Definitions
- the invention relates to a, preferably made of plastic, non-return valve for a, preferably also made of plastic, exhaust pipe of a combustion device according to the preamble of claim 1, in particular for a heating burner, preferably for a gas burner (condensing boiler), with a valve seat, a valve seat associated, a guide portion having float and with a condensate collecting channel for collecting the exhaust pipe downwardly draining condensate.
- a backflow valve for an exhaust pipe is known in which a float is arranged in the region of a flow constriction, guided radially inwardly directed guide webs. These narrow the free flow cross-section, which is perceived as disadvantageous.
- a guide portion of the float is rod-shaped and closely enclosed by the guide webs, the radially inner guide surfaces are radially spaced from the peripheral surface of the flow constriction.
- the known backflow preventer is directly part of the exhaust pipe forming pipe section and difficult to clean in the event of contamination.
- the float is not removable.
- the DE 100 37 967 C1 describes a non-return valve, in which the float or its guide rod is closely entwined by a guide tube which is held at radially inwardly narrowing the free flow cross-section rods.
- the known backflow lock is not optimally cleanable.
- a complex constructed backflow valve which comprises a two-part, telescopically extendable float, both floating body parts are guided in a central guide opening, which is held by radial webs.
- the guide surface for guiding the floating body is formed by the inner periphery of the aforementioned guide opening and is provided on a built-in part.
- the floats are guided exclusively on the installation part. It is felt to be disadvantageous that the free flow cross-section is narrowed by the radial webs and the central guide surface defining the guide opening.
- the WO 2010/131282 A2 shows a generic type backflow valve with a float, which is axially adjustable relative to a valve seat. During this adjustment, the float is guided on a guide surface. Valve seat and guide surface are located on the same component, namely a monolithic formed with the exhaust pipe ring collar, which bounds radially outside a Kondesatauffangrinne, which is connected condensate monolithically formed with the exhaust pipe condensate discharge nozzle.
- the US 5,857,904 shows a return valve, formed at the valve seat and guide surface for a float on different components are, wherein the guide surface offering component is received within the valve seat offering component.
- the EP 1 826 487 A2 describes a backflow valve without float. Instead of a floating body, a closure flap is provided, which is arranged on a built-in part, which is detachably fixed directly to an inner axial extension (pipe socket section) of the exhaust pipe.
- the known backflow barrier has a condensate collecting channel designed as a siphon.
- the present invention seeks to provide a comprehensive a float backflow lock for an exhaust pipe, which is characterized by a good cleanability.
- the backflow valve should provide a maximized flow area and, moreover, tilting should be avoided.
- valve seat is formed on a fixture, releasably releasably with fixing means on a guide surface for guiding the guide portion of the float having from the built-in part separate holding part releasably fixed and / or fixed.
- the invention is based on the idea of the sealing function, ie the valve seat, and the guiding function, ie the at least one guide surface for Cooperation with the guide portion of the float to separate at least partially component by the valve seat and at least one guide surface for the float are arranged on different components, namely the valve seat on a fixture and the guide surface on a holding part, according to the invention insert and holding part via fixing form-fitting can be fixed to each other and / or fixed, thereby in turn to ensure easy disassembly and thus good cleanability. Due to the component separation of the two functions, it is in fact possible to disassemble the return flow lock manually after a certain installation or operating time in order to expose the guide surfaces and the valve seat and clean in this way.
- the fixing means are designed as a bayonet closure or comprise a bayonet closure, so that built-in part and holding part by a combined Aufsteck- and rotational movement axially secured to each other or secured, in particular latched, are.
- a valve seat diameter is preferably larger than a guide diameter of the guide surface.
- the condensate collecting channel for collecting the condensate flowing down the exhaust pipe is part of the holding part, wherein preferably the condensate collecting channel is arranged radially adjacent and radially outside the guide surface for guiding the guide section of the floating body.
- At least one axial stop in the invention to the mounting part designed to limit the lifting movement of the float wherein the axial stop is preferably designed and arranged such that the float is held on the mounting part.
- Float and built-in component are preferably removable from the holding part with dissolved fixing means or removable. It is particularly expedient if the float, for example, by appropriate compression or elastic deformation, is removable from the mounting part to allow a further improvement of the cleanability.
- the fixing means comprise a bayonet lock, and the mounting part and holding part by relative rotation to each other can be fixed and released again.
- corresponding recesses are in the holding part, so that the built-in part can be inserted axially into the holding part, so that corresponding radial extensions engage in the recesses and then a fixation can be made by relative turning.
