Description

The invention relates to a wing post for the central end area of a wing which can be displaced in a sash frame device relative to a counter wing.

A wing post of the type mentioned is for example from the German utility model DE 20 2004 005 204 U1 famous. According to the solution described there, a movable sash is laterally displaceable relative to a sash fixed to the frame within a sash device, so that the flat glazings received in the individual sashes slide essentially parallel in front of one another during a displacement process of the movable sash relative to the sash fixed to the frame. In order to ensure adequate weather protection in a closed position of the sash within the sash device, symmetrical center profile profiles are arranged on the sash posts in the previously known solution, which when the movable sash is moved into the closed position, hook into each other and in the formed center connection area between the now essentially opposite vertically extending wing mullions are in sealing contact with one another.

While the from the DE 20 2004 005 204 U1 known solution a largely tight seal against penetrating rainwater and other moisture is guaranteed, the above-described conventional solution has the disadvantage that the thermal insulation is inadequate, ie that easily an undesirable heat transfer between the wing arranged on the outside, in the case of DE 20 2004 005 204 U1 the frame fixed wing, and the respective other wing can take place. In other words, the conventional solution has the disadvantage that an undesirable heat transfer between the outside air and the room air can take place, especially in the case of large temperature differences between the weather side of the sash device and the side of the sash device facing the interior.

Die CH 698 166 B1 und DE 25 28 264 A1 offenbaren dabei alle Merkmale des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.the CH 698 166 B1 and DE 25 28 264 A1 disclose wing posts for the central end area, in which profiles and seals are formed from heat-insulating materials. the CH 698 166 B1 and DE 25 28 264 A1 disclose all the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Due to this problem, the present invention was based on the object of developing a wing post of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that the thermal properties, i.e. the heat-insulating properties, are improved and, in particular, the transfer of thermal energy is reduced.

In the case of a wing post according to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1. In particular, the object is achieved in that the sash mullion has a center seal, a center seal counter-element and at least one receiving area for receiving at least one surface element holder, the sash post being made of a heat-insulating material.

The solution according to the invention has the advantage, among other things, that the fact that the entire wing post is made of a heat-insulating material, preferably plastic, extends the thermal insulation path, which in particular increases the unwanted heat transfer through heat conduction along the wing post.

The fact that along the entire thermal transmission path, that is, starting from the weather side along the wing post according to the invention made of a heat-insulating material up to the middle end area and, with a corresponding equivalent design of the counter-wing, also along the wing-post of the counter-wing made of the heat-insulating material, does not promote heat conduction in any way load-bearing metal parts are used, except where appropriate for an optical veneer, the undesired transfer of heat along the sash mullion according to the invention into the central end area is reduced.

It goes without saying that the wing post is formed essentially completely from the heat-insulating material, preferably from a plastic material.

It should be noted here that the wing post according to the invention, formed from a heat-insulating material, also has load-bearing or holding functions in relation to the surface element, that is to say, for example, the glazing. For this purpose, at least one receiving area is provided for receiving at least one surface element holder, which introduces the supporting forces necessary to retain a received surface element directly into the wing post formed from a heat-insulating material.

Advantageous further developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

For example, it is provided that a first receiving area is provided for receiving a first surface element holder and a second receiving area is provided for receiving a second surface element holder. The surface element holders are arranged in such a way that they support a surface element, in particular a glazing, from different sides. It is particularly possible here that the first receiving area and the second receiving area are arranged in such a way that they allow the simple provision of opposing surface element holders, which then support the surface element, in particular the glazing, on mutually opposite sides.

This results in the particular advantage that the connections of the surface element holders required for introducing the supporting forces into the receiving areas of the wing pillar are only in contact on both sides required for holding the surface element with the wing pillar formed from the heat-insulating material itself. In other words, in this case is for neither Surface element holders, another support point that may favor the transfer of heat, for example on metallic profile parts of the wing profile, is necessary. It is thus possible, for example, to improve the visual appearance of the surface element holders by making them themselves from metal, for example from aluminum. Since the surface element brackets themselves are not arranged along a critical route of the undesired heat transfer through the wing post, their formation from metal, for example for optical reasons, is not disadvantageous for the heat-insulating properties of the wing post according to the invention.

In a particularly preferred manner, provision can be made for the sash post to be designed in one piece together with the central end seal. Particularly when the wing post according to the invention is formed from a plastic material such as PVC, the one-piece design enables particularly simple manufacture, for example in an injection molding process or the like.

In a similar way, it can be provided that the wing post is designed in one piece together with the middle end seal and together with the middle end seal counter-element. While it may also be of advantage to make the central end seal counter element from a different material, for example from a foam material, which ensures a gentle, elastic hooking of the corresponding central end seal of the counter wing during the closing process between the wing and counter wing Sash post together with central sealing and central sealing counter-element, a particularly simple and inexpensive manufacturing method is possible.

