  • the hypotenuse legs face each other and have a difference in length d.
  • the length difference d essentially corresponds to the ratio 2r/0.8 ⁇ d ⁇ 2r/0.6, where r is the radius of the rounding between a respective cathedral leg edge defining the outside of the profile and the hypotenuse leg edge adjoining this.
  • hypotenuse leg ends of the hypotenuse legs of the two profiles which are opposite each other in pairs as a pair of hypotenuse legs, end at a common plane, so that in the gap A connecting element can be at least partially positioned between the pairs of hypotenuse legs in order to prevent movement of the profiles of the double profile arrangement relative to one another along the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another.

Partition wall frames and partition walls are used in different contexts. For example, they are used to create exhibition areas in a room or to separate or divide rooms into areas.

As a rule, said partition walls are built for a specific occasion and are tailored to the respective purpose. Said partition walls are also regularly used for several occasions in succession, whereby they are adapted to the respective occasion, for example the respective exhibition or presentation, in terms of overall size and arrangement as well as orientation in the room.

It is therefore desirable that the elements by means of which a partition frame or partition wall is to be constructed enable installation and deinstallation to be as simple as possible. Furthermore, it is desirable that the elements enable a flexible design of partition walls, whereby it is particularly advantageous if each design is visually appealing to the same extent.

The FR 2 627 215 discloses a profile system with a corner profile consisting of two similar half-elements with a cross-section in the shape of a right-angled triangle, which are connected to each other by aligning their surfaces corresponding to the hypotenuses of the cross-sections.

The present invention is based on the object of providing a profile system and an adjusting system as well as a method for producing a profile system and a use of the profile system and/or the adjusting system, which enable the construction of partition walls and/or partition wall frames in a simple and cost-effective manner .

The object is achieved according to the invention by a profile system according to claim 1 and by an adjusting system according to claim 8. Advantageous embodiments of the profile system are shown in subclaims 2-7. Furthermore, a method for producing the profile system according to claim 9 is provided, as well as the additional use of the profile system and / or the adjusting system according to claim 10.

A first aspect of the invention is a profile system comprising at least two profiles which, at least in their end regions, form a hollow profile in the form of a triangle, which is rectangular and isosceles. In this case, a hypotenuse leg is arranged along the hypotenuse of the triangle on the leg legs formed along the legs, so that the triangular hollow profile has a hypotenuse recess in the form of an interruption along the hypotenuse. The hypotenuse legs face each other and have a difference in length d. The length difference d essentially corresponds to the ratio 2r/0.8 <d <2r/0.6, where r is the radius of the rounding between a respective cathedral leg edge defining the outside of the profile and the hypotenuse leg edge adjoining this. When the hypotenuse legs of the two profiles are aligned in parallel in a double profile arrangement, regardless of the orientation of the two profiles to one another, the hypotenuse leg ends of the hypotenuse legs of the two profiles, which are opposite each other in pairs as a pair of hypotenuse legs, end at a common plane, so that in the gap A connecting element can be at least partially positioned between the pairs of hypotenuse legs in order to prevent movement of the profiles of the double profile arrangement relative to one another along the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another.

According to the invention, the profile system comprises at least two profiles, each with two end regions, with at least two profiles being able to be arranged as a double profile arrangement. For the purposes of the invention, a double profile arrangement is an arrangement of two individual profiles that are aligned parallel to one another according to their length and which touch each other in particular on their profile sides forming the hypotenuse legs or are minimally spaced from one another.

In principle, it is possible that the profiles in sections between the end regions differ in terms of their three-dimensional design. Advantageously, however, both profiles, which form a double profile arrangement, are designed in the same way.

Each profile comprises two end regions, the at least the end regions each being designed as a hollow profile and the hollow profile having the shape of a triangle in a cross section perpendicular to the length of the profile, which is at the same time rectangular and isosceles. In other words, the profile has a triangular hollow profile with triangular angles of 45°, 90° and 45°. Not necessarily, however, especially with regard to a cost-effective manufacturing process of such a thing Profile, advantageously the profile has a corresponding triangular hollow profile over its entire length.

Along the sides of the triangle, the cross-section of the profile forms two leg legs, in other words one leg per leg, which are arranged at an angle of 90° to one another or form such an angle. Opposite the 90° angle, arranged along the hypotenuse, there is a hypotenuse leg attached to each of the two cathedral legs. The hypotenuse legs face each other and are arranged in a common plane. A hypotenuse leg and a catheter leg arranged on it form an angle of 45°. The added length of the hypotenuse legs is smaller than the length of the hypotenuse of the triangle of the hollow profile. In other words, the two hypotenuse legs of a profile do not touch each other or the triangular hollow profile has a hypotenuse recess in the form of an interruption along the hypotenuse.

