Definitions

  • the invention relates to a furniture fitting for a movable furniture part, in particular for driving a folding flap, a folding door or the like, wherein the movable furniture part has a first folding part and a second folding part which are connected to one another in an articulated manner on a hinge axis, the furniture fitting having an articulated arrangement having a plurality of articulated arms which are articulated to one another and pivotable relative to one another and which, when the furniture fitting is mounted on a piece of furniture, connects the first and second folding part to a furniture body of the piece of furniture, the furniture fitting also having a control lever which can be pivoted on the one hand about a body-side pivot axis and on the other hand around a swivel axis on the furniture part side can be pivoted on one of the two folding parts or on a mounting part that can be fastened there, the control lever being articulated via the swivel axis on the body side to a steering lever which, in turn, is mounted on the furniture in the state of the M
  • the DE 201 08 249 U1 describes a fitting device for a furniture flap, in which an upper flap part and a lower Flap part are hinged together on a hinge axis.
  • a steering arm is attached to the upper flap part via a hinge axis and a fastening part.
  • the steering arm is articulated to a control arm via an articulated axis.
  • the control arm is attached to a swivel fitting via a fixed hinge axis.
  • a furniture fitting is for example from the DE 10 2008 025 265 A1 known.
  • the folding lid disclosed there has a first and a second lid element which is pivotally connected to the first lid element about a folding axis.
  • a cover plate is also provided, which is connected on the one hand to the furniture body and on the other hand to the upper cover element.
  • a control arm controls the movement of the lower cover element in relation to the upper cover element. The control arm is therefore on the one hand pivotally connected to the lower cover element, while on the other hand it is pivotally connected to the furniture body.
  • the body-side swivel axis of the control arm is stationary.
  • the opening / closing device has a holder which is fastened to a side wall of the piece of furniture and on which at least a first and a second arm are articulated, which are connected to one another via two toothed regions. The fulcrums of the two arms are fixed.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a furniture fitting of the type mentioned which, when used on a folding furniture element, can be used more universally than conventional furniture fittings and offers better handling options.
  • the furniture fitting according to the invention is characterized in that one of the power drives is coupled in motion to the joint arrangement via a lever mechanism with a plurality of lever arms which are articulated and pivotable to one another, the steering lever with its steering lever pivot axis being pivotably mounted on one of the lever arms, the lever arms of the lever mechanism have a power deflecting lever which is pivotally mounted about a body-side deflecting lever pivot axis and is acted upon by the power drive with force in a first pivoting direction, and comprise a push rod which on the one hand is at a distance from the deflecting lever pivot axis by means of a first push rod joint with the power deflecting lever and on the other hand is pivotally connected to one of the articulated arms of the articulated arrangement by means of a second push rod joint, the steering lever pivot axis being seated on the push rod.
  • the body-side pivot axis of the control lever is therefore not provided in a fixed position on the furniture body, but can be moved relative to the furniture body via the steering lever.
  • the steering lever can support the folding of the movable furniture part, which could also be referred to as a folding furniture element, so that this folding process can be carried out more easily and quickly.
  • the furniture fitting according to the invention is both a movable one-piece furniture part and one Movable multi-part furniture part with folding parts or folding furniture element in front of the same drilling pattern on the furniture body, so that a simple conversion from a furniture fitting for a one-piece furniture element into a furniture fitting for a folding furniture element on the same furniture body is possible, without the furniture body individually either for a one-piece moving furniture part or to be assembled for a folding furniture element (additional hole).
  • the steering lever with its steering lever pivot axis is coupled in motion to one of the articulated arms of the articulated arrangement.
  • this and thus also the control lever is also moved during the movement of the articulated arrangement. This further supports the folding of the folding furniture element.
  • a self-tightening device with at least one power drive is provided, by means of which a closing force in the closed position and, after a dead center has been exceeded, an opening force in the opening direction can be introduced onto the movable furniture part.
  • the power drive is expediently integrated into the joint arrangement in that it is effectively interposed between two of the joint arms which can be pivoted relative to one another.
  • a further power drive is provided, which is motion-coupled via a lever mechanism with a plurality of lever arms articulated to one another and pivotable relative to one another with the articulated arrangement for introducing a force in the closing direction and, after a dead center has been exceeded, for introducing a force in the opening direction of the movable furniture part, the steering lever with it Steering lever pivot axis is pivotally mounted on one of the lever arms.
  • a self-tightening device with a power drive integrated in the joint arrangement or alternatively a self-tightening device with a power drive attached to the furniture body.
  • Both the integrated power drive in the joint arrangement and the further power drive can be designed to be adjustable, as a result of which the transmitted power can be variably adjusted.
  • the lever arms of the lever gear have a power bellcrank, which is pivotably mounted about a bellcrank pivot axis on the body side and is acted upon by the power drive in a first pivoting direction, and comprise a push rod which, on the one hand, is at a distance from the bellcrank pivot axis by means of a first push rod joint is pivotally connected to the power deflecting lever and, on the other hand, by means of a second push rod joint to one of the articulated arms of the joint arrangement, the steering lever pivot axis being seated on the push rod.
  • control lever and steering lever and / or steering lever and lever arm can be connected to one another without tools. This enables the furniture fitting to be converted quickly, for example by removing the steering lever and, for example, mounting the control lever in a conventional manner on the furniture body.
  • a detachable snap or snap connection can be used for the tool-free connection between control lever and steering lever and / or steering lever and lever arm.
  • the snap or snap connections are expediently located at two opposite end regions of the steering lever.
  • the articulation arrangement is designed as a multi-articulation arrangement, the articulated arms of the multi-articulation arrangement comprising a first support arm and a second support arm and a holding part which can be fastened to the first and second folding part, the two support arms in each case by first and second Body-side joints are pivotally mounted on the furniture body or on a fitting part that can be fastened to the furniture body and, on the other hand, are pivotably mounted on the holding part about first and second flap-side pivot axes.
  • Three additional connecting joints can be arranged on the two support arms, so that a seven-joint arrangement is formed overall.
  • the two support arms are each designed as toggle levers, each of which has one of the connecting joints between the joints on the carcass and furniture part side, a supporting arm part of one of the toggle levers being extended beyond the associated connecting joint and being articulated on the other toggle lever via the third connecting joint .
  • FIGS. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of the furniture fitting 11 which is not part of the invention.
  • the design and function of the furniture fitting 11 is explained below purely by way of example with the aid of a so-called flap fitting, which is intended to drive a furniture flap 13 of a piece of furniture 10, and on the one hand on a furniture body 12 and on the other hand the furniture flap 13 is to be installed.
  • a furniture flap 13 is therefore referred to below.
  • the furniture fitting 11 is therefore arranged on a piece of furniture 10, preferably a cupboard, in particular an upper cupboard, which is attached to the height of a building wall.
  • the furniture body 12 of the cabinet has mutually opposite vertical side walls 14, of which only one is visible in the drawing, a bottom wall 15, a top wall 16 and a rear wall and contains a furniture compartment 17 with a furniture compartment opening 18 delimited by these walls, the furniture compartment 17 can optionally be divided in height by a shelf (not shown).
  • the furniture flap 13 is assigned to the front of the furniture compartment 17, which in its closed position assumes a vertical position and closes the furniture compartment 18.
  • the furniture flap 13 can be adjusted from this closed position after covering a certain opening angle into an open position allowing access to the furniture compartment.