- the condensate collecting channel is designed as a siphon, that is a condensate water column Preventing penetration of exhaust gases upstream through the exhaust gas passage prevented.
- the formation of the condensate collecting channel as a siphon has the additional advantage that it can be dispensed with a separate from the backflow, to the condensate collecting channel via a line, in particular a hose connected siphon, as must be used in the prior art, when the siphon Even with closed backflow valve, ie even when resting on the valve seat float, a pipe region in the exhaust flow before the float with a pipe section in the exhaust flow behind the float condensate conductively connects that so from above into the condensate collecting water flowing water through the siphon into an area behind the valve seat, ie in the exhaust gas flow direction in front of the valve seat, can pass, then in the direction of the burner, if necessary, a condensate collecting tray provided there can penetrate.
- the insert projects axially into the condensate collecting channel and subdivided in principle in at least two communicating with each other on the principle communicating tubes and communicating ring sections, preferably a fluid-conducting connection of an inner ring portion, in particular on the aforementioned axial gap is arranged to a region in the exhaust gas flow direction in front of the valve seat below a condensate inlet height in the outer ring portion, in particular such that it is ensured that flooding of the valve seat with condensate is reliably avoided.
- the backflow lock does not form the actual exhaust pipe as in the prior art and is directly connectable with exhaust pipes, but if further education the backflow lock, in particular the holding part, axially insertable into an exhaust pipe and in the radial direction relative to this, in particular by means an outer peripheral ring seal, preferably an O-ring is sealable.
- the design of the return flow block as an insert part allows a universal arrangement and, moreover, a cleaning of the return flow block by removing it from the exhaust pipe is further facilitated.
- the holding part in particular the end, an annular collar for engagement with an exhaust pipe end face or for radial engagement in an optionally provided inner groove of an exhaust pipe.
- At least one axial stop for limiting the axial stroke movement of the float is provided on the insert part. It is particularly useful, if for this at least one axial stop a lateral recess in the guide portion of the float is provided through which the axial stop can reach.
- the guide portion of the floating body preferably guided exclusively by its outer circumference comprises a plurality of, in particular uniform, circumferentially spaced axial webs, wherein recesses are provided between the axial webs, which on the one hand can serve to reach through axial stops and which, moreover, have the purpose of reducing the weight of the To reduce floating body to ensure that even in low power operating conditions of a burner and so that a low gas pressure opening is ensured.
- the axial webs form at their, more preferably curved, outer circumferential surface guide section surfaces for cooperation with the at least one guide surface of the holding part. Also can flow through the recesses exhaust with the backflow lock open radially outward and then further up.
- the float has a convexly curved in the exhaust gas flow direction cover portion, which can be provided centrically indentation, which further increases the stability.
- Fig. 1 to 7 is a preferred embodiment of a backflow valve for an exhaust pipe partially cut and shown in different operating conditions (open or closed).
- the non-return valve consists of three main components, each of which is designed as a separate plastic injection molded part.
- This is a floating body 2, which is held captive in an (inner) mounting part 3, which in turn is fixed via a fixing means 4 formed as a bayonet lock on a holding part 5 surrounding the mounting part 3, which axially into a preferably made of plastic pipe is insertable.
- a fixing means 4 formed as a bayonet lock
- a holding part 5 surrounding the mounting part 3, which axially into a preferably made of plastic pipe is insertable.
- an annular groove 6 is provided on the circumference in a lower end region into which a ring seal 7 formed in the illustrated embodiment as an O-ring (cf. 4 and 5 ) can be inserted to seal the holding part 5 with respect to an exhaust pipe.
- the ring seal 7 is then supported on the one hand in the annular groove 6 and on the other hand on the inner circumference of the exhaust pipe.
- the holding member 5 is provided with an annular collar 8, with which the backflow lock 1, for example, axially to an end face of an exhaust pipe can be applied (axial securing).
- the float 2 is between a closed, in Fig. 1 shown position in which a lid portion 9 rests with a lower, circumferential annular sealing surface 10 on a component-side valve seat 11 and an open, in Fig. 2 shown adjustable position in which the sealing surface 10 is lifted axially from the valve seat 11 in an exhaust gas flow direction.
- Fig. 1 shown position in which a lid portion 9 rests with a lower, circumferential annular sealing surface 10 on a component-side valve seat 11
- an open in Fig. 2 shown adjustable position in which the sealing surface 10 is lifted axially from the valve seat 11 in an exhaust gas flow direction.