The difference in length d is determined by the radius r. The radius r is the radius of the rounding between the respective cathedral leg edges defining the outer sides of the profile or the cathedral leg edge pointing towards the outside of the profile and the hypotenuse leg edge adjoining these. In other words, at least the two outward-facing corners on the hypotenuse of the triangular profile are rounded. The invention provides that the length difference d is derived from the radius r of the curve. In this way, it is possible to arrange two profiles in two double profile arrangements in such a way that the hypotenuse leg ends of the hypotenuse legs forming the pairs of hypotenuse legs end in one plane, without sections of the profile protruding beyond a rectangle delimited by the cathedral leg edges of the profiles of the double profile arrangement. This means that neither of the two double profile arrangements that can be created has jumps or shoulders in the cross section.

The value of the length difference d is between d=2r/0.8 and d=2r/0.6. The value of the length difference d is preferably between d=2r/0.75 and d=2r/0.67. The value is particularly preferably between d=2r/0.72 and d=2r/0.7.

Mathematically, the difference in length results from the ratio d=2r/cos(45°). The angle of 45° corresponds to the angle between the hypotenuse leg and the adjacent catheter leg.

The larger the radius r of the curve, the greater the difference in length d between the hypotenuse legs. If, on the other hand, the profile is designed without rounding of the corners or edges, i.e. with r = 0 mm, then the two hypotenuse legs are of the same length.

For visual reasons and to minimize the risk of injury when handling the profile system, the corners or edges of the profiles are preferably rounded. Typically, each profile includes a first, longer hypotenuse leg and a second, shorter hypotenuse leg.

Gestaltung aufweisen. Each profile comprises two opposite end regions, which are designed in cross-section as triangular hollow profiles in the manner described. Typically, but not necessarily, the entire profile is designed as a hollow profile with a triangular hollow profile cross section over its entire length. Accordingly, the hypotenuse recess typically extends over the entire length of the profile. However, it is also possible that only the end regions intended for connecting two profiles are designed in this way, and the profiles in the sections lying between the end regions have a different shape or design.

Regardless of the design of the profile between its end regions, at r > 0mm the longer hypotenuse leg of the first end region of a profile and the longer hypotenuse leg of the second end region of the same profile lie opposite each other. Consequently, the opposite applies: the two shorter hypotenuse legs of the two end regions lie opposite each other.

With the profiles of the profile system according to the invention, two double profile arrangements of two profiles can be implemented, the two profiles of each double profile arrangement being arranged relative to one another in such a way that a connecting element can be at least partially positioned in the space between the pairs of hypotenuse legs. The connecting element serves to prevent movement of the profiles of the double profile arrangement relative to one another along the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another and thus transversely to the longitudinal direction of extension of the profile system.

In a first double profile arrangement, the first end region of the first profile is arranged on the first end region of the second profile in such a way that the hypotenuses of the respective triangular hollow profiles of the two end regions are aligned parallel to one another. In this case, the two longer and the two shorter hypotenuse legs of the two profiles lie opposite each other in pairs. In other words, a first pair of hypotenuse legs is formed from long hypotenuse legs and a second pair of hypotenuse legs is formed from short hypotenuse legs. The two triangular cross sections of the profiles of the double profile arrangement are aligned with one another in such a way that they together form a substantially square cross section of the double profile arrangement. Furthermore, the hypotenuse recesses are between the hypotenuse legs of a respective profile aligned parallel to each other in such a way that a common recess in the double profile arrangement is formed without jumps or shoulders. In other words, the hypotenuse legs of each pair of hypotenuse legs end with their end faces in a common plane or form a common termination. A common space is formed between the pairs of hypotenuse legs.

In a second possible double profile arrangement, which can be implemented using the profile system according to the invention, the first end region of the first profile is arranged at the second end region of the second profile. Just like in the first double profile arrangement, the hypotenuses of the respective triangular hollow profiles of the two end regions are aligned parallel to one another. In other words, in this double profile arrangement, however, one of the profiles is rotated by 180 ° about its center in the plane between the two hypotenuses of the profiles compared to the first double profile arrangement. In this case, a longer and a shorter hypotenuse leg of the two profiles lie in pairs opposite or against each other. In other words, two pairs of hypotenuse legs are each formed from a long hypotenuse leg and a short hypotenuse leg. The two triangular cross sections of the profiles of the double profile arrangement are aligned with one another in such a way that together they form a substantially rectangular, but not necessarily a square, cross section of the double profile arrangement. Furthermore, the recesses between the hypotenuse legs of a respective profile are aligned in a manner analogous to the first double profile arrangement so that a common gap is formed. In other words, the hypotenuse legs of each pair of hypotenuse legs, in particular with their end faces, also end in a common plane in this double profile arrangement, without jumps or shoulders.

Both when implementing the first double profile arrangement and when implementing the second double profile arrangement, a connecting element can be arranged in the intermediate space. In particular, the same connecting element can be arranged in both double profile arrangements.

