcro closure or Velcro tape.

The connecting element 4 can, as in the FIG. 1 shown are snapped onto the receiving portion 22 of the profile element 2 along a first movement 100. This is followed by the arrangement of the surface element 3, which are connected via the textile strips 5, 6 with the connecting element 4, which is represented by the arrow 101.

In the FIG. 1 the surface element 3 is shown as a rigid surface element 3. But it is also conceivable to form this surface element as a flexible surface element, in which case the textile closure elements 5, 6 must absorb a shear force by the voltage of the flexible surface element 3. However, this is readily possible by adapting the width of the textile closure elements 5, 6.

Regarding the FIG. 1 It should be noted that each surface element 3 can be arranged on both sides or else only on one side on the profile frame 1. In the FIG. 1 a two-sided arrangement is shown, in which case, for example, could be dispensed with the surface element 3 shown prior to assembly.

Between the connecting element 4 and the receiving portion 22, a further optional textile closure element 9 is shown. This closure element 9 is then used when it is desired to dispense with the connecting element 4. Then the surface element 3 can be arranged directly on the closure element 9.

The FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of a part of a system for providing a sheet-like structure, such as a wall or a ceiling according to an embodiment. In this embodiment, essentially the profile element 2 of FIG. 1 used, with other profile element can be used. The same parts are provided with the same reference numerals.

The embodiment of the FIG. 2 serves essentially for clamping a surface element 3 with flexible training, so for example a fabric structure or film structure. For this purpose, the connecting element 4 a protruding from the base 43 web 44, which is arranged substantially in alignment with the opposite of a snap body 42. The web 44 and the corresponding snap body 42 thereby provide a surface 45 ready. Together with the surface 28 of the protruding leg 23 form snap body 42 and web 44 and the surface 45 a gap 27th

The gap 27 serves to receive the edge region 33 of the surface element 3, wherein this is clamped non-positively in the intermediate space 27, so that the surface element 3 can be clamped over the profile frame 1. As a result, the first connection portion 40 has the same shape as in the embodiment of FIG FIG. 1 and the second connecting portion 41 is formed by the web 44 and the gap 27. The gap 27 extends along the profile element 2 and extends substantially over its entire length.

Advantageously, the surface element 3 in the edge region 33 comprises an edge reinforcement element 34, such as a circumferential band or piping 34, which gives the edge region 33 a certain thickness and stability. The piping 34 is made of a soft and resilient material, which strives after the compression to take its original shape again. Preferably, the thickness D of the parts which protrude into the intermediate space 27 in the original state is greater than the inside width of the intermediate space 27. The thickness D is defined here by the corresponding dimension of the welt 34 and the surface element. This ratio has the effect that in particular the piping 34 is compressed during assembly and then in the inserted into the gap 27 state in an attempt to take the original position in the space 27 is jammed. Alternatively, the thickness of the welt 34 can also be selected equal to the clear width of the intermediate space 27. The edge reinforcing member 34 preferably has a width so as to extend over the entire depth of the gap 27. The edge reinforcement element 34 can be arranged so that it extends over the actual edge 31 of the surface element 3.

The piping or band 34 is preferably connected to the planar element 3 via an adhesive bond and / or via a sewing site. Preferably, the piping 34 has a rectangular cross section, wherein the corners may be rounded, so that an easier insertion into the gap 27 is made possible. The piping is preferably made of a plastic band.

At the in FIG. 2 In the embodiment shown, the connecting element 4 is mounted in a first step, so that the intermediate space 27 is created. Subsequently, the surface element 3 can then be clamped in the intermediate space.

About the difference in length between the web 44 and the protruding leg 23, the relative position of the surface element 3 to the protruding leg 23 is set. It is possible to choose the web 44 a little shorter or longer, so that the surface element 3 with the surface 30 is not flush with the leg 23, or to choose the same length, so that the flush can be made.

Alternatively, can be dispensed with on the web 44, wherein the gap 27 is then provided by the corresponding snap element 42 and the leg 23.

With regard to the connecting elements 4 can also be noted here that in all embodiments, this preferably extends over the same length as the profile element 2, with which the connecting element 4 is in communication.

