Abstract

Kraftstoffeinspritzventil für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Gehäuse (1), in dem eine längsbewegbare Düsennadel (12) angeordnet ist, und mit einem Steuerraum (18), in dem ein wechselnder Druck einstellbar ist und dessen Druck zumindest mittelbar eine Schließkraft auf die Düsennadel (12) bewirkt. Im Gehäuse (1) ist ein Hochdruckbereich (6) ausgebildet, durch den Kraftstoff unter hohem Druck geleitet werden kann. Weiterhin ist ein Steuerventil (20) vorgesehen, das ein bewegliches Steuerventilelement (30) umfasst, welches in einem Steuerventilraum (22) angeordnet ist, wobei zwischen dem Steuerventilraum (22) und dem Hochdruckbereich (6) eine Zulaufdrossel (27) und zwischen dem Steuerventilraum (22) und einem Niederdruckraum (24 eine Ablaufdrossel (28) ausgebildet ist. Weiterhin besteht eine hydraulische Verbindung (25) zwischen dem Steuerraum (18) und dem Steuerventilraum (22). Das Steuerventilelement (30) ist als Kipphebel ausgeführt, der mindestens zwei Schaltstellungen annehmen kann, wobei das Steuerventilelement (30) in einer ersten Schaltstellung die Zulaufdrossel (27) verschließt und die Ablaufdrossel (28) öffnet und in einer zweiten Schaltstellung die Zulaufdrossel (27) öffnet und die Ablaufdrossel (28) verschließt.