Each double profile arrangement forms two double profile end areas, which each include the two respective end areas of the two profiles. The double profile end areas lie opposite each other according to the length of the double profile. A connecting element can be arranged in both double profile end areas.

The connecting element is used to fix the double profile arrangement. The profiles of a double profile arrangement can be fixed at least in such a way that a movement of the profiles of the double profile arrangement relative to one another along the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another can essentially be prevented. Advantageously, but not necessarily, a connecting element is arranged in both spaces of a double profile arrangement, i.e. in each double profile end region, to prevent the relative movement. This makes it possible to fix the two profiles of a double profile arrangement on two sides.

Advantageously, all four profile sides forming the cathedral and hypotenuse legs in cross section have a material thickness of at least 1 mm, but at most 8 mm.

In an advantageous embodiment, the profiles are essentially made of an aluminum alloy, steel or even wood or laminated wood, although designs made of other metals and/or plastic are not excluded.

The particular advantage of the profile system according to the invention is that the two profiles of the profile system can be arranged in two different double profile arrangements.

Dabei liegen Anlageelemente, insbesondere Anlageflächen, des Verbindungselements wenigstens bereichsweise an den Stirnseiten der Hypotenusenschenkelpaare an.In one embodiment of the profile system according to the invention, the profile system comprises at least one connecting element positioned in the space between the pairs of hypotenuse legs of a double profile arrangement in order to prevent movement of the profiles of the double profile arrangement relative to one another along the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another. In this case, contact elements, in particular contact surfaces, of the connecting element rest at least in some areas on the end faces of the pairs of hypotenuse legs.

In other words, the connecting element blocks the relative movement of the profiles to one another in at least one direction, transverse to the longitudinal extent.

The end face of a pair of hypotenuse legs is formed by the hypotenuse leg ends of the hypotenuse legs forming the respective hypotenuse leg pair, which end in a common plane. Thus, the end faces of the pairs of hypotenuse legs of a double profile arrangement also face each other.

Advantageously, the two profiles of the double profile arrangement are aligned with one another in such a way that the end faces of the hypotenuse legs essentially, but at least in the arrangement area of the connecting element, form a common flat surface which has essentially no jumps or shoulders. This common flat surface is the end face of a pair of hypotenuse legs. The connecting element is arranged between the end faces of the opposite hypotenuse leg pairs and rests against them. The extension of the connecting element is parallel to The hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another essentially correspond to the distance between the pairs of hypotenuse legs, in particular the distance between the end faces of the pairs of hypotenuse legs, so that the connecting element is supported at least in areas on the end faces of the pairs of hypotenuse legs.

The advantage of this configuration is that the profiles of the double profile arrangement are fixed by the connecting element through mutual support of the end faces of the hypotenuse leg pairs and contact elements, in particular contact surfaces, of the connecting element.

In one embodiment, the distance between the end face of at least one pair of hypotenuse legs and the contact element opposite the end face, in particular the contact surface, is decreasing at least in sections, in particular decreasing continuously, in the direction of the end face of the double profile arrangement, which limits the length extension of the double profile arrangement. Advantageously, the distance between the end face of the pair of hypotenuse legs and the contact element opposite the respective end face is reduced on both opposite sides of the gap of the double profile arrangement.

This can be achieved, for example, in that the distance between the end face of the pair of hypotenuse legs and the contact element or the contact surfaces of the connecting element opposite the respective end face decreases, in particular continuously, from the end face of the double profile arrangement towards the center of the double profile arrangement, at least in sections.

The advantage of this configuration is that the insertion of the connecting element into the gap is made easier and at the same time an alignment of the profiles of the double profile arrangement along the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another is effected.

In one embodiment of the profile system according to the invention, at least one fastening element for forming a mechanical connection with a further element, in particular a cross-connecting element, is arranged in at least one end region of a respective profile on a catheter profile side forming the catheter leg, which adjoins the longer or shorter hypotenuse leg.

A profile of the profile system according to the invention preferably has fastening elements in both end regions to form a mechanical connection, in particular with a cross-connecting element.

Overall, a profile of the profile system according to the invention is formed at least in the end regions, advantageously along its entire length, by four profile sides, with two profile sides, the cathedral profile sides, forming the cathedral legs and two profile sides, the hypotenuse profile sides, forming the two hypotenuse legs.

The cathedral profile sides, which form the cathedral legs, are the outer sides of the double profile arrangement in a respective double profile arrangement, while the hypotenuse profile sides, which form the hypotenuse legs, are arranged essentially in the interior of the double profile arrangement in a respective double profile arrangement.

At least one cathedral profile side of a profile has at least one fastening element, preferably in its two end regions. In principle, a cathedral profile side of a profile can have further fastening elements between the end regions.

Advantageously, only one of the two cathedral profile sides has at least one fastening element.