- exhaust gas can flow out from below through lateral recesses 12 in the float 2 radially outward and axially forward into a region located behind the valve seat 11 in the exhaust gas flow direction.
- FIG. 2 results in the bayonet closure in the embodiment shown two, alternatively, if necessary, a plurality, over the circumference of the holding part 5 distributed (arranged) recesses 13 which have an axial insertion portion and extending in the circumferential direction Verdrehabites. With these recesses 13 occur for positive fixing of the insert 3 on the holding part 5 arranged on the mounting part 3 radial projections 14, wherein during rotation a not apparent in the figures slope or a hill is overcome, so that the radial projections 14 latch in an end position and to spring in there.
- the guide section 16 offers on the radially outer mating guide surfaces, which interact with a circumferentially closed guide surface 17 (in this case the inner peripheral surface) of a narrowed tube section 18 of the holding part 5.
- a circumferentially closed guide surface 17 in this case the inner peripheral surface
- the narrowed pipe section 18 and thus the guide surface 17 is slightly conically inclined in a guide region or that the pipe section 18 tapers slightly conically in the exhaust gas flow direction, in the embodiment shown at an angle of about 1 ° with respect to a longitudinal center axis of holding part.
- the guide surface 12 has essentially the task of reliably preventing a tilting of the float 2 on its adjustment.
- the axial webs 15 are connected together in a lower end region via a circumferential annular portion 19, which also offers on its outer circumference counter guide surfaces for interacting with the guide surface 17.
- Conceivable is an embodiment in which the axial webs are slightly offset radially inward and thus only the ring portion 19 leading interacts with the guide surface or alternatively only the axial webs, it being particularly preferred if both the outer peripheral surfaces of the axial webs 15 and the Outer circumferential surface of the ring portion 19 with the pipe section, ie with the inner peripheral surface (guide surface 12) leader interact.
- the guide portion 16 is accommodated with a slight radial clearance in the tube portion (narrowed with respect to an outer periphery of the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical outer wall of the holding means 5).
- a plurality of distributed over the circumference of the insert 3 arranged axial stops 20 are provided, which protrude a little way radially into the recesses 12 and in a maximum stroke position with the ring portion 19, the corresponding counter-attack surface forms, interacts.
- Fig. 4 also shows that the lid portion 9 of the floating body 12 is concavely curved and has an optional central indentation 21.
- the fixing means 4 can be seen in a plan view and the lid portion 9, whose outer diameter corresponds to the outer diameter of the guide portion plus a few millimeters, preferably from a millimeter range between 2 mm and 8 mm, preferably from about 4 mm.
- the backflow lock 1 is further based on the different operating conditions according to the 6 and 7 shown.
- the recesses 12 can be seen, which are separated by the axial webs 15.
- the axial stops 20 protrude into this, to then in the in Fig. 7 shown, extended position with the ring portion 19 to interact. If the mounting part 3 is removed by rotation and relative axial movement to the holding part 5 of this, at the same time the float 2 is removed with.
- a condensate collecting trough 22 (condensate collecting trough) is formed in the holding part 5, which is configured as a siphon 23, in which the built-in part 3 is axial, approximately in the radial center of the condensate collecting trough
- the annular wall 24 divides the condensate collection channel 22 into a radially outer ring section 25 and a radially inner ring section 26.
- the siphon 23 is - regardless of the position of the float 2 - permanently condensate-conducting in connection both with an area in the exhaust gas flow direction in front of the float 2 and with an area behind it.
- condensate can flow into the outer ring portion 25 from above, through the siphon 23 into the narrowed pipe section 18 through an axial gap 27 between the mounting part 3 and the holding part 5.
- This axial gap 27 is located in a region axially below the valve seat 11, so that it is ensured that the condensate does not accumulate in the siphon up to an axial height of the valve seat 11.
- the two ring sections 25, 26 act according to the principle of communicating tubes together.
- the siphon 23 or the condensate collecting channel 22 is delimited by a circumferential inner tube wall 28, which forms the narrowed tube section 18. Radially outside the condensate collecting tray 22 is bounded by an outer tube wall 29 which limits the outer periphery of the holding part 5.
- a plurality of distributed over the circumference arranged assembly auxiliary sections 30 are provided on the mounting part 3, which have a downwardly expiring mounting frame, thereby causing a centering when placing. At the same time, these provide a spacer section 31 for compliance with the aforementioned axial gap 20.

Description
US 4,770,160 genannt.

Fig. 6 und 7 gezeigt.
