Claims (9)

  1. Feuerbeständiger Türblock mit einem oder zwei schwenkbaren Flügel(n) (1), der in eine Öffnung (2), insbesondere eine rechteckige oder quadratische, eingebaut ist, die in einem Mauerwerk (3), wie einer Wand, ausgebildet ist und die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht in einem Gebäude und insbesondere in einem Hochsicherheitsgebäude erstreckt, wobei der Türblock gebildet ist aus einem Festrahmen (4), der im Wesentlichen zwei senkrechte Holme (5) aufweist, die durch einen waagerechten oberen Querträger (6) verbunden sind, und aus einem oder zwei Flügel(n) (1), wobei jeder Flügel (1) mittels wenigstens zweier Bänder (8) um eine vertikale Achse (7) schwenkbar montiert ist, wobei der oder jeder Flügel (1) einen umlaufenden Verstärkungs- und Versteifungsrahmen (9) aufweist, der eine Füllstruktur (13,14) aufnimmt und der aus einem Zusammenbau von endständig aneinanderstoßenden Profilen gebildet ist, wobei jedes Profil aus einer Rahmenplatte (15), vorzugsweise aus Metall, oder einem flachen, länglichen Element, bevorzugt rechteckig, aus ähnlich steifem Material, gebildet ist, das temperatur- und feuerfeste Eigenschaften aufweist, wobei jede Rahmenplatte (15) entlang der Kante (16) einer der Seiten des betreffenden Flügels (1) befestigt ist, im Wesentlichen parallel zu der die Kante enthaltenen Ebene, wobei der Festrahmen (4) in einen L-förmigen Falz (10) eingreift, der in der Laibung der Öffnung (2) ausgebildet und zu deren Außenseite hin offen ist, wobei der Festrahmen (4) aus einem Zusammenbau von endständig aneinanderstoßenden Profilen gebildet ist, wobei jedes Profil aus einem länglichen, flachen Element aus steifem Material, wie ein starres Blech, gebildet ist, das einen L-förmigen Querschnitt und temperatur- und feuerfeste Eigenschaften aufweist, welches direkt oder indirekt gegen den Boden des Falzes (10) angeordnet ist, wobei es sich im Wesentlichen exakt an dessen Form anpasst, um so im Bereich des Falzbodens eine Abschluss- und/oder Abstützverdickung für den oder jeden Flügel (1) zu bilden, wobei die Ausgangsachse des Spiels oder des Spaltes, das oder der eine L-förmige Schikane im Falz (10) zwischen dem oder jedem Flügel (1) und dem Festrahmen (4) bildet, wenn der oder jeder Flügel (1) geschlossen ist, auf der hinteren Seite des Türblocks, im Wesentlichen parallel zur hinteren Seite des oder jedes Flügels (1) ist,
    wobei der Türblock dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass ein oder mehrere Feuerschutz-Teil(e) (24), das oder die temperatur- und feuerfeste Eigenschaften aufweist oder aufweisen, auf der hinteren Seite des oder jedes Flügels (1) angebracht ist oder sind, um an dieser hinteren Seite Feuerschutzbarrieren zu schaffen, die am Ende der Schikane des Falzes (10) angeordnet sind, wenn der oder jeder Flügel (1) in der geschlossenen Stellung ist, wobei die Barrieren im Falle eines Schadens in der Nähe der vordere Seite des Türblocks es ermöglichen, die heißen Gase, die aus der besagten Schikane im Bereich der hinteren Seite austreten, in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der hinteren Seite abzulenken, um so die hintere Seite vor jeglicher Temperatur-Erhöhung zu schützen, die durch einen direkten Kontakt zwischen der hinteren Seite und den heißen Gasen entsteht.
  2. Feuerbeständiger, in einer Öffnung (2) eingebauter Türblock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zusätzlich Befestigungsmittel (12), wie Schrauben, zum Befestigen des Festrahmens (4) im Falz (10) aufweist, welche die Einstellung des Abstands zwischen dem Festrahmen (4) und dem Boden des Falzes (10) ermöglichen, um ein maximales Spiel zwischen jedem Flügel (1) und dem Festrahmen (4) im Falz (10) zu ermöglichen, wenn der betreffende Flügel (1) in der geschlossenen Stellung ist.
