Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sequence according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Drains with removable cover are known from the sanitary sector, road construction or from commercial kitchens. They are usually installed at a lowest point in the ground and serve to collect and discharge wastewater, and have a liquid inlet. Such a liquid inlet is usually realized via slot-like openings in the cover. If the cover element has no openings for the entry of liquid, the cover element can be dimensioned such that in the inserted state a clear gap remains to the drain body as a liquid inlet.
  • the processes or the cover elements are occasionally damaged or destroyed by vandalism. This results from the fact that the cover can usually be removed from the drain for cleaning the process without tools and without much effort. Therefore, it makes sense to secure the cover in the process.
  • the DE 20 2005 004 087 U1 a floor drain before, in which in a first generic embodiment, the cover can be secured with a slide on the flow.
  • the slider is translationally displaceable, is sunk below an inlet gap and has an actuator, such as a directed upward to the opening of the drain nose.
  • the document discloses a quadrangular cover member having a central inlet gap.
  • the cover member has at a corner on a locking element which can engage in a groove formed in the flow.
  • the locking element is actuated via a rotary element, which is arranged on the upper side of the cover separately adjacent to the inlet gap.
  • the axis of rotation of the locking element connected to the locking element extends in the vertical direction, so that the operation of the rotary member is similar to a screwing about.
  • the EP 2 295 654 A1 discloses a floor drain with a removable cover which can also be secured to the drain via a slide.
  • a sliding latch connected to the cover element can be positively connected to a cylindrical section of an adjusting screw, which is located in the outlet.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to improve a sequence of the type mentioned in that while this is securely locked, while still easy to handle and at the same time well protects against unauthorized unlocking.
  • the stated object is achieved by a sequence with the features of claim 1.
  • the recessed arrangement within the liquid inlet makes it difficult to find the mechanism by unauthorized persons.
  • the rotary latch member can be actuated accessible only via the liquid inlet, which complicates unauthorized unlocking of the rotary locking mechanism.
  • sliding latches are unlocked by inserting an approximately elongate object into the fluid inlet and then translating along the inlet gap.
  • the rotary locking mechanism according to the invention is unlocked by a largely rotational movement, whereby an unauthorized unlocking of the arranged in the region of the liquid inlet rotary latch element by only translational, guided along the inlet gap objects is difficult.
  • the rotary latch element can optionally be rotatable along an approximately horizontal axis.
  • the rotary latch element can be arranged as space-saving as possible in the region of the liquid inlet of the drain.
  • the rotary latch member may be rotatably attached to the drain, and the engagement member may be fixed to the cover member.
  • the rotary latch elements located in the drain can continue to be used.
  • the engagement element may be approximately bolt-like and the rotary latch element approximately like a latch, wherein the rotary latch element has at least one complementary to the engagement element recess for latching.
  • a pawl that engages with a bolt is easy to operate while providing good locking.
  • the rotary latch element can have a shape with a defined cam control, wherein the engagement element can be guided on the control cam.
  • a curve control formed on the rotary bolt element may be useful for displacing the cover member during rotation of the rotary bolt member in a predetermined by the shape of the control cam movement. For example, the insertion or removal of the cover from the process can be facilitated.
  • control cam has a shape which at least partially raises the engagement element when rotating the rotary latch element from the locking position into the partial locking or unlocking position.
  • the cover can be lifted when unlocking the locking mechanism to the extent that it protrudes from the gutter, whereby the cover is easy to grasp and thus easily removed from the drain.
  • the control cam may also have a shape which can control the rotary latch member upon insertion of the cover member, engaging in the engagement member and rotating in the direction of the locking position.
  • the shape of the control cam causes the rotary latch member to rotate to a partial lock position in which the rotary latch member partially engages the engagement member. So the cover can already after inserting so far as to be ensured in the process that it remains in position at least under normal loads, for example by entering the process.
  • a self-locking mechanism can be realized in which rotates the rotary latch element when inserting the cover of the shape of its control cam accordingly until the rotary latch completely engages in the locking position. This is a particularly simple form of operation of the rotary latch mechanism with consistently good functionality of the lock.
  • the sequence can have at least two support points for supporting the cover element on the outlet, of which the rotary latch element can form at least one support point.
  • the support points provide a good grip of the cover used in the process. If the rotary latch element has the combined function of a support point, the number of support points to be provided separately can be reduced. The fewer separate support points are arranged on the drain, the easier this is to produce and the insertion or removal of the cover designed to be uncomplicated.
  • the rotary latch element may be rotatably storable, for example, about an axis provided on the drain or on the cover element, wherein an end position in the unlocked position is limited by a stop and / or an end position in the locking position of the engagement element.
  • a stop which defines an end position of the unlocking position is advantageous, since such over-rotation or rotation of the rotary latch member can be avoided in a possibly unattachable position.
  • the engagement member determines an end position of the locking position, a secure locking is ensured by transferring the rotary latch member in its end position relative to the engagement member.
  • the process has at least one coupling arrangement for coupling the cover element to the drain, to which either the rotary latch element or a non-rotatable fixed bearing can be attached.
  • Such coupling arrangements have a high variability, since these can be provided as needed with a rotary latch or a non-rotatable fixed bearing.
  • the interchangeability between the rotary bolt element and non-rotatable fixed bearing is advantageous if the process during installation or removal to adapt to different external environmental conditions is.
  • a simple convertibility or retrofittability of processes or covering elements can be made possible.
  • the drain can have at least two coupling arrangements, which can each be arranged on the opposite longitudinal or transverse sides of the drain or on the opposite sides of the cover. Opposing arranged coupling arrangements ensure a good coupling between cover and drain, so that the cover is effectively secured against unauthorized removal.
