Definitions
- the present invention relates to a microphone.
- a microphone capsule can be provided swinging in or on the housing of the microphone.
- a microphone with a microphone capsule and a microphone capsule suspension has a first and a second housing section and at least one decoupling unit.
- the microphone capsule is mounted on the decoupling unit for structure-borne sound decoupling.
- the decoupling unit is in turn attached to the first and / or second housing portion.
- the decoupling unit has a shape changing section which changes the shape when loaded.
- the decoupling unit has at least two arms, which each have a first and a second end.
- the second ends of the arms each have a mounting portion for receiving the microphone capsule.
- Each arm has a shape changing portion that changes shape at a first load, and an elastic portion that allows elastic deformation from a second load.
- the microphone capsule has first and second ends, the first and second ends being respectively supported in a decoupling unit, i. H. the microphone has two decoupling units (a decoupling unit at the first end and a decoupling unit at the second end).
- the decoupling unit is made of a single material.
- the shape changing portions are round, annular, oval, rectangular or have at least one hole in the middle.
- the decoupling unit has a nonlinear spring characteristic.
- a microphone is provided with a microphone capsule, which is swingably mounted in or on the microphone housing.
- the decoupling is improved, the softer the oscillating bearing is designed.
- the resonant frequency of this oscillating bearing should be outside the audible range. Additionally or alternatively, the vibration system should have a low quality.
- mechanical instability may occur at very low resonant frequencies of the oscillating bearing, so that further deflections of the microphone capsule may occur during movement of the microphone.
- the oscillating bearing can have a material, which has a very large internal damping (eg butyl).
- the invention relates to the idea of providing a swinging bearing (decoupling unit), which has a progressively designed spring characteristic of the elastic mounting in order to increase the mechanical stability.
- the oscillating bearing around the rest point can be designed as a soft spring, while it is designed at high deflections as a hard spring.
- this progressive design can be provided in all three axes.
- webs or sections of the decoupling unit can be bent out of the line of force, or a change in the shape of the sections can initially take place.
- a spring force can result from bending the material.
- the bow is then fully stretched, there is a large deflection of the spring force due to a material expansion.
- to bend thin webs of the spring are much finer forces required than for the stretching of the material, which then the desired progressiveness of the spring characteristic can be achieved.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
