Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sleeping bag. More specifically, the present invention relates to the field of sleeping bags that incorporate a mattress. It finds of course an application in the field of outdoor recreation such as camping for example.
  • conventional sleeping bags are known, formed of a single flexible textile panel that folds on itself to form a sleeping space, closed for example by a zipper.
  • such sleeping bags can be formed of several flexible panels assembled, usually by stitching, to form the sleeping space.
  • the user must therefore carry a small mattress, or a floor mat, it can have on the floor, and over which he puts the sleeping bag.
  • Solutions consisting of a sleeping bag comprising a receiving pocket in which can be inserted a mattress. This is the case for example of the solution described in FR 2 922 739 .
  • Such a sleeping bag is suitable for use in a first configuration with the mattress, and in a second configuration without the mattress.
  • the bag comprises a receiving pocket adapted to receive the mattress in the first configuration.
  • the receiving pocket has an opening for introducing the mattress and is provided with holding means for holding the mattress in the receiving pocket in the first configuration.
  • One of the problems posed by such a sleeping bag is that when the user wants to use his sleeping bag without a mattress, for example when he sleeps in a shelter in which he already has a mattress, the empty reception bag forms a surplus of troublesome material. This surplus material is necessary for maintaining the mattress in the first configuration, but is not suitable for the second configuration.
  • the surplus material generates a sleeping bag of larger size, which in turn generates heat losses due to the air knives formed in the sleeping space not filled by the body of the user.
  • US 2010/107332 describes a sleeping bag according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention therefore aims to solve these problems among other problems.
  • the invention aims to provide a sleeping bag that can be used in a first configuration, with a mattress, and in a second configuration, without mattress, with great comfort in both configurations.
  • the invention thus relates, in a first aspect, to a sleeping bag that can be used in a first configuration with a mattress and in a second configuration without a mattress.
  • the sleeping bag comprises a flexible panel or several assembled flexible panels, this or these flexible panels being able to constitute a sleeping space for a user.
  • the sleeping bag also includes a receiving pocket adapted to receive a mattress in the first configuration.
  • This receiving pocket is integral with the flexible panel or one of the assembled flexible panels, on the side of its outer face opposite the sleeping space.
  • the receiving pocket has an opening for introducing the mattress and is provided with holding means capable of holding the mattress in the receiving pocket in the first configuration.
  • This receiving pocket is provided with first fastening means distributed around the periphery of the insertion opening.
  • the outer face of the flexible panel is provided with second securing means.
  • the first and second securing means are adapted to cooperate in the second configuration so that the insertion opening is closed.
  • the holding means are arranged so as to be stored in the receiving pocket in the second configuration.
  • the holding means comprise at least one flexible elongate member, preferably elastic, inserted in a guide, such as a sheath, continuous or discontinuous and distributed around the periphery of the introduction opening, the flexible elongate member being slidable in this guide.
  • the guide has at least one opening allowing access to the flexible elongate member.
  • This guide may have at least two openings, diametrically opposed preferences, allowing access to the flexible elongate member.
  • the holding means comprise a locking element for limiting the sliding of the flexible elongate element in the guide.
  • the locking element is adapted to allow to join a portion of the element flexible elongate accessible by one of the two openings in the guide with a portion of this flexible elongate member accessible through the other of the two openings in the guide.
  • the holding means comprise at least one elastic material element distributed continuously or discontinuously and around the insertion opening.
  • the receiving pocket is formed of one or more flexible panels with a surplus of material, preferably of elastic material, filled, for example with cotton wool and / or feathers.
  • the bag is configured so that the surplus material is stored inside the closed receiving bag, in the second configuration.
  • the outer face of or of one of the panels forming the sleeping space is made of elastic material.
  • the invention also relates, in a second aspect, to an assembly comprising a sleeping bag as presented above, and a mattress adapted to be arranged in the receiving pocket.
  • figure 1 an example of sleeping bag 1 according to the invention, in preparation for the first configuration of use, that is to say the configuration with mattress.
  • the sleeping bag 1 is conventionally made of one or more flexible panels, such as flexible textile panels, for forming a sleeping space.
  • panels it can be an upper panel and a lower panel assembled for example by sewing.
  • side panels may be interposed between the lower and upper panels.
  • the sleeping bag 1 is represented from below. Therefore, in these figures, we do not see the usual opening allowing a user to enter the sleeping space.
  • a receiving pocket 3 On the outer face 4 of the or one of the panels forming the sleeping space, is arranged a receiving pocket 3.
  • external face 4 is meant the face of the panel opposite to the sleeping space.
  • the receiving pocket 3 is itself formed of one or more panels, such as flexible textile panels, assembled for example by sewing to the outer face 4 of one of the panels forming the sleeping space.
