Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Injektor zum Einspritzen von Kraftstoff in einen Brennraum einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine mit einem Einspritzventilglied (3), welches mindestens eine Einspritzöffnung (13) verschließt oder freigibt und welches mit einem Steuerkolben (27) angesteuert wird, wobei zwischen dem Einspritzventilglied (3) und dem Steuerkolben (27) ein Steuerraum (23) ausgebildet ist, der an einer Seite von einer oberen Stirnfläche (21) des Einspritzventilgliedes (3) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite von einer unteren Stirnfläche (25) des Steuerkolbens (27) begrenzt wird. Der Steuerkolben (27) wirkt als Ventilkolben eines Steuerventils (33), über welches der Steuerraum (27) mit einem Niederdruckbereich eines Kraftstoffrücklaufes (63) verbindbar ist.