In one embodiment, only the cathedral profile sides of the profiles of the profile system, which connect to the longer hypotenuse leg, have a fastening element, while the other cathedral profile side has no fastening element. A reverse execution is also possible. The advantage of just one side of the profile profile provided with fastening elements per profile is that the other side forms an advantageously flat surface, which faces the viewer when a partition frame or partition wall is erected. It is therefore possible to create a visually appealing outside of a partition wall regardless of whether the profiles are used in a first or a second double profile arrangement.

The fastening element refers to an element which is set up so that a further element, in particular a cross-connecting element, can be mechanically connected to a profile or a double profile arrangement by means of this. The fastening means is designed in such a way that the connection that can be made is releasable.

In one embodiment, the fastening element is, for example, a recess or a bore, which is arranged or can be arranged corresponding to a recess or bore on a cross-connecting element, so that the profile and the cross-connecting element can be mechanically connected by means of a fastening means that can be arranged in the bores. The connection is advantageously detachable. In principle, alternative embodiments for realizing a force-fitting and/or positive connection with a cross-connection element are not excluded.

In one embodiment of the profile system according to the invention, the connecting element has at least one support element for the mutual transverse support of hypotenuse legs and connecting element in areas, in order to prevent movement of the profiles of the double profile arrangement relative to one another essentially perpendicular to the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another.

The support elements can be support surfaces which are set up to rest laterally on the pairs of hypotenuse legs, or in particular on the inward-facing surfaces of the hypotenuse profile sides that form the hypotenuses.

In one embodiment, the support is implemented in such a way that the end regions of the connecting element facing the hypotenuse legs have a U-profile in cross section, with the opposing legs of the U-profile serving to support the pairs of hypotenuse legs and resting laterally against them. The distance between the opposing legs of the U-profile corresponds, at least in sections, essentially to the thickness or the material thickness of the pair of hypotenuse legs, so that they rest laterally on the hypotenuses of the respective pair of hypotenuse legs. The side of the connecting element opposite the open side of the U-profile forms the contact element.

In order to simplify the insertion of the connecting element into the gap, it is advantageous if the distance between the opposing legs of the U-profile decreases, in particular continuously decreases, in the direction of the end region or the end face of the double profile arrangement.

The advantage of this embodiment is that the relative movement of the profiles of a double profile arrangement in a second direction, namely essentially perpendicular to the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another, is blocked by the connecting element.

In one embodiment of the profile system according to the invention, the connecting element and/or at least one hypotenuse leg forms a guide device in order to facilitate the introduction of the connecting element into the space between the pairs of hypotenuse legs during a movement perpendicular to the end face of the double profile arrangement.

In particular, the connecting element and/or at least one hypotenuse leg form a straight guide or a linear guide. As a result, the connecting element can be moved in the intermediate space in a guided positioning movement, in particular on a movement path that is essentially aligned parallel to the length of the double profile arrangement. Advantageously, the guide device is designed in such a way that when the connecting element is introduced into the gap, an alignment of the two profiles of the double profile arrangement to one another in at least one direction, in particular parallel to the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another, can be achieved at the same time.

In one embodiment, the guide device is implemented in such a way that the end regions of the connecting element facing the hypotenuse legs have a U-profile in cross section, into which the end regions of the pair of hypotenuse legs engage. In this way, the connecting element forms a groove or a channel into which the pair of hypotenuse legs is inserted in a relative movement. When positioned along the profile sides forming the hypotenuses, the connecting element is inserted into the gap in a joining direction from the end face of the double profile arrangement towards the center of the double profile arrangement.

The guide device is advantageously designed such that a groove formed by the guide device tapers counter to the joining direction of the connecting element into the intermediate space in at least one extension direction of the groove perpendicular to the joining direction.

The taper can be realized in that the groove depth, i.e. the extension perpendicular to the joining direction and parallel to the hypotenuses of the profiles, decreases in the opposite direction to the joining direction and/or in that the groove width, i.e. the extension perpendicular to the joining direction and perpendicular to the groove depth, decreases in the opposite direction to the joining direction.

The guide device can be implemented at least in sections by contact elements and support elements of the connecting element.

In an alternative embodiment, a guide groove is formed through or arranged on the profile sides of the hypotenuse legs.

The guide device can be designed in sections. This means that only part of the positioning movement of the connecting element is guided.

In a further embodiment of the profile system according to the invention, the connecting element has a stop element to limit the movement of the Connecting element into the gap, in particular a movement perpendicular to the end face of the double profile arrangement, by abutting the stop element on a stop area of a profile, in particular a stop area of at least one hypotenuse leg.

In a specific embodiment, the connecting element has a stop element which has a stop surface which faces the end face of the double profile arrangement and is supported on the end face. This is at least the case when the connecting element is positioned in the gap according to the invention, in other words after the introduction of the connecting element into the gap has essentially been completed. In this version, the front side of the double profile arrangement forms the stop area. In particular, at least one pair of hypotenuse legs forms the stop area.