  3. Feuerbeständiger, in einer Öffnung (2) eingebauter Türblock nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllstruktur (13,14) aus einem oder zwei Isolierpaneel(en) (13) gebildet ist, das oder die bevorzugt aus einem Verbundstoff gebildet ist oder sind, und dadurch, dass gegebenenfalls die zwei Paneele (13) der Struktur fest gegeneinander gehalten oder durch einen Zwischenraum (13') voneinander getrennt sind, der ein Luftvakuum bildet, das den Durchtritt des Temperaturgradienten verringert.
  4. Feuerbeständiger, in einer Öffnung (2) eingebauter Türblock nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Profil des umlaufenden Rahmens (9) einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, um so eine Rahmenplatte (15) zu bilden, die einen innenliegenden Stütz- und Versteifungssteg (17) aufweist, der sich senkrecht zur Rahmenplatte (15) erstreckt, wobei der innenliegende Steg (17) in die Füllstruktur (13,14) eingreift zwischen die zwei Isolierpaneele (13), die festgehalten sind durch Fixiermittel (18), wie Schrauben, welche ein Anpressen der Paneele (13) mit Druck gegen die betreffende Seite des innenliegenden Stegs (17) des betroffenen T-Profils bewirken.
  5. Feuerbeständiger, in einer Öffnung (2) eingebauter Türblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die große(n) Fläche(n), vorne und/oder hinten, des oder jedes Flügels (1) verkleidet ist/sind mit einer Verkleidung (14), wie zum Beispiel einem Blech, um sie gegen Feuer und Temperaturerhöhungen zu schützen.
  6. Feuerbeständiger, in einer Öffnung (2) eingebauter Türblock nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die großen Flächen jeweils mit einer Verkleidung (14) verkleidet sind, und dadurch, dass jede Verkleidung (14) an ihrem Umfangsrand gefalzt ist, um eine Abwinkelung (19) zu bilden, die einen Abschnitt des betreffenden Rands des Flügels (5) abdeckt, ohne die Abwinkelung der anderen Verkleidung (14), die die andere Fläche verkleidet, zu berühren, um eine thermische Trennung zwischen beide Verkleidungen (14), nämlich der vorderen und der hinteren, zu gewährleisten.
  7. Feuerbeständiger, in einer Öffnung (2) eingebauter Türblock nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verschlussdichtungen (20), bevorzugt auf der vorderen und hinteren Seite des oder jedes Flügels (1), zwischen jede Rahmenplatte (15) des umlaufenden Rahmens (9) und die entsprechende Kante (16) des oder jedes Flügels (1) eingesetzt sind.
  8. Feuerbeständiger, in einer Öffnung (2) eingebauter Türblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Flügel (1) ein System mit einer Anti-Panik-Stange (21) oder ein anderes, ähnliches Schließ-System aufweist, das auf der hinteren Seite, gegebenenfalls auf der entsprechenden Verkleidung (14) des oder jedes Flügels (1), befestigt ist, wobei die Anti-Panik-Stange (21) eine Stange (22) aufweist, die an jedem ihrer Enden an der hinteren Seite durch ein Haupt-Befestigungsmittel (23) befestigt ist, und dadurch, dass zwei Feuerschutz-Teile (24) angebracht sind jeweils zwischen einem der zwei Haupt-Befestigungsmittel (23) und der hinteren Seite des betreffenden Flügels (1), wobei die Breite jedes Feuerschutz-Teils (24) größer ist als die Breite jedes Haupt-Befestigungsmittels (23), sodass auf der hinteren Seite des oder jedes Flügels (1) eine Feuerschutzbarriere geschaffen ist, die am Ende der Schikane des Falzes (10) angeordnet ist, wenn der oder jeder Flügel (1) in der geschlossenen Stellung ist, und die es ermöglicht, einerseits die heißen Gase, die jenseits der hinteren Seite aus der Schikane austreten, im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dieser Seite abzulenken, und andererseits zu verhindern, dass die heißen Gase die Haupt-Befestigungsmittel (23) berühren oder beaufschlagen, und schließlich Temperaturerhöhungen im Bereich der Anti-Panik-Stange (21) zu begrenzen.
  9. Feuerbeständiger, in einer Öffnung (2) eingebauter Türblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder jedes Feuerschutz-Teil (24) einen Kern (25) aus Verbundwerkstoff aufweist, der zumindest zum Teil mit einer Verkleidung (26) versehen ist, wie einem Blech oder einem anderen Schutzelement, das gegen Feuer und erhöhte Temperaturen beständig ist.
