Abstract

L'invention porte sur un moteur à combustion interne pour un véhicule automobile, comportant un bloc-cylindres (10) en métal léger qui présente au moins un cylindre de travail (11, 12, 13, 14), et au moins une chemise de cylindre (15, 16, 17, 18) qui est composée de fonte brute et qui est coulée dans le cylindre de travail (11, 12, 13, 14). Selon l'invention, le bloc-cylindres (10) présente au moins un conduit de refroidissement (19, 20, 21) qui est au moins en partie adjacent à la chemise de cylindre (15, 16, 17, 18).