Furthermore, it can be provided to provide an additional seal on the wing post according to the invention. This additional seal is arranged in such a way that in a closed position of the wing relative to the opposing wing, that is, when the respective center seal of the wing and counter wing interact with the respective middle seal counter elements of the counter wing and wing, the additional seal forms a further sealing seal with the counter wing will. Due to the good thermal The insulation properties of the air then enclosed in this additional cavity can further improve the thermal insulation effect - in addition to the improved protection against the ingress of moisture such as rainwater, for example.

In a manner analogous to the developments described above, it is also possible to form the wing post in one piece together with the additional seal. In this case, while maintaining the additional, improved sealing effect that the additional seal brings with it, a particularly cost-effective production of the wing pillar according to the invention is possible, since in this case the supporting effect of the wing pillar for holding the surface element with the reduction with a simple to manufacture, inexpensive solution the heat transfer through heat conduction and the reduction in heat transfer through flow processes are combined in a single component.

The heat-insulating material is preferably a stable plastic, in particular PVC. The particular advantage here is that such a load-bearing plastic such as PVC, for example, is particularly weather and UV-resistant.

In the following, two exemplary embodiments of the wing post according to the invention are explained in more detail with reference to a drawing.

Fig. 1 shows a sectional view through a sash post 101 according to the invention of a sash 100 within a sash frame device 10, the sash 100 being in a closed position relative to a counter-sash 200, so that a central connection area 300 is formed, which in FIG Fig. 1 is indicated by dash-dotted lines.

In the center connection area 300, a center connection seal 103 of the wing 100 engages in a center connection seal counter element 204 of the counter wing 200. In an analogous manner, an analogously designed central sealing 203 of the opposing wing 200 is provided on the wing post 201 of the counter wing 200, which engages in an analogous manner in a central sealing counter element 104 of the wing post 101 of the wing 100. An additional seal 107 is also provided on the wing post, which is in the in Fig. 1 The illustrated closed position of the wing 100 relative to the opposing wing 200 rests against the latter opposing wing 200.

A first surface element holder 120 is inserted into a first receiving area 105 of the wing 100 in such a way that a supporting force for supporting the surface element 102 of the wing 100 can be introduced into the wing post 101. On the opposite side of the surface element 102 of the wing 100, a second surface element holder 121 is provided in a similar way, which is inserted into a second receiving area 106 of the wing post 101 so that support forces for supporting the surface element 102 of the wing 100 can also be introduced here.

As a result of the relatively large expansion of the wing post 101, which is formed from a heat-insulating material such as, for example, plastic, undesired heat transfer through the wing post 101 is reduced. In the embodiment shown according to Fig. 1 the wing post 101 according to the invention forms the outer shell of the wing 100 as such.

For optical reasons, a metallic screen 130, for example made of aluminum, is provided, which can be clipped into the Wing post is connected. In this case, however, the cover 130, which is used only for optical reasons, does not assume any supporting or holding function. Due to their relatively small volume of material and their relatively small contact area with the wing post, the thermal insulation properties of the wing post 101 are not significantly impaired.

In the in Fig. 1 For optical reasons, the first surface element holder 120 and the second surface element holder 121 are also formed from metal, for example from aluminum. This measure, which in turn only serves optical reasons, again does not impair the good thermal insulation properties of the wing post 101 according to the invention for reasons similar to those explained in relation to the cover 130.

In Fig. 2 the wing post 101 according to the invention is from Fig. 1 shown enlarged. In this first exemplary embodiment, the wing post 101 is formed in one piece together with the central seal 103, the central seal counter-element 104 and the additional seal 107. This enables particularly cost-effective production of the wing post 101 according to the invention according to the first exemplary embodiment, for example in an injection molding machine or according to a similar method.

Fig. 3 shows a wing post 101 according to a second exemplary embodiment of the invention, wherein for better illustration in the manner of an exploded view the devices, which are separately executed in this second exemplary embodiment, central sealing counter element 104 and additional seal 107 are also shown in FIG Fig. 3 are shown.

Again, according to the second exemplary embodiment, in a manner analogous to the first exemplary embodiment, the sash post 101 is formed in one piece together with the central end seal 103.

The separate provision of the central sealing counter-element 104 and the additional seal 107, however, in this case ensures that optimized materials can be used for the respective application purpose of these submissions. So it is possible, for example, with such a multi-piece design of a wing post 101 according to the invention according to the second exemplary embodiment, to form the central sealing counter-element 104 from a more elastic material, for example from a foam material. In this case, when such a central sealing mating element 104, formed separately from a foam material, comes into contact with a central sealing 203 of a mating vane 200, an optimized sealing closure is ensured by its elasticity.

In a similar way, provision can be made for the separately implemented additional seal 107 to be designed in the shape of a brush or for an elastic, for example rubber-like material to be provided for the additional seal 107. As soon as the additional seal 107 in this case, according to the second exemplary embodiment, comes into contact with the counter-wing 200, this additional seal 107 can then slide along the counter-wing 200 in a particularly smooth manner.
