Claims (14)

  1. Abdeckung (1) für ein Becken wie ein Schwimmbecken oder ähnlich, mit Spannmitteln die erlauben, die besagte Abdeckung (1) in über dem besagten Becken ausgestreckter Position zu spannen und mit Befestigungsmitteln die erlauben, die besagte Abdeckung (1) an dem Umgebungsbereich des besagten Beckens zu befestigen, wobei die besagte Abdeckung einen aus einem flexiblen Material hergestellten Umfangsrahmen (3) beträgt, der die besagten Spannmittel und die besagten Befestigungsmittel trägt und eine mittlere Öffnung (30) definiert, sowie eine aus einem flexiblen Material hergestellte Plane (2), die reversibel mit dem besagten Umfangsrahmen (3) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Abdeckung ein festes Paneel (4) beträgt, das ausgelegt ist, um die besagte mittlere Öffnung (30) zu schließen und mit dem besagten Umfangsrahmen (3) irreversibel verbunden ist, und dadurch, dass die besagte Plane (2) zumindest ein abnehmbares Paneel (20) beträgt, das ausgelegt ist, um das besagte feste Paneel (4) zu decken und mittels reversibler Verbindungsmittel mit dem besagten Umfangsrahmen (3) verbunden ist, um die Austauschbarkeit des besagten abnehmbaren Paneels (20), das die besagte Plane (2) bildet, zu gewährleisten.
  2. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte feste Paneel (4) in der Gruppe bestehend aus einem armierten oder nicht armierten Netz, einem armierten oder nicht armierten Gewebe oder offenen Gewebe, einem armierten oder nicht armierten und transparenten oder lichtdurchlässigen flexiblen Material gewählt wird.
  3. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Umfangsrahmen (3) einen merklich quaderförmigen Außenumfang aufweist, während die besagte von dem Innenumfang des besagten Umfangsrahmens (3) definierte mittlere Öffnung (30) eine quaderförmige Form aufweist.
  4. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Umfangsrahmen (3) einen merklich quaderförmigen Außenumfang aufweist, während die besagte von dem Innenumfang des besagten Umfangsrahmens (3) definierte mittlere Öffnung (30) eine beliebige Form aufweist.
  5. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der vier Ecken des besagten Umfangsrahmens (3) schräg abgeschnitten ist, um die Fläche der besagten Abdeckung zu begrenzen.
  6. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Umfangsrahmen (3) zwei Seitenstreifen (3a, 3b) beträgt, von denen zumindest einer ausgelegt ist, um eine Schutzhülle für die besagte Plane (2) zu bilden, wenn sie aufgerollt ist.
  7. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Plane (2) einen Zusammenbau mehrerer abnehmbarer, aus verschiedenartigen oder gleichartigen flexiblen Materialien hergestellter Paneele beträgt.
  8. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten abnehmbaren Paneele, die die besagte Plane (2) bilden, mittels reversibler Verbindungsmittel miteinander verbunden sind.
  9. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der besagten abnehmbaren Paneele, die die besagte Plane (2) bilden, individuell mittels reversibler Verbindungsmittel mit dem besagten Umfangsrahmen (3) verbunden ist.
  10. Abdeckung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte flexible Material, das das oder die abnehmbaren Paneele der besagten Plane (2) bildet, in der Gruppe bestehend aus einem armierten oder nicht armierten transparenten oder lichtdurchlässigen flexiblen Material, einem armierten oder nicht armierten lichtundurchlässigen oder halb-lichtundurchlässigen flexiblen Material, einem Gewebe oder offenen Gewebe, einem Netz, gewählt wird.
  11. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte flexible Material, das den besagten Umfangsrahmen (3) bildet, in der Gruppe bestehend aus einem armierten transparenten oder lichtdurchlässigen flexiblen Material, einem armierten lichtundurchlässigen oder halb-lichtundurchlässigen flexiblen Material, einem armierten Gewebe oder offenen Gewebe, einem armierten Netz, gewählt wird.
  12. Abdeckung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten reversiblen Verbindungsmittel, die das oder die abnehmbaren, die besagte Plane (2) bildenden Paneele mit dem besagten Umfangsrahmen (3) verbinden, in der Gruppe bestehend aus Ösen (5), die mit Haken (6) zusammenwirken, Klettbändern, Reißverschlüssen, Druckknöpfen, gewählt werden.
  13. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Spannmittel zumindest zwei Längs-Spanngurte (7) betragen, die jeweils in einem in den Längs-Rändern (10a, 10b) des besagten Umfangsrahmens (3) gebildeten Saum (8a, 8b) aufgenommen sind, wobei jedes der Enden der besagten Längs-Spanngurte (7) zumindest eine Schleife (11) um eine mit einem Seitenrand (1a, 1b) des besagten Umfangsrahmens (3) verbundene Endstange (9a, 9b) bildet und angeordnet ist, um auf einem Umgebungsbereich des besagten Beckens aufzuliegen, wobei die besagte Schleife (11) an Befestigungsmittel der besagten Abdeckung (1) auf dem Umgebungsbereich des besagten Beckens gekoppelt ist.
  14. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Spannmittel außerdem zumindest eine zusätzlichen Längs-Spanngurt (13) und/oder zumindest eine Quer-Tragstange (14) betragen, die sich jeweils zwischen den beiden Seitenrändern (1a, 1b) und/oder den beiden Längsrändern (10a, 10b) des besagten Umfangsrahmens (3) erstrecken, wobei jedes der Enden des besagten zusätzlichen Längs-Spanngurts (13) zumindest eine Schleife (11) um die besagte mit einem Seitenrand (1a, 1b) des besagten Umfangsrahmens (3) verbundene Endstange (9a, 9b) bildet, wobei die besagte Schleife (11) an Mittel zum Einhängen an eine um das besagte Becken herum angeordnete Befestigung gekoppelt ist, während jedes der Enden der besagten Quer-Tragstange (14) mit einem Längsrand (10a, 10b) des Umfangsrahmens (3) verbunden ist, wobei der besagte Längsrand (10a, 10b) Mittel zum Einhängen an eine um das besagte Becken herum angeordnete Befestigung beträgt.