In an alternative embodiment, it is also possible for at least one of the profiles of the double profile arrangement, in particular a hypotenuse profile side, to form a projection in a region remote from the end face of the double profile arrangement for the contact of the connecting element, so that in this way the path in the positioning movement of the connecting element is blocked.

The advantage of this embodiment is that the relative position of the profiles of the double profile arrangement is fixed in a further direction. Through the combination of stop element, support element and contact element, the translational and rotational degrees of freedom of the profiles are blocked from one another. In other words, the profiles of a double profile arrangement are fixed in all potential directions of movement.

Advantageously, the stop element, support element and contact element are formed by the connecting element, whereby it cannot be ruled out that one or more of the elements mentioned are formed entirely or partially by the profiles of the profile system, in particular by the hypotenuse legs forming the pairs of hypotenuse legs or the hypotenuse profile sides.

In a further embodiment of the profile system according to the invention, the profile system, in particular the connecting element, comprises a distance adjustment device, in particular a knurled screw, with which the distance between a support element of the distance adjustment device for resting on or on an object and the double profile arrangement can be changed.

This serves in particular to set a distance between the double profile arrangement and an object on or on which the profile system is arranged or can be arranged.

The profile system according to the invention is intended to build partitions or partitions. Typically, such partitions or partitions are arranged on a floor, although in principle an arrangement on a vertical wall or between two vertical surfaces is also possible.

It may be necessary to change the distance between the double profile arrangement and the object, for example the floor, in order to compensate for unevenness, for example. For this purpose, the profile system in this embodiment includes a distance adjustment device. In a specific embodiment, the distance adjustment device is a knurled screw.

The distance adjustment device can be arranged either on the double profile arrangement or on the connecting element. The distance adjustment device is advantageously arranged on the connecting element. For this purpose, the connecting element can be designed in such a way that it has a threaded hole on its side facing away from and opposite the end face of the double profile arrangement, which enables the arrangement of an adjusting foot provided with a threaded bolt, which is designed, for example, as a knurled screw, in different positions.

A second aspect of the invention is an adjusting system, in particular for erecting a partition or partition or even a shelf, comprising at least two profile systems according to the invention arranged parallel to one another and at least one cross-connecting element for arrangement between the profile systems, wherein between a connection region of the cross-connecting element facing the respective profile systems and a mechanical fixation is formed on a fastening element of the profile of the respective profile system.

The cross-connecting element can be designed as a cross bar, strut or even as a plate.

Accordingly, the mechanical fixation of the cross-connecting element on the profile systems provides a spatially comprehensive system which is particularly suitable for presentation purposes by attaching flat presentation material to the cross-connecting element or by the cross-connecting element itself being designed as a flat, two-dimensionally extended element and as a carrier elements to be represented.

The adjusting system can, for example, form an at least three-sided frame.

Right angles are typically formed between the cross-connecting element and the profile systems. Typically, but not necessarily, the invention includes Adjusting system has two cross-connecting elements, so that a four-sided frame is formed. The cross-connecting elements are typically arranged at the two end regions of the profile systems and aligned parallel to one another. It is also possible to arrange two or more cross-connecting elements at any desired distance from one another, provided that the profile system or the profiles of the profile system have corresponding fastening areas in the respective positions.

In a specific embodiment, the cross-connecting element has a U-profile in cross section with advantageously three legs of essentially the same length. However, it should not be ruled out that the cross-connecting element can have a round, oval, square, rectangular or otherwise polygonal cross-section. Advantageously, however, a profile side of the cross-connecting element is open in sections, in particular in the end regions of the cross-connecting element, so that an intervention into the profile of the cross-connecting element for the purpose of fastening the cross-connecting element to a profile of the profile system is possible.

On its end faces, the cross-connecting element is designed to be mechanically connected to the profile system. This is independent of whether the profile system forms a first or second double profile arrangement.

One embodiment for realizing the mechanical connection provides that both the connecting areas of the cross-connecting element and the profile system have recesses or bores as fastening elements that are arranged in alignment so that a connecting means, for example a screw, can be arranged therein. Alternatively, however, a clamp or plug-in connection can also be designed to realize a non-positive and/or positive connection between the profile system and the cross-connecting element.

The cross-connecting element can be designed in such a way that its opposite end faces, which extend the length of the beam designed as a U-profile, are essentially closed. In other words, the cross-connecting element has a wall on its opposite end faces and is not open on the end faces.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the profile system has two recesses or bores that are spaced apart from one another by the distance D A , while the cross-connecting element designed as a U-profile has four recesses arranged as a rectangle on its closed end face, with two in each case here too of the four recesses with the distance D A opposite each other. The recesses are arranged in such a way that when the cross-connecting element rotates about its central longitudinal axis Recesses of the profile system can be arranged in alignment with the recesses of the cross-connecting element in at least four positions and a connecting means or a connecting means penetrating both recesses can be arranged in each of the two aligned recesses. The open longitudinal side of the U-profile of the cross-connecting element can therefore point in four directions. However, this only represents one possibility of constructively determining or specifying the relative positioning of the cross-connecting element and profiles.

