La présente invention permet de résoudre les défauts potentiels de commutation des contacts auxiliaires et d'améliorer ainsi la qualité des informations données aux clients sur l'état des contacts principaux.
Ceci est réalisé en rendant la commutation des contacts auxiliaires indépendante des variations du système de manoeuvre des contacts principaux, grâce au découplage mécanique partiel entre l'arbre d'entraînement des contacts mobiles principaux et de l'arbre d'entraînement des contacts auxiliaires mobiles.
Ce découplage mécanique est avantageusement réalisé au moyen du dispositif bistable à ressort en combinaison avec la liaison incomplète entre la bielle et l'arbre de commande des contacts principaux.
Ce découplage mécanique partiel permet de désolidariser les deux arbres pour de faibles débattements angulaires desdits arbres (rebonds...), de rattraper des jeux, et d'éviter la création et la transmission d'efforts mécaniques résiduels constants dans les embiellages de liaison.
Ce dispositif bistable à ressort permet d'obtenir un positionnement précis de la manivelle par rapport au support des contacts auxiliaires, grâce à la mise en butée réalisée par le ressort ayant un rôle moteur, garantissant la fin de course de la manivelle en position ouverte ou fermée des contacts principaux. Ainsi, les points de commutation sont atteints, de manière répétable grâce au dispositif d'entraînement bistable en combinaison avec les moyens de liaison incomplète.

This bistable device with spring makes it possible to obtain precise positioning of the crank with respect to the support of the auxiliary contacts, thanks to the abutment carried out by the spring having a motor function, guaranteeing the end of travel of the crank in the open position or closed main contacts. Thus, the switching points are achieved repeatedly by the bistable driver in combination with the incomplete link means.

Claims (5)

  1. Device for actuating the auxiliary contacts designed to signal the state of the main contacts in an electric switchgear apparatus, the said device comprising a connecting rod connected in an articulated manner by one called the first of its ends, to a shaft called the first for operating the main contacts and by its opposite end, called the second, to an actuating crank arm for actuating the auxiliary contacts that is mounted so as to rotate relative to the support of the apparatus between a first and a second positions corresponding respectively to an open position and to a closed position of the main contacts of the apparatus, the said crank arm being coupled to the said shaft called the first shaft in such a way that, in the open position of the main contacts, the crank arm is in the aforementioned first position, whereas in the closed position of the main contacts the crank arm is in the aforementioned second position, the said actuating device comprising means for mechanically partially uncoupling the shaft called the first shaft (1) from the crank arm (4) in the vicinity of the open and closed positions of the main contacts, and additional means (7) driving the crank arm (4) that are capable of driving the crank arm towards the aforementioned first or second positions when the aforementioned shaft called the first shaft (1) and the crank arm (4) are uncoupled, these additional driving means comprising a sprung bistable device (7), the said device comprising a neutral-point passing position, and interacting with the aforementioned crank arm (4) in such a way that the said additional device drives the crank arm (4) towards the aforementioned first position or second position, after the passing of the device in one direction or respectively in the other, beyond the neutral-point position, the means for uncoupling the shaft called the first shaft (1) and the crank arm (4) comprising incomplete connecting means (6,X) between the connecting rod (5) and the shaft called the first shaft (1), characterized in that, in the aforementioned first and second positions, the crank arm (4) is positioned on respectively two portions forming an abutment (10, 11) belonging to a fixed support of the frame of the apparatus, the abutting being achieved by the spring (7) that has a driving role, ensuring the end-of-travel of the crank arm, and in that these incomplete connecting means (6,X) comprise an opening (6) provided at the end called the first end (5a) of the aforementioned connecting rod (5), the said opening (6) being traversed by the articulation spindle X of the connecting rod on the shaft called the first shaft (1).
  2. Actuating device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the aforementioned auxiliary contacts comprise at least one auxiliary contact that is fixed relative to the support of the apparatus and at least one auxiliary contact that can be moved and is secured to the crank arm (4).
  3. Actuating device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the aforementioned sprung bistable device (7) comprises a device with a telescopic rod, the said device comprising a first and a second rod (8a, 8b) mounted so as to slide relative to one another, and around which a spring (9) is mounted, one (8a) of the said rods being connected in an articulated manner by its free end to the frame C of the apparatus, while the other (8b) of the said rods is connected in an articulated manner by its free end to the crank arm (4), the said spring (9) resting by one of its ends on a bearing surface (8c) belonging to the first rod (8a) and by its opposite end on a bearing surface (8d) belonging to the second rod (8b).
  4. Electrical protection apparatus comprising an auxiliary contact actuating device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3.
  5. Electrical protection apparatus according to Claim 4, characterized in that it is a high- or medium-voltage or low-voltage power switch or circuit breaker.
