Claims (7)

  1. Verwendung von Antiverschleißadditiv, das durch die folgende Formel wiedergegeben ist:

    in der R5 eine C1- bis C5-Alkylgruppe ist und m eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 0 bis 4 ist, n eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 1 bis 7 ist, R6 Wasserstoff oder eine C1- bis C5-Alkylgruppe ist, R7 Wasserstoff oder eine C1- bis C5-Alkylgruppe ist, jedes Ar unabhängig voneinander eine Phenyl- oder Naphtylgruppe ist, RA, RB, RC und RD gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Wasserstoff, C1- bis C18-Alkylgruppen, und, wenn eines von RA bis RD etwas anderes als Wasserstoff ist, die entsprechenden ZA, ZB, ZC und ZD gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und im Bereich von 1 bis zur verfügbaren Valenz der jeweiligen Arylgruppe liegen,
    wobei das Antiverschleißadditiv in einer Menge im Bereich von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% bezogen auf wirksamen Bestandteil vorhanden ist und von 500 bis 6000 ppm Phosphor beiträgt, zur Verbesserung der Beständigkeit gegen die Bildung von Ablagerung von Hochleistungskategorie-(HPC)-Turbinenöl, das synthetisches Esterbasisöl und eines oder mehrere von polymeren Amin-Antioxidantien umfasst, oder von Standardleistungs-(SPC)-Turbinenölen, die synthetisches Esterbasisöl und ein oder mehrere monomere Amin-Antioxidantien umfassen,
    wobei die Beständigkeit des Turbinenöls gegen die Bildung von Ablagerungen, wie mittels Dampfphasenverkokertest bei 700 °F (371 °C) gemessen, mindestens 30 mg geringer ist als die Bildung von Ablagerungen von HPC-Turbinenölen, die das gleiche synthetische Esterbasisöl und polymere Amin-Antioxidans, aber anstelle des Antiverschleißmittels Trikresylphosphat enthalten, oder mindestens 40 mg geringer ist, als die Bildung von Ablagerungen von SPC-Turbinenölen, die das gleiche synthetische Esterbasisöl und monomere Amin-Antioxidans, aber anstelle des Antiverschleißmittels Trikresylphosphat enthalten,
    wobei die Definitionen von Hochleistungskategorie-(HPC)-Turbinenölen und Standardleistungskategorie-(SPC)-Turbinenölen in der SAE-Spezifikation AS5780 angegeben sind und wobei der Dampfphasenverkokertest in der Empfehlung für die Luft- und Raumfahrtpraxis (ARP) 5921 Dampfphasenverkokung beschrieben ist.
  2. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das eine polymere Amin-Antioxidans oder die mehreren polymeren Amin-Antioxidantien das polymerisierte Reaktionsprodukt von einem oder mehreren Diphenylamin(en), einem oder mehreren Phenylnaphtylamin(en) oder sowohl von einem oder mehreren Diphenylamin(en) als auch mit einem oder mehreren Phenylnaphtylamin(en) ist bzw. sind.
  3. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das eine polymere Amin-Antioxidans oder die mehreren polymeren Amin-Antioxidantien das Reaktionsprodukt von

    sind, wobei (a) und (b) jeweils im Bereich von 0 bis 10 liegen, mit der Maßgabe, dass (a) + (b) mindestens 2 beträgt, R2 Styrol oder C1- bis C30-Alkyl ist, R3 Styrol oder C1- bis C30-Alkyl ist, R4 Styrol oder C1- bis C10-Alkyl ist, p, q und y einzeln im Bereich von 0 bis zur Valenz der Arylgruppe liegen, an welche die jeweiligen R-Gruppen gebunden sind.
  4. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei im Antiverschleißmittel n im Bereich von 0 bis 2 liegt, RA, RB, RC und RD gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und ausgewählt sind aus Wasserstoff und C1- bis C5-Alkylgruppen, und ZA, ZB, ZC und ZD gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und im Bereich von 1 bis 2 liegen.
  5. Verwendung von Anspruch 1, wobei das Antiverschleißmittel in einer Menge im Bereich von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-% bezogen auf wirksamen Bestandteil verwendet wird und 1000 bis 4000 ppm Phosphor beisteuert.
  6. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das polymere Amin-Antioxidans in einer Menge im Bereich von 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-% bezogen auf wirksamen Bestandteil eingesetzt wird.
  7. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der synthetische Ester aus Monopentaerythritol-/Dipentaerythritolestern von i-C5, n-C5, C7- und Cg-Säuren, oder aus einer Mischung von Monopentaerythritol/Dipentaerythritolestern von n-C5-, n-C7, C8- und C10-Säuren besteht.
