Definitions

  • the invention relates to a jewelry ring, in particular a wedding ring, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • This jewelry ring has a first ring body and a second ring body. Both annular bodies are provided on a first end face with peripherally arranged locking means, by means of which a latching connection between the two annular bodies can be produced.
  • the latching means on at least one of the annular body on a plurality of latching portions which are at least partially decoupled from each other in terms of their bending elasticity acting in the radial direction.
  • the latching sections can be elastically deformed at least largely independently of one another, as a result of which the force required for the elastic deformation of the latching means required during latching can be considerably reduced.
  • the jewelery ring has a first ring part, on which a plurality of circumferentially arranged grid pins are formed with latching hooks, which can be locked with a recessed on a second ring member receiving groove.
  • US Pat. No. 6,484,536 B1 shows a piece of jewelry with a first ring part, which can be locked with a second ring part.
  • both ring parts in the circumferential direction alternately arranged latching portions and latching receptacles, which can be latched with each complementary formed latching receptacles and latching portions of the other ring member.
  • Another multi-part jewelry ring is off DE 90 16 842 U1 known. This has at least two annular body, which are each provided on at least one flank with an annular groove. Through the respective annular groove is a circumferential Collar formed which can be locked with a complementary shaped collar of another ring body.
  • a disadvantage of the known jewelry rings either that required to connect the ring body force is relatively large or the means used for connecting a relatively complex structure or a relatively large profile in length need to lock the collar, for example, by a purely manual application of force to be able to.
  • this in turn leads to a very high production cost or a significantly limited freedom of design regarding the jewelry ring.
  • the object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned in a jewelry ring and to allow easy to produce and low extension of the locking means a stable and relatively low effort to produce locking.
  • the latching sections are formed by a trained by incorporating a peripheral groove on an end face of the annular body, circumferential collar having a plurality of mutually separate material recesses for the separation of the latching portions.
  • the production cost of the isolated latching sections is low and their bending elasticity particularly easy to adjust to produce a stable latching connection between two ring bodies with little effort.
  • the latching sections have a conically tapered to a base part outer surface, thereby the latching portions form an undercut, by means of which correspondingly shaped counter-latching means of the respective other annular body are engaged behind in a form-fitting manner when the latching connection is produced.
  • the latching portions protrude from a closed circumferential base part of the first annular body and the material recesses completely interrupt the collar.
  • the individual locking portions with respect to their bending elasticity, apart from a negligible stress transfer over the remaining next to the collar base part of the annular body, are completely decoupled from each other.
  • a particularly high bending elasticity can be achieved for the sum of all latching sections of a ring body, which in turn required for the production of a latching force or the required profile height of the latching sections can be reduced.
  • the material recesses are embedded along a radial working direction in the collar. In this way, the separation of the individual latching sections by a particularly simple post-processing of the collar is possible.
  • the latching means have at least three latching sections, whereby a suitable bending elasticity of the latching sections can be ensured.
  • the latching means have at least three latching sections, whereby a suitable bending elasticity of the latching sections can be ensured.
  • the latching means on one of the ring bodies to be connected to a closed circumferential locking collar, with which the latching portions can be latched.
  • a consistently stable latching connection can be ensured.
  • circumferentially arranged locking portions of an annular body to connect with complementary arranged locking portions of another ring body.
  • the latching collar has an undercut which is formed complementary to an undercut of the latching sections. In this way, a particularly stable locking connection is made possible, which acts in addition to their quasi-positive securing in the axial direction because of the particularly large contact area between the two annular bodies in the direction of rotation.
  • At least one annular body is provided, which has latching means both on one end face and on a second end face remote from the latter.
  • the ring bodies were subjected to a common processing step in the locked state, in particular a fine grinding or a polishing process. In this way, the relevant ring body can be particularly precisely adapted to each other.
  • Fig.1 shows a jewelry ring 2, such as a wedding ring having a first ring body 4 and a second ring body 6, which are fixed to each other.
  • the two annular bodies 4, 6 form in this way a common finger receptacle 8, which extends along an axis A.
  • the locking means of the first annular body 4 are formed by a circumferential around the axis A and the finger holder 8 around collar 14, in the at least three and preferably, as shown, between five and seven material recesses 16 are inserted, the same generate many latching sections 18.
  • the latching portions 18 are thereby at least largely decoupled from each other in the radial direction R with respect to the axis A bending elastic deformable held on a base part 20 of the annular body 4.
  • the locking portions 18 can be locked with a locking collar 22 which is formed on a base part 24 of the second ring body 6 and closed about the axis A. or the finger holder 8 rotates.
  • the collar 14 of the first ring body 4 and the locking collar 22 of the second ring body 6, for example, by incorporating a groove N at the respective Face 10, 12 are formed as in Fig. 3 represented by dash-dotted lines.
  • the material recesses 16 are introduced, for example, by a rotary tool W with a radial working direction AR in the collar 14 of the first annular body 4.
  • the collar 14 is formed on an inner side of the annular body 4 and the locking collar 22 on an outer side of the annular body 6.
  • the collar 14 and the locking collar 22 can be arranged the other way round.
  • the locking collar 22 could be divided by corresponding recesses in each individual decoupled locking portions (not shown).
  • the grooves N on both ring bodies 4, 6 are designed such that both the collar 14 and the locking collar 22 forms an undercut H, by means of which the two collars 14, 22 engage behind each other in the connected state.
  • the collar 14 and the locking collar 22 are complementary to each other, wherein the locking portions 18 of the collar 14 has a tapered to the base member 20 outer surface AF and the locking collar 22 has a conically tapered away from the base member 24 inner surface IF.
  • a further embodiment of the jewelry ring 2 is shown.
  • This has an intermediate ring body 30, which in addition to locking means on a first end face 26 has further latching means on a side facing away from this second end face 28.
  • the locking means of the intermediate ring body 30 are in Fig. 6
  • latching portions 18 corresponding to the latching portions 18 of the above-described first annular body 4 is formed.
  • latching collar 22 of a respective end ring body 32 which is formed in accordance with the second ring body 6 described above.
  • the locking means of the intermediate ring body 30 can also at one or both end faces 26, 28 by a locking collar 22 according to the locking collar 22 of the second described above Ring body 6 may be formed (not shown).
  • the end ring bodies 32 would each be provided with the latching portions 18 corresponding to the first ring body 4 described above.
  • intermediate ring body 30 and at least one further intermediate ring body 34 could be provided, as shown by dotted lines. Its locking means could be formed for example on one side by a locking collar 22 and on the other side by locking portions 18, whereby the jewelry ring 2 would be arbitrarily expandable.