At least the side opposite the open side of the U-profile typically has a second connection area, for example in the form of recesses, for the purpose of mechanically connecting wall elements or other objects to at least partially fill a partition frame created by the adjusting system. With regard to the production or construction and furnishing of exhibition walls, this embodiment offers particular flexibility.

Another aspect of the invention is a method for producing a profile system according to the invention. Two profiles are provided, which at least in their end regions form a hollow profile in the form of a triangle, which is right-angled and isosceles, with a hypotenuse leg being arranged along the hypotenuse of the triangle next to the leg legs formed along the legs. Furthermore, at least one connecting element is provided. The two profiles are aligned parallel to each other as a double profile arrangement. The legs of the hypotenuses face each other. The hypotenuse legs have a difference in length d, which essentially corresponds to the ratio 2r/0.8 < d < 2r/0.6. The radius r is the radius of the rounding between a respective cathedral leg edge defining the outside of the profile and the hypotenuse leg edge adjoining this. Regardless of the orientation of the ends of the two profiles to one another, the hypotenuse leg ends of the hypotenuse leg ends, which are opposite each other as a pair of hypotenuse legs, and which face away from the respective adjoining catheter leg, end on a common plane. A connecting element is at least partially positioned in the space between the pairs of hypotenuse legs in order to prevent movement of the profiles of the double profile arrangement relative to one another along the direction of extension of the hypotenuses aligned parallel to one another.

The method is independent of whether the two profiles are arranged as a first or second double profile arrangement or aligned with one another.

In principle, to fix the double profile arrangement, it is sufficient to have a connecting element in a space in an end region of the double profile arrangement to position. However, one connecting element is advantageously positioned in the spaces between both end regions of the double profile arrangement. The connecting element is inserted into the gap from the respective end face of the double profile arrangement until an end position, typically defined by a stop element, is reached.

A further aspect of the invention is a method for producing a partition frame, in which at least two profile systems according to the invention and at least one cross-connecting element are provided and the cross-connection element is mechanically connected to both profile systems in such a way that an at least three-sided partition frame is produced.

Advantageously, two cross-connecting elements are provided and mechanically connected to the profile system, so that a four-sided partition frame is created. Wall elements can be fixed to the partition wall frame, in particular to the cross-connecting element, in order to at least partially fill the frame. Several partition frames can be combined to form a three-dimensional partition and attached to each other.

A further aspect of the invention is a use of a profile system according to the invention and/or an adjusting system according to the invention for producing a partition wall, in particular for producing an exhibition partition wall for presentation purposes and/or a partition wall for at least partially separating rooms.

The invention is explained below using the exemplary embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 shows a cross section in an end region of a profile 10 of the profile system according to the invention.

It can be seen that the profile 10 is a hollow profile, which in cross section has the shape of a right-angled triangle with two equally long cathedral legs 24, 34 and, opposite the right angle, two hypotenuse legs 12, 13, the first Hypotenuse leg 12 with the first hypotenuse leg length 121 is noticeably longer than the second hypotenuse leg 13 with the second hypotenuse leg length 131. The difference in length d between the two hypotenuse legs depends on the radius r. A hypotenuse recess 19 can be seen between the two hypotenuse legs 12, 13, which is delimited by the first hypotenuse leg end 122 and the second hypotenuse leg end 132.

In the cross section shown, the fastening area 11 of the profile 10 can also be seen, which in the exemplary embodiment shown includes recesses or bores in the first catheter profile side 124 forming the first catheter leg 24 for the purpose of forming a mechanical connection with a cross-connecting element. The recesses can also be referred to as fastening elements and can generally also be designed in a different shape. In this embodiment, only the first catheter profile side 124 forming the first catheter leg 24 has one or more fastening areas 11 of the profile 10. The advantage is that the second catheter profile side 134 forming the second catheter leg 34 has a flat, in other words uninterrupted or smooth, and visually appealing surface. When using the profile system according to the invention for the purpose of erecting or producing a partition frame or a partition, this profile side is the one that faces a viewer.

In Figure 2a is the profile 10, whose cross section is in Figure 1 is shown, seen in a three-dimensional view. The first hypotenuse profile side 125 forming the first hypotenuse leg and the second hypotenuse profile side 135 forming the second hypotenuse leg face the viewer. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the profile 10 is designed as a triangular hollow profile over its entire length. However, this is not necessarily the case. It can also be seen that the profile 10 on the first cathedral profile side 124 has a fastening area 11 in the upper and lower end regions of the profile 10 as shown. Optionally, and implemented accordingly in this example, further fastening areas 11 can be formed in between. The break lines in Figure 2a indicates that a profile 10 can have any length. The longer the individual profile 10 is, the more advantageous it is to have a larger number of fastening areas 11.