In the FIG. 3 becomes a combined application of the example FIG. 1 and the embodiment according to FIG. 2 shown on the same profile, with the modularity is to be shown as an example. Accordingly, the surface element 3 arranged on the left side has a fixed structure, while the surface element 3 arranged on the right side exhibits a flexible structure.

The left arranged surface element 3 is connected here via a textile closure element 5, which is arranged directly on the profile element 2, with the profile frame. The use of a connecting element 4 according to the first embodiment would also be conceivable.

The surface element 3 arranged on the right is connected here to the profile element 2 or the profile frame 1 via the connecting element 4 according to the second embodiment.

In the FIGS. 4 and 5 a further embodiment is shown, wherein both solid and flexible surface elements 3 are used. Like parts are in turn provided with the same reference numerals.

The FIG. 4 shows substantially embodiments with flexible surface elements 3. The profile frame 1 is composed here of profile elements 7, which have a substantially square or rectangular cross-section. The profile elements 7 have here substantially per surface at least one groove 70, in which a connecting element 8 can be inserted or connected to the groove 70. The connecting elements are denoted by the reference numerals 8a to 8e and corresponding to the respective FIGS. 6a to 6e ,

The connecting element 8 extends substantially in the same direction as the profile element 7 and can according to the FIGS. 6a to 6e be formed differently in cross section.

The connecting elements 8, ie 8a to 8e, here comprise a main body 80 with a first connecting portion 81 which is designed for connection to the profiled element 7 and a second connecting portion 82 for contacting the surface element 3.

The first connecting portion 81 is formed here with snap elements 83. The snap elements 83 are designed so that they can be snapped into the groove 70 and are thus connected to the profile element 7.

The second connecting portion 82 may be configured in various ways, so that the flexible surface element 3 and / or the rigid surface element 3 can be clamped or can be fastened to the connecting portion 82.

Der Winkel zwischen Fläche 84 und Flächenelement 3 ist dabei vorzugsweise 45°.Further, the connecting portion 82 may have an angled surface 84 which may serve as a profile trim surface. In the FIG. 4 This can be particularly well recognized, in which case at the corner E of the profile frame 1 at the adjacent and outwardly facing surfaces of the profile element 7 each a connecting element 8 is arranged, the surface 84 form an angle to the surface elements 3 lying end surface. The angle between surface 84 and surface element 3 is preferably 45 °.

Also, the surface 84 of a first connecting element may come into contact with that of a second, when the connecting element is arranged in an inner corner of a profile frame.

In the FIG. 4 It may also be readily appreciated that the second connecting portion 82 may be provided with a gap 85, the gap 85 having substantially the function of the gap 27 according to the previous embodiments, namely the clamping of the flexible surface element 3 with the reinforcing element 34 Function, the gap 85 has the same properties as the gap 27 on.

It is also possible to arrange two mutually parallel intermediate spaces 85 on a single connecting element 8d.

With the help of FIGS. 6a to 6e and the FIGS. 4 and 5 now the profile cross sections of the connecting elements 8 are explained in more detail. In this case, all connecting elements 8a to 8e comprise an identical main body and an identical first connecting portion 81.

The FIG. 6a shows the connecting element 8a, which also in the FIG. 4 to recognize. The connecting element 8a extends along a longitudinal direction L as a profile and in this case comprises the main body 80, from which two snap elements 83 extend as the first connecting section 81. Opposite the first connecting section 81, the connecting element 8a comprises the second connecting section 82, which in this case essentially comprises a gap 85 and a contact surface 86 arranged next to this intermediate space 85. The intermediate space 85 serves to receive the surface element 3 with the edge reinforcement element 34. A textile connecting element 5 can be arranged on the contact surface 86, which connects to a textile connecting element 6 of the surface element 3 Side, the connecting element 8a further comprises an angled surface 84, which can serve as a cover member, as described above. This connecting element 8a is particularly advantageous because both a flexible surface element, as well as a rigid surface element can be connected to the profile frame, which allows the creation of an aesthetic structure.

In the FIG. 6b a further embodiment of a connecting element 8 is shown, namely the connecting element 8b. The connecting element 8b is formed substantially identical to the connecting element 8a, but does not include the gap 85, but only the contact surface 86 for receiving the textile closure element 5, 6 and the angled surface 84. Such a connecting element 8b is in providing a connection between a rigid surface element 3 and the frame profile 7, as shown in the figure 85.
