Dargestellt und beschrieben ist, zunächst mit Bezug zu den
Unterhalb der Pumpkammer 4 ist ein Vorratsraum 7 ausgebildet, in dem beispielsweise ein Nachlaufkolben, hier im Einzelnen nicht dargestellt, angeordnet sein kann. In dem Spender-Kopfteil 2 ist weiterhin ein Einsatzteil 9 angeordnet, das eine oder mehrere Verstellkulissen 10 aufweiset, in der bzw. denen ein Hülsenteil 8 mittels eines oder mehrerer Nocken 11 läuft. Das Einsatzteil 9 ist bevorzugt drehfest relativ zu einem den Vorratsraum bildenden oder jedenfalls äußerlich umfangenden Hülsenteil 12 angeordnet. Die Drehsicherung kann hierbei allein schon durch den Reibschluss bspw. zwischen der nachstehend noch erwähnten Feder 16 und den diesbezüglichen Auflagebereichen gegeben sein. Das Einsatzteil 9 ist einerseits mit einem Halteteil 13 ausgebildet, das auf ein Ventilelement 14 halternd einwirkt. Andererseits bildet es eine Aufnahmekammer 15, die nach unten geöffnet ist, aus, in der die Rückstellfeder 16 aufgenommen ist. Weiter bildet das Einsatzteil 9 eine Vertikalführung 17 aus, die mit einem Gegenführungsteil 18 des Spendekopfes 3 zusammenwirkt. Die genannten Teile bzw. Führungen können auch als jeweils gesonderte Teile vorgesehen sein. Die Vertikalführung 17 kann, einteilig oder gesondert, beispielsweise aus zwei umfangsversetzten, radial außen an dem Einsatzteil 9 vorstehenden sich vertikal erstreckenden Leistenelementen gebildet sein. Das Gegenführungsteil 18 kann entsprechend auch ein sich vertikal erstreckendes Leistenelement sein. Es kann nach radial innen vorstehend an einer nach unten ragenden Topfwandung des Spendekopfes 3 ausgebildet sein. Die Zusammenwirkung von Vertikalführung 17 und Gegenführungsteil 18 lässt nur eine axiale Bewegung des Spendekopfes 3 zu. Das Spender-Kopfteil 2 wirkt mit dem Hülsenteil 8 durch eine Formschlussmitnahme 19 zusammen und besteht aus einem innenseitig an dem Spender-Kopfteil 2 ausgebildeten Vorsprung 33, der in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 20 des Hülsenteils 8 eingreift. Die Ausnehmung 20 kann an einem horizontal umlaufenden nach außen kragenden Radialvorsprung des Hülsenteils 8 ausgebildet sein. Über den Umfang gesehen sind mehrere Formschlussverbindungen zwischen dem Spender-Kopfteil 2 und dem Hülsenteil 8 ersichtlich ausgebildet. Der Vorsprung 33 ist bevorzugt als sich lediglich vertikal erstreckende Leiste ausgebildet. Die Leiste kann im Zuge des Verfahrens vertikal in der Ausnehmung 20 wandern.Below the
Weiter bildet das Hülsenteil 8 eine Kulissenführung 21 aus, in welcher ein fest mit dem Spendekopf 2 verbundener Kulissenstein 22 (

An die Pumpkammer 4 schließt sich jenseits des Auslassventils 6 ein Ausgaberöhrchen 23 an. Dieses Ausgaberöhrchen 23 ist zusammen mit dem Einsatzteil 9 bei Druckbeaufschlagung auf den Spendekopf 2 vertikal nach unten verfahrbar, zur Verringerung des Volumens der Pumpkammer 4, um entsprechend Masse auszubringen. Das Ausgaberöhrchen 23 weist an seinem oberen Ende eine Auslassöffnung 24 auf. Weiter ist das Augaberöhrchen 23 von einem dieses umfangenden Verschlussabschnitt 25 des Spendekopfes 2 im oberen Bereich umfangen. Der Verschlussabschnitt 25 geht in vertikaler Richtungen unten in ein Spendekopf-Ausgaberöhrchen 27 über, das dem Ausgaberöhrchen 23 zugeordnet eine Mündung 28 aufweist. Beim vertikalen Hochfahren des Spendekopfes 3 kommt die Mündung 28 in Überdeckung zu der Auslassöffnung 24. Somit ist gleichsam eine Abschieberung, im heruntergefahrenen Zustand des Spendekopfes 3, der Auslassöffnung 24 durch den Verschlussabschnitt 