Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system with a flushing-in unit of a washing machine and a capsule cup for holding a portioned detergent, the capsule cup comprising a lateral indentation, and a chamber of the flushing-in unit comprising a projection corresponding to the lateral indentation.
  • EP 2 365 120 A1 and the U.S. 2002/088502 A1 disclose generic dosing systems.
  • the flushing device disclosed here has chambers for storing powdered treatment agents.
  • additional trough-shaped containers are provided, which can be inserted into the chamber while forming a gap to the chamber wall.
  • the liquid treatment agent remains in the container until it is flushed out of the chamber with the aid of the water introduced from the top via nozzles and then fed into the tub.
  • a set of nozzles is provided for each chamber, which sprinkle the entire chamber with water, so that only one agent can be flushed into the container used, which is to be used instead of the powder.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of creating a system with a flushing-in unit of a washing machine and capsule cup that is suitable for holding and flushing out so-called pre-portioned special detergents in the washing chamber area in a simple and reliable manner.
  • the advantages achieved with the invention are that the use of a disposable container with the portioned detergent stored in the form of a capsule cup is used. This can be easily and simply inserted into the cistern, with the design of the capsule cup effectively emptying it of the supplied washing liquid with a high degree of mixing of washing liquid and detergent. This results in a good degree of mixing for the wash cycle for a special detergent. This avoids high concentrations in the area of the washing drum. It is also avoided that the user comes into contact with the special detergent. Once the special detergent has been emptied, the capsule cup can be easily removed from the cistern and disposed of.
  • Another advantage is that the water for rinsing is only fed directly into the capsule, so that the inner walls of the chamber do not come into contact with the treatment agent or water during the rinsing process.
  • the chamber thus remains clean, since no treatment agent can be deposited here.
  • the chamber for the liquid treatment agent is designed to accommodate a disposable container with a detergent portioned therein.
  • the disposable container is designed as a closed capsule cup with a removal device arranged on the bottom (8) (and with a film-like cover that can be activated by means of a cover flap that can be pivoted onto the capsule cup.
  • the capsule cup is opened on the top by pressing on the Hollow piercing spikes arranged on the underside of the lid flap can penetrate the foil-like cover of the capsule cup as soon as the lid flap is closed and the piercing spikes penetrate the foil.
  • the nozzles above the compartment are divided into at least a first and a second subset and can each be activated selectively.
  • the first subset of the nozzles is directed to a section above the lid flap for direct feeding of the water into openings to flush out treatment agent filled directly in the chamber when the capsule cup is not set in the chamber.
  • the second subset of nozzles is to a section above the lid flap for direct feeding of the water into the hollow spikes for flushing the water into the capsule cup to flush the treatment agent out of the capsule cup.
  • the cover flap comprises a funnel-shaped indentation in the connection area of the piercing spikes for bundling and introducing the impinging water jet into the respective opening of the piercing spike. That will do it Water is reliably guided into the mandrel openings, avoiding lateral flow past the outer wall of the capsule.
  • the piercing spikes are provided with a crescent-shaped projection to provide a blade.
  • the removal device arranged on the bottom of the capsule cup interacts in a corresponding manner with a siphon tube arranged on the bottom of the chamber.
  • the removal device of the capsule cup itself comprises a siphon tube which, when the capsule cup is in the inserted state, can be plugged flush onto the siphon tube of the chamber. It is thus achieved that the connection to the siphon tube of the dispensing compartment with the siphon tube integrated in the capsule cup is already achieved in a simple manner by insertion.
  • the opening of the siphon tube on the base of the capsule cup is provided with a seal that can be torn off and which is first torn off or removed before the capsule cup is inserted into the chamber.
  • a siphon cap is arranged on the siphon tube of the capsule cup.
  • the siphon cap is pushed out of a latched, fixed position in the capsule cup into an operating position by the process of placing the capsule cup on. Because the capsule cup is produced by injection molding or deep-drawing, the siphon cap is already integrated in the capsule chamber area, and it initially remains in a firm, sealed and secure position when the capsule cup is not yet in use. Only when the capsule cup is placed on the siphon tube of the washing chamber, which penetrates the siphon tube of the capsule cup, is the attached siphon cap pressed out of the anchorage, which is designed as a circumferential predetermined breaking point, so that it is then in an operating position in the closed capsule cup.