  • the rotary latch element can have at least one tool engagement surface, wherein the rotary latch element can be brought into the locking and / or unlocking position via the engagement in the tool engagement surface.
  • the process can be additionally secured in a favorable manner against unauthorized unlocking, since usually suitable tool for engagement in the tool engagement surface of the rotary latch member is needed.
  • the tool engagement surface may face away from the opening of the gutter at least in the locking position.
  • the provided for unlocking tool engagement surface is thus no longer, as usual, the user obviously facing.
  • a suitable, for example, hook-shaped tool can be provided, at least for unlocking, in order to be able to actuate the tool surface facing away from the user in an engaging manner. This also protects against unauthorized unlocking the rotary lock.
  • the rotary locking mechanism is located below an inlet edge of the fluid inlet both in an unlocking, as well as in a partial locking or locking position.
  • the rotary locking mechanism is recessed in the process, so that an unlocking of the rotary latch element requires at least partial intervention in the regularly small liquid inlet. In this way, an unauthorized or unintentional unlocking of the rotary latch member can be additionally effectively countered.
  • the rotary latch member having a width which is equal to or smaller than the liquid inlet forming clear distance between the cover and the drain. So it can be ensured that the rotary latch element can be suitably arranged in the liquid inlet. Should the rotary latch element have approximately the same width as the liquid inlet, then it is also prevented that dirt can accumulate in a gap forming between the rotary latch element and the liquid inlet.
  • FIG. 1 1 shows a drain body 2 and a cover element 3 inserted therein.
  • the drain 1 is inserted so far into a floor, not shown, that the upper edges 8 of the drain body 2 complete plan with the bottom surface.
  • the sequence 1 has an elongated rectangular shape in horizontal cross-section, wherein the sequence of the invention 1 is not limited to this geometry, that is, the process 1 may for example be square, round, oval, etc.
  • the outer dimensions of the cover 3 are smaller than the inner dimensions of the drain body 2, so that on all four sides of the drain 1 between the drain body 2 and the cover 3 column 5 remain, which form a liquid inlet 4. It would also be conceivable, however, for the cover element 3 to have slots on its upper side for the entry of liquid into the drain 1 or to be similar to a grate or a grid. The liquid inlet 4 forming column 5 would then not necessarily be present.
  • FIG. 1 shows the visible from the outside top 34 of a rotary latch member 7, which is sunk in one of the column 5.
  • the installation location of the rotary latch element 7 is not on the in FIG. 1 limited position shown. Rather, rotary latch elements 7 can be recessed in all, a liquid inlet 4 forming column 5.
  • FIG. 2 the rotary locking mechanism 6 is shown enlarged.
  • the approximately in this embodiment, bolt-like formed engaging element 9 is located on an inner side 10 of the cover 3, which, however, for the sake of clarity in FIG. 2 is not explicitly shown.
  • the rotary latch element 7 is rotatably mounted on an axle 11, which extends approximately horizontally from the drain body 2.
  • the rotary latch element 7 has a base body 12, from which an approximately T-shaped head part 13 extends.
  • the rotation lock mechanism 6 is in FIG. 2 shown in an end position of an unlocked position.
  • the remote from the engagement element 9 end of the T-shaped head portion 13 is located on an approximately step-shaped unlocking stop 15, which defines the final position in the unlocked position.
  • the main body 12 also has a nose 17, which in an in FIG. 3 shown end position of a locking position with the locking stop 16 comes to rest. It would also be conceivable, however, for the engagement element 9 to define the end position in the locking position, in that the engagement element 9 comes into contact with a complementary, approximately latch-shaped engagement surface 18 which is formed between the base body 12 and the T-shaped head part 13. The locking stop 16 would then not necessarily be necessary.
  • the lug 17 and the associated stop 16 could also be arranged mirror-symmetrically on an opposite side of the rotary latch element 7 or the drain body 2 from a mirror axis S.
  • Such a mirror-symmetrical lug 17 'could thus with a mirror-symmetrical stop 16' define an end position in the unlocked position and thus the in FIG. 2 pictured approximately step-shaped unlocking stop 15, which comes to rest with the T-shaped head part 13, replace.

  • the axis 11 and the engagement element 9 viewed in a transverse direction A, approximately centrally disposed on the drain body 2 and on the cover 3.
  • the axis 11 and the engagement member 9 are located on a common, approximately vertical axis, which is equal to the mirror axis S in the present case.
  • the position in which the T-shaped head part 13 is formed on the base body 12 is determined.
  • the T-shaped head portion 13 is offset to the left in the illustrated front view with respect to the common axis S.
  • the rotary latch member 7 from an unlocked position ( FIG. 2 ) in a clockwise direction into a locking position ( FIG. 3 ) turned. Accordingly, the rotary latch member (7) can be rotated counterclockwise from a locking position to an unlocked position.
  • the rotation is infinitely variable. It would also be conceivable for the entire rotary locking mechanism 6 to be arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to the common mirror axis S, in which case the rotation from the unlocking position to a locking position would then be directed counterclockwise accordingly.
  • the T-shaped head part 13 would be offset relative to the axis S to the right formed on the base body 12.
  • the rotary latch element 7 has a control cam 19, on which the engagement element 9 rests at least partially.
  • the cam control of the control cam 19 may be designed such that the engagement element 9 is guided continuously during rotation of the rotary latch element 7, or in sections on the control cam 19.
  • a distance a between a center of the axis 11 and an upper surface portion 31 of the engagement surface 18 is slightly smaller than a distance b between the center of the axis 11 to an upper engagement surface 32 of the engagement member 9, which in the locked position with the above lying surface portion 31 of the engagement surface 18 comes to rest.
