Das Federanschlagteil 18 formt zugleich eine nach oben freistehende Aufnahmehülse 22 aus, in welcher das Kopfteil 3 teleskopierbar aufgenommen ist (siehe etwa Vergleich Fig. 3, 5). Weiter ist drehfest mit dem Kopfteil 3 ein Ausgabeverschlussteil 23 vorgesehen. Das Ausgabeverschlussteil 23 ist als Fortsetzungsabschnitt auch ein Teil des Ausgaberöhrchens 21, wobei es zusammen mit dem Spendekopf 3 bei einer Drehbetätigung des Spender-Kopfteils 2 sich relativ zu dem feststehenden Röhrchenteil 21' dreht. Hierzu wirkt es mit dem Röhrchenteil 21' mittels eines Zylinderabschnittes 24 zusammen. Der Zylinderabschnitt 24 umfasst das Röhrchenteil 21' außenseitig.