25 realisiert. Das Ausgaberöhrchen 23, mit Ausnahme evtl. bei einer Pumpbewegung, dann aber in quasi-starrer Ankoppelung an das Spendekopf-Ausgaberöhrchen 27, braucht sich nicht zu bewegen. Auf Grund der stabilen Lage des Spendekopfes im vertikal ausgefahrenen Zustand, nämlich beim Ausführungsbeispiel erreicht durch einen Horizontalabschnitt 29 der Kulisse 21, und ggf. einen Horizontalabschnitt der Kulisse 10, auf welchen dann der Kulissenstein 22 bzw. 11 einwirkt, kann durch Niederdrücken des Spendekopfes 3 eine Pumpbewegung vorgenommen werden, wobei dann, in der Konfiguration der
Vorteilhaft hierbei ist, dass ein Stirnflächenbereich 31 des Spender-Kopfteils 2 vertikal unterhalb der Spendemündung 30 geschlossen ausgebildet sein kann, da die Spendemündung 30 lediglich umfangsversetzt hierzu, trotz dem vorstehenden Abschnitt 32 nur in diesen Wandbereich 31 einfährt, siehe auch hierzu etwa Vergleich der

Das Ausgaberöhrchen 23 ist an seinem dem Spendekopf 3 zugewandten Ende durch eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Abschlusswand 34 verschlossen. Das das Spendekopf-Ausgaberöhrchen 27 ausbildende Teil bildet auch beidseitig, in vertikaler Richtung, der Mündung 28, einen Führungsabschnitt 35 oberhalb der Mündung 28 bzw. einen Führungsabschnitt 36 unterhalb der Mündung 28 aus. Gegenüberliegend zu der Mündung 28 ist eine Durchgangsöffnung 37 in diesem Teil ausgebildet. Diese ist zur Rastverbindung mit einem von einem Deckenbereich 38 des Spendekopfes 3 innenseitig nach unten ragenden Anschlussteil 39 genutzt. Im Weiteren ist das Spendekopf-Ausgaberöhrchen 27 teilweise in dem vorgenannten Teil und teilweise in dem auch die Wandung 38 ausbildende Teil des Spendekopfes 3 ausgebildet. Claims (6)
- A dispenser (1) for dispensing liquid or pasty substances, with a dispensing head (3) having a dispensing mouth (30), and with a reservoir (7) and a dispenser head part (2), the dispensing head (3) being movable relative to the dispenser head part (2) by a rotational movement of the dispenser head part (2) from a dispenser stand-by position into a lowered position and vice versa, characterized in that the dispenser head part (2) moves the dispensing head (3) in and out only axially, the dispensing head (3) being connected in a rotationally locked manner to a stationary part of the dispenser.
- The dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that the dispenser head part (2) has a retraction opening (40) for the dispensing mouth (30) of the dispensing head (3), which dispensing mouth (30) projects at least partially relative to an engaging wall (41), and which retraction opening has delimiting surfaces for a movement of the dispensing mouth (30) relative to the dispenser head part (2), said delimiting surfaces running obliquely to a vertical.
- The dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the dispenser head part (2) is rotationally locked relative to the dispenser reservoir (7) and/or a pump chamber (4).
- The dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a sleeve part (8) that is, rotatable relative to the dispenser reservoir (7) and/or the pump chamber (4) acts on the dispensing head (3) for a vertical movement.
- The dispenser according to Claim 4, characterized in that in the course of the rotation, the sleeve part (8) performs an axial movement.
- The dispenser according to one of the preceding claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the sleeve part (8) is driven by an external rotational part that moves only horizontally.