  • a further siphon is arranged in the chamber for removing liquid treatment agent that has been filled directly into the chamber.
  • treatment agent can be filled directly into the chamber if no capsule is used.
  • the siphon tube for the capsule is advantageously attached to the bottom of the chamber separately from the siphon for direct removal from the chamber, so when using a capsule, the existing siphon cap does not have to be removed to provide the capsule insert.
  • the disposable container comprises a lateral indentation which, during or after insertion into the chamber, interacts with a corresponding projection in the chamber for positioning the disposable container.
  • a coding is provided by at least partially form-fitting contact, that is to say a form-fitting coding, which provides the user with the positioning of the capsule in the chamber in a simple and unambiguous manner.
  • the corresponding interaction of the projection and indentation offers a guiding aid for inserting the disposable container into the chamber.
  • the chamber gains stability due to the projection and the disposable container due to the indentation.
  • the projection is formed by suction lifters for direct removal from the chamber.
  • the form-locking coding is created or provided in a simple manner, without causing a loss of space due to moldings in the chamber.
  • the cover flap comprises at least one additional mandrel for making a ventilation hole in the film-like cover of the capsule cup. This allows air to flow into the capsule cup when it empties, so that complete or at least almost complete emptying is ensured.
  • the underside of the cover flap is provided with a contact contour approximately the contour of the top of the capsule cup. This prevents splashes from the flushing area on the top of the capsule getting into the interior of the chamber. The chamber remains clean and mostly dry during and after the flushing process.
  • the cover flap includes channels for draining off excess water from the funnel-shaped connection area of the hollow mandrels to an overflow area outside the chamber. Excess rinse water is not guided into the chamber, so that even in the event of an overflow, the interior of the chamber remains largely dry.
  • the figure 1 shows a sectional side view of a washing machine 1 or washer-dryer with a tub 3 arranged in a housing 2, in which a drum 3a is rotatably mounted.
  • a water supply device 4a In the housing 2 of the washing machine 1 there is a water supply device 4a, a cistern 4 with chambers 5 and 6 for storing powdered detergent, which can be flushed into the tub 3 by the washing liquid introduced from the respective chambers 5 and 6.
  • the cistern 4 has a chamber 6 for liquid treatment agent, which is designed for the insertion of a treatment agent or detergent stored and portioned in a disposable container 7 . According to 2 You can see in FIG.
  • the disposable container is in the form of a closed capsule cup 7 which is provided with a removal device 9 on the bottom 8 .
  • the removal device 9 is completed in the capsule cup 7 by pivoting a cover flap 10 on the cistern 4.
  • the removal device 9 on the base 8 of the inserted capsule cup 7 interacts in a corresponding manner with a siphon tube 12 arranged on the base 11 of the chamber 6 .
  • the base 8 is provided with a circumferential rib for a secure and precise position within the chamber 6. Optimal emptying of the capsule cup 7 is achieved due to the siphon effect.
  • the removal device 9 of the capsule cup 7 here itself comprises a siphon tube 13 which, when the capsule cup 7 is in the inserted state, can be pushed flush onto the suction tube 12 of the chamber 6 in a flush manner.
  • the siphon tube 12 penetrates from below into the siphon tube 13 of the capsule cup 7 like a spear or spike. So that the capsule cup 7 is also tightly closed when not in use and stored, the opening 14 of the siphon tube 13 on the base 8 of the capsule cup 7 can advantageously be provided with a seal closure (not shown) that can be torn off.
  • the tab 16 of the sealing closure is first pulled off so that the opening at the outer end of the siphon tube 13 of the capsule cup 8 becomes free, and the capsule cup 7 is placed on the Siphon tube 12 of the chamber 6 is placed.
  • the capsule cup 7 in the chamber 6 receives a positive connection, with at least one wall of the capsule cup 7 coming at least almost into a form fit with the corresponding chamber wall.
