Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Betätigung der Hilfskontakte zum Melden des Zustands der Hauptkontakte in einem elektrischen Schaltgerät, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Schubstange umfasst, die gelenkig über das eine, das sogenannte erste, ihrer Enden mit einer sogenannten ersten Welle zum Schalten der Hauptkontakte und über ihr entgegengesetztes, sogenanntes zweites Ende mit einer Kurbel zum Betätigen der Hilfskontakte verbunden ist, die in Bezug auf die Halterung des Geräts drehbar zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Stellung gelagert ist, die jeweils einer geöffneten und einer geschlossenen Stellung der Hauptkontakte des Geräts entsprechen, wobei die Kurbel mit der ersten Welle so gekoppelt ist, dass die Kurbel in der geöffneten Stellung der Hauptkontakte in der ersten Stellung ist, während die Kurbel in der geschlossenen Stellung der Hauptkontakte in der zweiten Stellung ist, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung Mittel umfasst, um die erste Welle (1) in der Nähe der geöffneten und der geschlossenen Stellung der Hauptkontakte mechanisch teilweise von der Kurbel (4) zu entkoppeln, und zusätzliche Mittel (7) zum Antreiben der Kurbel (4), die in der Lage sind, die Kurbel zu der ersten oder der zweiten Stellung hin anzutreiben, wenn die erste Welle (1) und die Kurbel (4) entkoppelt sind, wobei diese zusätzlichen Antriebsmittel eine bistabile Vorrichtung mit Feder (7) umfassen, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Übertotpunktlage umfasst und mit der Kurbel (4) so zusammenwirkt, dass die zusätzliche Vorrichtung die Kurbel (4) zur ersten oder zur zweiten Stellung hin antreibt, nachdem die Vorrichtung in die eine oder andere Richtung die Totpunktlage überfahren hat, wobei die Mittel zum Entkoppeln der ersten Welle (1) und der Kurbel (4) Mittel zum unvollständigen Verbinden (6,X) zwischen der Schubstange (5) und der ersten Welle (1) umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbel (4) in der ersten und der zweiten Stellung auf jeweils zwei einen Anschlag (10,11) bildenden Teilen positioniert ist, die zu einer festen Halterung des Gehäuses des Geräts gehören, wobei das Anschlagen durch die eine Motorrolle innehabende Feder (7) ausgeführt wird und das Ende des Weges der Kurbel gewährleistet, und dadurch, dass diese Mittel zum unvollständigen Verbinden (6,X) eine Öffnung (6) umfassen, die am ersten Ende (5a) der Schubstange (5) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Öffnung (6) von der Gelenkachse X der Schubstange an der ersten Welle (1) durchquert wird.
  2. Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfskontakte mindestens einen in Bezug auf die Halterung des Geräts ortsfesten Hilfskontakt und mindestens einen mit der Kurbel (4) fest verbundenen beweglichen Hilfskontakt umfassen.
  3. Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bistabile Vorrichtung mit Feder (7) eine Vorrichtung mit Teleskopstange umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung eine erste und eine zweite Stange (8a, 8b) umfasst, die verschieblich zueinander angebracht sind und um die herum eine Feder (9) angebracht ist, wobei die eine (8a) der Stangen gelenkig über ihr freies Ende mit dem Gehäuse C des Geräts verbunden ist, während die andere (8b) der Stangen gelenkig über ihr freies Ende mit der Kurbel (4) verbunden ist, wobei die Feder (9) mit einem ihrer Enden an einer Anlagefläche (8c), die zur ersten Stange (8a) gehört, und mit ihrem entgegengesetzten Ende an einer Anlagefläche (8d), die zur zweiten Stange (8b) gehört, anliegt.
  4. Elektrisches Schutzgerät, umfassend eine Vorrichtung zur Betätigung der Hilfskontakte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3.
  5. Elektrisches Schutzgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Schalter oder ein Schutzschalter für Hoch- oder Mittelspannung oder Niederspannung ist.