  • the receiving pocket 3 may therefore be formed of one or more separate panels of the panel or panels forming the sleeping space, which are reported on the outer face 4 of the or one of the panels forming the sleeping space.
  • This receiving pocket 3 may also be formed of one or more extensions of one of the panels forming the sleeping space, such as the side panels of this sleeping space.
  • the receiving pocket 3 takes the form of a flap 3 which is folded down on the outer face 4 of or one of the panels forming the sleeping space.
  • This receiving pocket 3 is secured to at least one of the panels forming the sleeping space.
  • the receiving pocket 3 defines a housing adapted to receive a mattress 2, for use of the sleeping bag 1 in the first configuration with mattress.
  • the receiving bag 3 is provided with an opening 5 allowing the introduction of the mattress 2.
  • the receiving bag 3 is also provided with holding means 6, 7, which will be described in more detail below with reference to FIG. figure 2 .
  • First and second securing means 9, 10 are also shown on the figure 1 , which will be described in more detail below with particular reference to Figures 3 and 4 .
  • the first securing means 9 are arranged on the periphery of the insertion opening 5, and the second securing means 10 are arranged on the outer face 4 of one of the panels forming the sleeping space.
  • first and second securing means 9, 10 are configured to be able to cooperate, in the second configuration without a mattress, so as to close the insertion opening 5.
  • the sleeping bag 1 is in the first configuration with mattress, as shown in FIG. figure 2 .
  • the holding means 6, 7 are implemented so as to allow the mattress 2 to be correctly held in place inside the receiving pocket 3.
  • these holding means 6, 7 take the form of a flexible elongated element 7, introduced into a guide 6 distributed around the periphery of the introduction opening 5.
  • This guide 6 can be continuous or discontinuous flexible textile sheath type, and allows sliding of the flexible elongate element 7.
  • These holding means 6, 7 may also comprise a locking element 8 making it possible to prevent or temporarily limit the sliding, and thus the retraction, of the elongate element 7 in the guide 6, thus preventing or limiting the re widening of the introduction opening 5.
  • the flexible elongated element 7 slides in a sheath 6, and can be pulled out of this sheath 6 at two diametrically opposite openings 11 in this sheath 6.
  • the locking element 8 takes the form of a hook 8 for temporarily securing the two portions of the flexible elongated element 7 pulled out of the sheath 6.
  • This flexible elongated element 7 is preferably elastic, which allows to obtain the desired support for the mattress 2 in the receiving pocket 3, but with some flexibility due to the elasticity. This flexibility allows a slight variation in the tightening of the introduction opening 5, which increases the comfort of the user in the first configuration, especially when the user moves inside the sleeping space.
  • the holding means are not however limited to the combination of a flexible elongated element 7, preferably elastic, sliding in a guide or sheath 7, possibly completed by the locking element 8.
  • This elastic member should be such that, when not stretched, it retracts so that the dimensions of the introduction opening 5 decrease to prevent, or at least interfere, insertion and removal. mattress 2.
  • the first and second securing means 9, 10 presented above can be implemented, to place the sleeping bag 1 in the second configuration without mattress represented in figure 4 .
  • the implementation of these first and second securing means 9, 10 is shown in greater detail in the figure 3 .
  • first and second securing means 9, 10 can also store the holding means 6, 7, 8 in the receiving pocket 3, when these holding means are suitably arranged.
  • the holding means 6, 7, 8 are distributed around the periphery of the insertion opening 5
  • the first securing means 9 are also distributed around the periphery of the insertion opening 5, but recessed from this introduction opening 5 with respect to the holding means 6, 7, 8, and finally that the second securing means 10 are arranged on the outer face 4 of the or one of the panels forming the sleeping space , the cooperation between these first and second securing means 9 and 10 for closing the introduction opening 5 makes it possible to obtain the storage of the holding means by placing them under the flap 3 forming the receiving pocket 3.
  • the first and second securing means 9, 10 may for example be of the zipper type. It can still be loop-hook means, or any other conventional means of closure.
  • the panel or panels forming the receiving pocket 3 comprise a surplus of packed material.
  • the lining may be made with cotton wool and / or feathers for example.
  • This lining makes it possible to obtain satisfactory comfort, especially when used in the second configuration, since the user is thus not bothered by the holding means 6, 7, 8 stored in the receiving bag 3.
  • This surplus material is also stored, in the second configuration, inside the closed receiving pocket 3.
  • the surplus material of the panel or panels forming the receiving pocket 3 is elastic. This then has the effect of improving the freedom of movement, so comfort, the user in use in the first configuration.
  • the outer face 4 of the or one of the panels forming the sleeping space is elastic. This then has the effect to improve the freedom of movement, therefore the comfort, of the user in use in the second configuration.
  • the receiving bag 3 is completely closed. In place of the receiving opening, only the outer face 4 of the or one of the panels forming the sleeping space is visible.
