Auch kann durch geeignete Ausgestaltung verhindert werden, dass das Ausgabeventil und andere bewegliche Teile verschmutzt werden und aufgrund der Verschmutzung möglicherweise nicht mehr bedienbar wären. Vorzugsweise ist die Kappe hierfür bis auf besagte erste Aussparung geschlossen. Dies kann beispielsweise durch den Einsatz besagter Kappenoberseite erfolgen, wobei sich daran eine mantelartige Kappenseitenfläche anschließt die an der Vorderseite des Spenders beispielsweise beidseitig in eine Kappenvorderseite münden, welche wiederum besagte erste Aussparung aufweisen kann. In einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist die Kappe insbesondere im Bereich des Übergangs zum Behälter entsprechend des Behälters gestaltet und kann dort insbesondere die gleiche oder eine ähnliche Form aufweisen. Dabei ist der Hebel 9 derart mit dem Trägerelement 15 verbunden, dass er zusammen mit dem Trägerelement 15 als Einheit mittels des Filmscharniers 16 zur Betätigung des Ausgabeventils 22 zur Ausgabe des Materials hinsichtlich der Kappe 3 um die durch das Filmscharnier 16 verlaufende Schwenkachse 20 verschwenkt werden kann. Dabei ist der Hebel 9 ferner verschiebbar auf dem Trägerelement 15 angeordnet, um zwischen der gezeigten Ruhestellung des Spenders 1 zur Aktivierungsstellung zu wechseln. Die Verschiebung erfolgt in einer nicht dargestellten Führung, die durch das Trägerelement 15 bereitgestellt wird. Hierfür weist das Trägerelement 15 eine entsprechende Führungsnut auf, in welche korrespondierende Führungsmittel des Hebels 9 eingreifen. Zur Begrenzung der Verschiebbarkeit des Hebels 9 weist selbiger einen in Richtung Hohlraum 28 ragenden Vorsprung 18 auf, welcher als Anschlagsmittel eine Verschiebung des Hebels 9 hinsichtlich des Trägerelementes 15 von einem hinteren Absatz 30 des Trägerelementes 15 bis zu einem vorderen Absatz 17 des Trägerelementes 15 ermöglicht. Um das Ausgabeventil 22 durch Schwenkung des Hebels 9 und des Trägerelementes 15 zu betätigen, weist das Trägerelement 15 einen in den Hohlraum 28 ragenden vorstehenden Druckbereich 27 auf, welcher derart gestaltet ist, dass bei einer Verschwenkung des Hebels eine Kraft in etwa in Richtung der Behälterachse 14 auf den Ventilaufsatz 25 wirkt. Claims (9)
- A dispenser (1) for dispensing a material from a container (2) via a dispensing valve (22) and a dispensing extension (13), a cap (3) being connected to the container (2) that comprises a cap top (6) and surrounds the dispensing valve (22) at least in regions, a lever (9) for actuating the dispensing valve (22) being connected to the cap (3) so as to be able to pivot about a pivot axis (20), the cap (3) comprising a first recess (7) in which the lever (9) is provided at least in regions such that parts of the outer surface of the cap (3) are formed by the lever (9), the lever (9) comprising, in turn, a second recess (12) in the region of the first recess (7) in the cap (3), a protruding dispensing region of the dispensing valve (22) or a dispensing extension (13) which can be mounted on the dispensing valve (22) extending through the second recess (12) in the lever (9) when the material is being dispensed, and the lever (9) comprising a lever front (11) which extends, at least in regions, from the top of the dispenser (1) toward the bottom, characterized in that the lever (9) abuts the container exterior wall (5) in the region of the lever front (11) in a first, rest position, and the lever (9) is mounted so as to be movable relative to the cap (3) such that it is arranged at a spacing from the container exterior wall (5) in the region of the lever front (11) in a second, activation position.
- The dispenser (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the lever (9) projects beyond the cap (3) toward the bottom of the dispenser and is located adjacently to the container exterior wall (5) at least in regions.
- The dispenser (1) according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that a support element (15) is provided which is connected to the cap (3) by means of a joint (16), the lever (9) being connected to the support element (15) such that it can be pivoted as a unit together with the support element (15) about the pivot axis (20) and relative to the cap (3) by means of the joint (16).
- The dispenser (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that the lever (9) is movably arranged on the support element (15) in order to alternate between the first, rest position and the second, activation position.
- The dispenser (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second recess (12) is dimensioned and designed such that the dispensing region of the dispensing valve (22) that protrudes through the second recess (12), or the dispensing extension (13), is not influenced by an edge region of the lever (9) that defines the recess (12) neither in the activation position nor when the lever (9) is pivoted about the pivot axis (20).
- The dispenser (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that limiting means (17, 18) are provided that limit the movability of the lever (9) toward the support element (15).
- The dispenser (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lever (9) comprises, on the side thereof that faces the pivot axis (20), a receiving portion (19) for a dispensing extension (13).
- The dispenser (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that the lever (9) is mounted so as to be movable relative to the cap (3), movement of the lever (9) being associated with movement of the receiving portion (19), the receiving portion (19) protruding from the cap (3) when the lever (9) is in the rest position such that the dispensing extension (13) can be received, the dispensing extension (13) extending in the received state at least in regions at an angle through the movement plane (20) of the lever (9) such that the dispensing extension (13) prevents the lever (9) from moving in the received state, and such that the dispensing extension (13) can be moved away from the lever (9) for use of the dispenser (1) in order to allow the lever (9) to move into the activation position (in which the lever (9) is spaced apart from the container exterior wall (5) in the region of the lever front (11)) in order to dispense the material.
- The dispenser (1) according to one of claims 7 or 8, characterized in that retention means are provided on the receiving portion (19) and/or on the dispensing extension (13) in order to ensure fastening of the dispensing extension (13) to the dispenser (1), which fastening is preferably deformed or destroyed when the dispensing extension (13) is separated from the receiving portion (19).