  • a siphon cap 17 is arranged on the siphon tube 13 of the capsule cup 7 .
  • the siphon cap 17 is pressed here by the process of inserting the capsule cup 7 from a latched fixed position into an operating position. This is because the siphon cap 17 has been formed from the solid material in the interior of the capsule cup 7 during the injection molding or deep-drawing process. It thus forms in particular a one-piece structure with the container. Because the siphon tube 12 of the chamber 6 is longer here than the tube 13 of the capsule cup 7, the siphon cap 17 is pushed upwards from the rest position when the capsule cup 7 is inserted into the chamber 6, so that it is in its operating position for occupies the emptying. All directions and positions refer to the operational installation position of the washing machine 1.
  • the capsule cup 7 is provided with a film-like cover 18, which can consist of an aluminum foil that can be similar to a yoghurt cup on the edge 7a of the capsule cup 7 welded by heat. From the figure 2 It can also be seen that the cover 18 is designed such that it can be penetrated by hollow piercing spikes 19 arranged on the underside of the cover flap 10 . It goes without saying that when the capsule cup 7 is inserted into the chamber 6 and the lid flap 10 as shown in FIG figure 4 and 5 is shown, is swung down, push the piercing spikes 19 through the cover 18 so that they can then introduce the water or the washing liquid into the capsule cup 7 .
  • the washing liquid can be introduced into the capsule cup 7 via at least one opening 19a and a hollow piercing pin 19 attached to the inside of the lid 10, so that the discharge device 9 is then activated and the detergent is effectively mixed with it the washer fluid comes out.
  • the hollow piercing spikes 19 are provided with a sickle-shaped provided sharp projection 19b, so that the piercing and cutting open of the film-like cover 18 happens more easily and evenly.
  • the chamber 6 is provided with an overmolding 23 which is adapted to correspond with an indentation of the capsule cup 7 as soon as this is inserted into the chamber. This provides positive locking coding so that the capsule can be inserted into the chamber 6 only in the intended position in a simple manner.
  • the projection is designed as a suction lifter 21 which is intended to allow treatment agent filled directly into the chamber 6 to flow out if no capsule cup is used.
  • a defined pressure can be exerted indirectly on the capsule cup 7 by the cover flap 10 via the contact contour 25, which causes the capsule cup 7 to be brought into the release position and the siphon connection 21 between the capsule cup 7 and the dispenser drawer is established.
  • the capsule cup 7 is correctly pressed directly into the dispenser box via the contact contour 25 .
  • the inlet opening 19a of the hollow mandrel 19 is provided with a funnel-shaped indentation or indentation 20 .
  • a channel 29 is formed in the cover flap 10, which opens into an overflow area 6a outside the chamber 6.
  • nozzles are provided for the compartments 5 for powdered treatment agent.
  • the nozzles 14a, 14b for compartment 6 are divided into a first subset 14a and a second subset 14b.
  • the nozzles of the first Subset 14a are designed so that they can inject water into the chamber 6.
  • Holes 27 are arranged in the cover flap 10 directly in the effective area of the nozzles 14 so that the water to be injected can pass through the closed cover flap 10 into the chamber 6 .
  • the second subset of the nozzles 14b are directed towards the openings 19a of the hollow mandrels 19 or into the funnel 20 for the hollow mandrels 19.
  • the water conducted through these nozzles 14b thus reaches the openings 19a and further through the hollow piercing spikes 19 directly into the capsule cup 7 and causes the liquid treatment agent stored therein to be flushed out. Splashing or flowing past is avoided or prevented by the funnel-shaped indentation 20 .
  • the nozzles 14a and 14b can be selected selectively, as is shown in FIG 7 illustrated water supply 4b above the dispenser 4 is illustrated.
  • the channel 29a, 29b, through which the water is conducted to the nozzles 14a, 14b assigned to the respective channel 29a, 29b, is selected individually by means of a water diverter 28.
  • the first subset of nozzles 14a is associated with the channel 29a and the second subset of nozzles 14b is associated with the channel 29b.
