Definitions
- the invention relates to a material handling vehicle, in particular a forklift truck, with at least one lifting mast and a load receiving means carrier arranged vertically to the mast and an antenna arranged in the area of the lifting mast for wireless communication with an identification system, in particular with RFID transponders according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the antenna device is used in particular for Pulklesen of metallic containers, lattice boxes, barrels, etc.
- Such vehicles with antenna devices arranged thereon are already known from the prior art. However, these antennas are not suitable for pulse reading of containers.
- a forklift RFID system which has at least one first RFID antenna positioned on a fixed portion of a mast of the forklift. At least one further antenna is arranged on the movable section of the load receiving means.
- the disadvantage of this is that the reception conditions are not optimal if the RFID tags are mounted at very different positions.
- the invention relates to an industrial truck with at least one mast and arranged thereon vertically movable to the mast load-carrying means and arranged in the mast antenna for wireless communication with an identification system, in particular with RFID transponders, wherein the antenna on the surface of the Load-facing side of the mast is arranged and as a multiple antenna with any number of radiation elements, which are arranged distributed over the entire Hubmast Park formed.
- the antenna is arranged on the surface of the two masts or integrated into the surface of the mast, wherein the radiation elements are linearly and / or circularly polarized.
- the antenna extends this maximum over the entire Hubmast endeavor and Hubmastbreite.
- the antenna comprises any number of radiation elements which are distributed over the entire Hubmast endeavor.
- an optimal placement of the antenna is achieved without obstructing the driver.
- the radiowaves emanating from the radiating elements of the antenna can reach the pulp directly without disturbing obstacles by the arrangement according to the invention.
- the fact that the radiation elements are linearly polarized can advantageously a better radiation propagation z. B. can be achieved by the gaps of containers stacked on the pallets, such as lattice boxes. Due to the lifting movement and the large number of radiation elements, the optimum "transmission point" is always achieved through the containers spaced apart by gaps, regardless of the container heights.
- the radiation elements can be activated continuously one after the other by an electronic circuit or control.
- the radiation elements are activated individually at a time interval by an electronic circuit or control. As a result, it is always ensured during a charging process, that the additional lifting movement is always an active radiation element located exactly in the optimum position to the foot gaps of the container.
- the forklift 1 comprises two lifting masts 1.1, 2.1 and a load-carrying means carrier 1.3, which is arranged vertically to the masts and has two load forks 1.4, 1.5.
- antennas 20 are arranged over the entire Hubmastière. These can be arranged on the surface of the lifting masts 1.1, 1.2 or integrated into the surface.
- the antennas 20 may have any number of radiation elements 20.1 n .
- the UHF frequency range, HF or LF is used.
- the antenna width is preferably chosen narrow, ie about 200 mm analog hub width so there is no obstruction of the driver.
- the antenna length can be configured analogously to the lifting mast height.
- the antennas are very flat (about 25 mm) so that no problems arise for the lifting unit in which the forks are anchored.
- any number of beam elements 20.1 n can be integrated over the entire lifting mast height or length.
- Linearly polarized beam elements are preferably used because the beam propagation through the container foot gaps is better. Due to the lifting movement and due to several beam elements 20.1 n , the optimal "transmission point" is always achieved by the container foot gaps, regardless of different container heights.
- the radiating elements 20.1 n are activated one after the other by an electronic circuit / control separately or by the associated reader itself only individually at a time interval of, for example, a quarter of a second. Thus, during a charging process, it is always ensured that an active jet element is always located precisely in the optimum position for the container foot gap as a result of the additional stroke movement.
- the antenna emitters can be integrated directly into the mast 1.1, 1.2 for new truck models. Whether multiple jet elements or a jet element which is moved mechanically, electrically or pneumatically on or in the mast is no matter.

Description

- Fig. 2
- eine Vorderansicht des Fahrzeuges gemäß
