Claims (8)

  1. Palette pour le transport en toute sécurité d'empilements de flans en tôle, comprenant :
    - une structure de base (2) comportant une poutre avant (3) et une poutre arrière (4) reliées au niveau de leurs extrémités par deux poutres latérales (5) ;
    - une pluralité de traverses (T) qui relient lesdites poutres avant et arrière (3 et 4) l'une à l'autre et qui présentent des parois planes supérieures respectives, qui définissent une surface de repos horizontale commune pour un empilement de flans en tôle (D) et dont chacune présente un réseau ordonné de premiers trous (t) pour la réception de premiers montants (P1) destinés à contenir l'empilement (D) ; et
    - une pluralité de premiers montants (P1) avec des extrémités inférieures qui peuvent être insérées dans des trous de réception respectifs (t) choisis dans les réseaux de premiers trous (d) desdites traverses (T), destinés à contenir ledit empilement (D),
    - lesdites traverses (T) définissant la surface de repos de l'empilement (D) de flans en tôle sont fixées sur les poutres avant et arrière (3 et 4) précitées de la structure de base (2) de sorte que ladite surface de repos soit surélevée par rapport à la surface supérieure de ladite structure de base (2) ; et
    - ladite structure de base (2) comprend en outre des poutres longitudinales auxiliaires (S) qui s'étendent parallèlement audites poutres avant et arrière (3 et 4) et qui présentent des parois planes supérieures respectives, qui se trouvent dans un plan inférieur à la surface de repos de l'empilement définie par les traverses (T) précitées, caractérisée en ce que chacune desdites poutres longitudinales auxiliaires (S) possède un réseau ordonné de deuxièmes trous (s) pour la réception de deuxièmes montants (P2) destinés à contenir l'empilement (D) de flans en tôle ;
    ladite palette comprenant en outre une pluralité de deuxièmes montants (P2) avec des extrémités inférieures qui peuvent être insérées dans des trous de réception respectifs choisis dans les réseaux de deuxièmes trous (s) desdites poutres longitudinales auxiliaires (S), destinés à contenir les côtés de l'empilement (D) de flans de tôle,
    dans laquelle lesdits premiers montants (P1) ont une longueur inférieure à celle desdits deuxièmes montants (P2) et leurs extrémités inférieures ayant une section transversale différente de celle des extrémités inférieures des deuxièmes montants (P2), lesdits premiers trous (t) et lesdits deuxièmes trous (s) ayant des formes correspondant à celles de la section transversale des extrémités inférieures desdits premiers montants (P1) et desdits deuxièmes montants (P2),
    il est en outre possible d'associer à deux ou plusieurs desdits premiers montants (P1) ou desdits deuxièmes montants (P2) des supports (B) dont la hauteur peut être ajustée pour le confinement vertical de l'empilement (D) de flans en tôle et qui sont conçus pour appuyer sur la surface supérieure de l'empilement.
  2. Palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les traverses (T) précitées présentent chacune une seule rangée de trous (t).
  3. Palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, lesdites poutres longitudinales auxiliaires (S) ont chacune un certain nombre de rangées ordonnées de trous (s), les trous de chaque rangée étant définis à une distance les uns par rapport aux autres selon un pas constant, par exemple dans la région de 10 mm, et étant décalés longitudinalement par un demi-pas par rapport aux trous d'une rangée adjacente.
  4. Palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les trous (t) des traverses (T) sont carrés et les trous (s) des poutres longitudinales auxiliaires (S) sont circulaires.
  5. Palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la structure de base présente des boîtiers utilisés en tant que magasin pour les premiers et deuxièmes montants (P1, P2) précités.
  6. Palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est pourvue de colonnes d'espacement (H, h) ayant des extrémités inférieures qui peuvent être reliées à la structure de base (2) précitée et des extrémités supérieures qui peuvent être engagées dans des sièges prévus sous la structure de base d'une autre palette (1).
  7. Palette selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les colonnes (H, h) de deux longueurs différentes sont prévues, qui sont utilisées pour empiler un certain nombre de palettes l'une sur l'autre respectivement dans la condition où un empilement de flans en tôle est défini sur chaque palette ou dans l'état déchargé.
  8. Palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure de base comporte deux traverses auxiliaires (F) définies de manière à être coplanaires avec les poutres avant et arrière (3 et 4) précitées, qui définissent des cavités (C) pour la réception des fourches d'un véhicule permettant de transporter la palette.