Die Figuren 2b und Figur 2c zeigen Ausführungsformen der zwei Doppelprofilanordnungen 20, 30 mit je zwei gleichartigen Profilen 10.The Figures 2b and Figure 2c show embodiments of the two double profile arrangements 20, 30, each with two similar profiles 10.

In Figure 2b It can be seen that the two profiles 10 are arranged in such a way that the hypotenuse profile sides 125, 135 are arranged to form two pairs of hypotenuse legs, one pair of hypotenuse legs being formed by the two longer hypotenuse legs and the second pair of hypotenuse legs being formed by the two shorter hypotenuse legs. The double profile arrangement 20 essentially forms a cross section in this arrangement of the profiles 10 relative to one another equilateral quadrilateral, in other words a square. The fastening areas 11, which are arranged here only on the first cathedral profile sides 124, are arranged in this double profile arrangement 20 in such a way that two cross-connection profiles can be connected in such a way that they form a right angle to one another.

The second double profile arrangement 30 according to Figure 2c also includes two profiles 10. In this case, the two pairs of hypotenuse legs are each formed by a first hypotenuse profile side 125, which forms the longer hypotenuse leg, and a second hypotenuse profile side 135, which forms the shorter hypotenuse leg. This order is made pursuant to the order Figure 2b can be generated by the profile 10 facing the viewer Figure 2b in the representation plane is rotated by 180 ° around its center and the profiles 10 are moved so that the hypotenuse leg ends in turn end in a common plane. This second double profile arrangement 30 has a rectangular, but not equilateral, cross-sectional profile. The fastening areas 11 are arranged in this double profile arrangement 30 in such a way that two cross-connection profiles can be connected in such a way that they lie in one plane.

In both the first and the second double profile arrangement 20, 30, the two hypotenuse recesses together form a common gap, which is of the same dimensions in both cases, so that a similar connecting element can be positioned therein.

The Figures 2b and 2c show that the profile system according to the invention enables two arrangements of profiles 10, which enable a different orientation of the fastening areas 11 of the profiles 10 to one another.

Figure 3 shows a detail of the second double profile arrangement 30 according to Figure 2c . It can be clearly seen in this detailed representation that the pairs of hypotenuse legs 18 are each formed by a first hypotenuse leg 12 and a second hypotenuse leg 13, with the gap 23 being located between them. The two ends of the hypotenuse legs of a pair of hypotenuse legs 18 form a common end face of a pair of hypotenuse legs 181. It can also be seen in the detailed illustration that the first cathedral profile sides 124 and the second cathedral profile sides 134 are arranged opposite each other. The double profile arrangement 30 forms an essentially rectangular hollow profile in cross section.

Figure 4 shows a detail of the first double profile arrangement 20 according to Figure 2b . It can be clearly seen in the detailed representation that a pair of hypotenuse legs 18 from the first Hypotenuse legs 12 of the two profiles 10 are formed, while the second pair of hypotenuse legs 18 is formed by the second hypotenuse legs 13, with the space 23 being located between them. It can also be clearly seen in the detailed representation that the first cathedral profile sides 124 and the second cathedral profile sides 134 are arranged at right angles to one another. The double profile arrangement 20 forms an essentially square hollow profile in cross section. In Figure 4 It can also be seen that the two recesses of the fastening area 11 are spaced apart from one another at a distance D A.

Figure 3 and Figure 4 show that due to the inventive relationship between the length difference d and the radius r of the curve, two profiles of the profile system according to the invention can be arranged in two double profile arrangements 20, 30 in such a way that the cross section of both double profile arrangements 20, 30 is always rectangular, without shoulders and jumps, is, with each double profile arrangement 20, 30 offering different options for aligning cross-connecting elements connected to it. The profile system according to the invention thereby enables the installation of both straight and rectangular partition walls, with the flat and connecting element-free second cathedral profile sides 134 always facing the viewer.

Figure 5 shows a connecting element 40 for arrangement in the space between the Figures 4 and 5 shown double profile arrangements between the two respective pairs of hypotenuse legs. In the embodiment shown, the connecting element 40 essentially has the shape of a cuboid with two guide devices 41 and a threaded hole 44. When the connecting element 40 is arranged in the space between a double profile arrangement, the hypotenuse leg pairs are inserted at least with their ends into the guide devices 41 during a relative movement of the double profile arrangement and the connecting element 40.

