Definitions

  • the invention relates to a furniture fitting for a movable furniture part, in particular for driving a furniture flap, a furniture lid, a door or a drawer, the furniture fitting having a first support arm and a second support arm, each pivotable on the one hand about first and second body-side pivot axes on a furniture body a piece of furniture or on a fitting part that can be fastened to the furniture body and on the other hand can be pivoted on the movable furniture part or on a holding part that can be fastened to the movable furniture part about first and second swivel axes on the furniture part, with three additional connecting joints being arranged on the two support arms, so that a total of one articulated to each other articulated and pivotable relative to each other arms having a seven-joint arrangement is formed, which comprises the two support arms and the holding part, wherein the seven-joint arrangement is designed such that in the mounted state on the furniture Furniture fitting at least two of the three connecting joints are in a closed position of the movable furniture part in the
  • a furniture fitting is for example from the DE 20 2007 006 690 U1 known.
  • the flap fitting described there is intended for use on a one-piece furniture flap.
  • the two guide levers are each designed as toggle levers and each have a toggle lever joint that divides the guide lever into two lever arms.
  • the two guide levers are articulated to one another via a connecting joint, so that a fitting with seven joint axes is formed overall.
  • a multi-joint hinge which is used for refrigerator doors.
  • Two fastening parts are provided, one of which can be fastened to the body and the other to the refrigerator door.
  • the two fastening parts are connected to one another in terms of gears by a lever arrangement.
  • two articulated levers are pivotally connected by means of articulation points. At the free ends, the articulated levers are coupled to a hinge arm which is articulated at its free end to the other fastening part.
  • One of the articulated levers has an articulation point in the central region, which is connected to a further articulated lever, which at its free end is rotatably coupled to the other fastening part by means of another articulation point.
  • a multi-joint hinge with seven joint points is implemented here.
  • the EP 0 994 229 A2 , the DE 20 2005 016375 U1 as well as the DE 20 2007 006690 U1 each describe a furniture fitting with first and second body-side pivot axes, first and second furniture part-side pivot axes and three additional connecting joints, two of the three additional connecting joints being in an open position of the movable furniture part outside the furniture body.
  • the DE 30 20 158 A1 describes a hinge with a base plate which is fastened to a furniture side wall by means of fastening screws.
  • the WO 2009/143980 A1 describes a cover plate, via which a first cover element is pivotally connected to a body.
  • a drive is provided which comprises a lever. The lever is pivoted about a pivot axis.
  • movable furniture parts such as furniture flaps, furniture lids, doors or drawers are in their open position, they are generally located relatively far in front of the assigned furniture body or door frame. Precisely because of the widely protruding position of the movable furniture parts, there is a need for reliable support, support or lateral guidance so that a safe end position is reached and the movable furniture part can also be reliably returned to the closed position. Particularly in the case of relatively wide and heavy furniture flaps, which are each mounted on a furniture fitting on the left and right and the distance between which is relatively large, there is a risk of sagging in the middle.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a furniture fitting for a movable furniture part that enables reliable support, support or lateral guidance of the movable furniture part in the closed and open position and with its movement between the closed and the open position by simple means.
  • the furniture fitting according to the invention is characterized in that a self-tightening device with a first power drive to initiate a closing force in the closing direction and after a dead center has been exceeded to initiate an opening force in the opening direction on the movable furniture is partially provided, wherein the first power drive is integrated in the seven-joint arrangement, in that it is effectively interposed between two of the articulated arms that can be pivoted relative to one another, and wherein the lever mechanism has a rocker-type power lever, which is pivotably mounted about a body-side pivot lever pivot axis and from second power drive is acted upon in a first pivoting direction and has a push rod which can be pivoted on the one hand at a distance from the deflection lever pivot axis by means of a first push rod joint with the power deflecting lever and on the other hand by means of a second push rod joint with one of the two support arms of the seven-joint arrangement connected is.
  • At least two of the three connecting joints of the seven-joint arrangement are thus pivoted out of the furniture body and rotate in front of the furniture body.