The guide devices 41 each have a U-profile and each include a contact element 46 for contact with the respective end face of the pair of hypotenuse legs, two support elements 42 for two-sided lateral transverse support on the pair of hypotenuse legs and one stop element 43 for limiting the positioning movement when the connecting element is inserted 40 into the gap by striking a section of the end face of the double profile arrangement on the stop element 43.

In Figure 5 It can be seen that the guide device 41 tapers towards the top as shown. Both the width and depth of the U-shaped channel decrease as shown above. This makes it easier to insert the connecting element 41 into the gap and at the same time leads to a targeted alignment of the profiles of the double profile arrangement with one another.

While in Figure 5 a connecting element is shown as shown accordingly Figure 2b or Figure 2c is to be arranged in the upper end area of the double profile arrangement, shows Figure 6 a connecting element 40 as appropriate Figure 2b and Figure 2c is to be arranged in the lower end area of the double profile arrangement. In contrast to Figure 5 is in Figure 6 A distance adjusting device 45 is arranged in the threaded hole 44, which in this case is designed as a knurled screw. In other words, it is a height-adjustable base. Such a device allows unevenness of the installation surface to be compensated for on or on which the profile system is arranged when a partition frame or a partition wall is erected or installed.

Figure 7 shows an embodiment of a cross-connecting element 50 for arrangement between two profile systems according to the invention. The cross-connection element 50 shown has a U-profile 52 in cross section with legs of essentially the same length. On its end faces, the profile is essentially closed and each has a connecting region 51, which in the example shown is formed by four recesses or bores arranged in a rectangle or as a diamond.

Two of the four recesses are opposite each other with the hole spacing D A. The fastening areas of the profiles also have this hole spacing D A , as shown for example in Figure 4 is shown. It is therefore possible to arrange the end face of the cross-connecting element 50 in four different orientations on the fastening area of a profile, with two recesses always lying one above the other, so that one fastener can be arranged in the recesses. Such a fastening means can be, for example, a screw which is secured with a nut.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, four further recesses can be seen on the side of the cross-connecting element 50 that points downward as shown, which lies opposite the open side of the U-profile, each of which represents a fixing area 521. These are used to attach wall elements, ropes or the like, and can of course also be designed in a different form.

Figure 8 shows an example in cross section of a combination of several profile systems according to the invention and cross-connecting elements 50 in a top view. In the example shown, the combination includes two first double profile arrangements 20 and a second double profile arrangement 30. Four cross-connecting elements 50 can also be seen.

The illustration shows how the connecting elements 40 are arranged in the spaces between the double profile arrangements 20, 30.

In this illustration it can be seen that the cross-connecting elements 50 are fastened to the profiles of the respective double profile arrangement 20, 30 by means of the fastening means 111, here a screw with a nut. The open sides of the U-profiles of the cross-connecting elements 50 are shown facing the viewer. The fixing areas 521 of the cross-connecting elements 50 can be seen on the sides opposite the open sides of the U-profiles. It is in Figure 8 shown that the first double profile arrangement 20 is designed so that two cross-connecting elements 50 can be attached to it at right angles to one another. Furthermore, the middle area of the exemplary combination shows that the second double profile arrangement 30 is designed so that two cross-connecting elements 50 can be attached to it in one plane, that is to say at an angle of 180 °. In both cases, the visually more attractive cathedral profile sides of the profiles, which have no fastening areas, face a viewer.

Figure 9 shows a section of the combination of several profile systems according to the invention and cross-connecting elements 50 according to Figure 8 in three-dimensional view. The illustration makes it clear again that the profile system according to the invention enables the production or construction of a partition frame or a partition both in a plane and at a right angle. Cross-connecting elements 50 are arranged between the double profile arrangements 20, 30 and form either an angle of 90° or 180°.

Shown in Figure 9 that the cross-connecting element 50 are each arranged in the upper end region of the double profile arrangements 20, 30, as shown. In the lower end region, which is not shown here, cross-connecting element 50 can also be arranged.

Figure 10 shows a further combination of several profile systems according to the invention and cross-connecting elements for erecting a partition wall. As an example, a partition is shown here, which forms a T-profile in cross section, the longer section of the partition comprising a total of three partition frames 200 and the shorter section comprising two partition frames 200. One of the partition frames 200 shown is completely filled with a wall element 210, which is fixed to the fixing areas of the cross-connecting elements. A second type of design of a partition is shown using the example of the shorter section. Here the two wall elements 210 only partially fill the frame. The wall elements 210 are here attached to the fixing areas of the respective cross-connecting elements via cable elements and/or rods.

How to Figure 7 already explained, in the illustrated embodiment of the invention there are four alignment options for the cross-connecting element 50 on a profile of the profile system according to the invention. Figure 11 shows three of the four alignment options, as well as four exemplary variants for installing and fastening wall elements 210, which can be installed easily and flexibly depending on needs and specific use of the profile system and/or the adjusting system according to the invention.