  • at least two of the three connecting joints are in the open position of the movable furniture part in front of the furniture compartment opening and adjacent to the movable furniture part, as a result of which reliable support, support or lateral guidance of the movable furniture part is realized, which can be done with simple means, namely with the design of the seven-joint arrangement yourself, can be realized. No additional means, for example additional fitting components, are therefore required for these purposes.
  • the movable furniture part is a furniture flap, then at least Two of the three connecting joints are arranged below the furniture flap in the open position.
  • a middle support is realized, which prevents sagging, especially in the middle of the flap.
  • the seven-joint arrangement is characterized overall by a very compact design.
  • the pivoting out connecting joints also ensure high lateral stability of the movable furniture part during the opening and closing process.
  • the two support arms are each designed as toggle levers, each of which has one of the connecting joints between the pivot axes on the carcase side and the furniture part, a supporting arm part of one of the toggle levers being extended beyond the associated toggle lever joint and articulated on the other toggle lever via the third connecting joint is stored. Due to the design of the support arms as a toggle lever, the furniture fitting can fold into a compact, space-saving unit during the closing process.
  • the two pivot axes of the support arms on the furniture part side are arranged directly on the movable furniture part, for example in a recess on the rear side thereof.
  • the holding part expediently has a lower part which can be fastened to the rear of the movable furniture part by means of fastening means and an upper part which can be clipped onto the lower part and on which the two pivot axes of the support arms on the furniture part are arranged.
  • the holding part has an adjusting device with which the position of the pivot axes on the furniture part side can be adjusted in the X, Y and Z directions of a Cartesian coordinate system spanned by X, Y and Z coordinates.
  • an adjustment device enables an exact adjustment of the movable furniture part in relation to the furniture body, whereby, for example, the furniture flap comes into contact with the furniture compartment when it closes.
  • a damper preferably a fluid damper, which dampens the retracting and / or extending movement of the movable furniture part.
  • An oil damper is expediently used as the fluid damper.
  • the damper is expediently arranged on the seven-joint arrangement and has a stop surface which, in the assembled state of the furniture fitting, interacts with a counter-stop surface arranged on the furniture body in such a way that a damping effect develops when the stop surface comes into contact with the counter-stop surface.
  • a power drive that can be arranged on the furniture body is provided, which, via a lever mechanism with the seven-joint arrangement, for introducing a force in the closing direction and after exceeding a dead center for initiating a Force in the opening direction of the movable furniture part is connected.
  • the power drive is designed in such a way that the movable furniture part remains in any position during the opening process after passing the dead center and is held there or moves automatically into the open position. This configuration is of particular interest in the case of furniture flaps which can be opened upwards.
  • the lever mechanism has a power bellcrank, which is pivotally mounted about a bellcrank pivot axis on the body side and is acted upon by the power drive in a first pivoting direction, and a push rod which, on the one hand, is at a distance from the bellcrank pivot axis by means of a first push rod joint with the bellcrank and on the other hand is pivotally connected to one of the two support arms of the seven-joint arrangement by means of a second push rod joint.
  • the push rod is preferably connected to the first support arm via the second push rod joint.
  • the invention further comprises furniture with the features of claim 8.
  • the body-side pivot axis of the second support arm is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the furniture compartment opening, while the body-side pivot axis of the first support arm is located in the direction from the furniture compartment opening to the interior of the cabinet compartment behind the body-side pivot axis of the second support arm.
  • the body-side pivot axis of the first support arm it is possible for the body-side pivot axis of the first support arm to be arranged below the body-side pivot axis of the second support arm is.
  • pivot axis of the second support arm on the furniture part side may be arranged closer to a rear edge of the movable furniture part, in particular the lower edge of the furniture flap, than the pivot axis of the first support arm on the furniture part side.
  • the power drive located on one of the articulated arms interacts forcefully with an abutment formed on the other articulated arm which can be pivoted relative to the articulated arm provided with the power drive.
  • the power drive can be arranged for example on one of the support arms of the multi-joint arrangement, while the abutment can be arranged on the holding part, which can be fastened to the movable furniture part.
