Description

Bassins de culture d'organismes photosynthétiques  Pools of photosynthetic organisms
The present invention describes a covered basin, advantageously (but not exclusively) intended for the equipment of terrestrial aquaculture farms of photosynthetic organisms and the technical device necessary for its production.
The field of the invention therefore relates to covered basins of all sizes, particularly those with a unit size equal to or greater than 500 square meters.
A terrestrial aquaculture farm of photosynthetic organisms consists of a set of basins often of identical shape but in several series of sizes. Efficiency leads to the arrangement of the basins in order to optimize the occupation of the ground, which most often results in the alignment of identical basins on one or more rows.
Each basin is separated from its immediate neighbor by a space which allows the free movement of operating personnel and equipment and which can serve as a support for the networks of the installation such as channels, pipes, cables.
The basins are shallow to ensure the greatest diffusion of sunlight throughout the liquid medium and are most often built or placed above the ground.
The walls of said basins are generally made of concrete walls, solid or hollow bricks, planks, earth embankment or packed sand, or any other suitable material or device.
The low height of the contained liquid, usually limited to a few tens of centimeters causes a low side pressure on the walls, such as less than 5000 pascals for a liquid height of 50 centimeters, which allows the use of thin walls or flexible implemented in accordance with the rules of art.
The coverage of the basins, whatever the particular embodiment is a) individual: each basin has its own cover which is supported either on the same wall of the basin which in this case must be reinforced and adapted to support this load, the more often outdoors to include a taxiway around the entire perimeter of the pond inside the cover. The scope of the structure is at least equal to the width of the pool possibly increased by the width of the lateral traffic lanes.
The ground anchors of the support structure of this cover are regularly spaced according to the rules of the art and positioned in the spaces between the basins where they constitute obstacles to traffic. The scope of the structure is at least equal to the width of a single basin increased by the width of a taxiway between two basins.
These covers often take the form of greenhouses tunnels or greenhouses chapels known to those skilled in the art and whose height is a few meters generally between 3 and 5, which induces a significant wind gain.
The covers provide among other functions, that of taking care of precipitation, especially rains. Rainwater is systematically conduct at the periphery of the cover, at one or more points depending on the shape of the support structure of said cover, and according to the forms and accessories adapted to each particular embodiment.
The rainwater is brought to the ground in the space normally devolved to the circulation between the covers (individual or collective) and must be supported by any appropriate means such as, for example, channel, pipe, gutter , to be evacuated outside the zone of basins, with the aid of equipment or arrangements known to those skilled in the art and according to the needs due to the relief of the site as ditches, catch basins, lift pumps, basin retention.
Rainfall over an area of one hectare of covered basins represents a volume of one hundred cubic meters per ten millimeters of precipitation. The evacuation of such quantities is obligatory under pain of damage such as the flooding of the installations, the displacement or the destruction of the walls of the basins, the gully or the destabilization of the grounds.
The invention overcomes some of these disadvantages and helps to facilitate the deployment of pools and reduce costs by saving materials. At least.
The invention is based on the placing on the ground of a set of gutters of great length, advantageously regularly spaced, so as to allow the installation of basins between the gutters, said gutters can ensure both the wall function basins, support of the cover of said basins, taxiway for operating personnel, support networks, collection and management of rainwater outside the basin area.
Thus, a first object of the invention is a device for constructing covered basement walls composed of a profiled trough © of great length, advantageously placed on the ground, which can act as a wall, advantageously a wall for two juxtaposed basins, and of which the profile can be used to fix the bottom and bottom films of the basins® for the entire length of the gutter.
The invention also relates to a covered basin, characterized by the implementation of at least one profile gutter © of great length as a side wall, preferably common to two juxtaposed basins, and as a support for the upper cover flexible airtight and water-resistant of each basin combined with the use of films or flexible sheets as bas fonds.

The side walls ©, preferably vertical, may be 5 to 100 centimeters high, preferably 10 to 30 centimeters may have at their upper end a fold © which can run the entire length of the gutter.
The longitudinal fold may be intended to i) provide the traditional function of stiffening the wall © to limit the deformation ii) allow the attachment of flexible films bottom and cover pools (see below).
According to the particular embodiment, this fold may have a rounded shape or have sharp edges, be oriented outwardly or inwardly of the gutter.
According to a particular embodiment not illustrated, said fold © can be split. A first fold can be positioned at the ridge of the side wall © and can ensure the stiffening. A second fold can be positioned between the ridge and the base of the side wall © and can provide the function of hanging flexible films (see below).
Ledit chéneau nécessaire à la réalisation de l'invention peut être fabriqué par tout moyen technique approprié connu de l'homme de l'art tel qu'à titre d'exemples non limitatifs :  Said gutter necessary for carrying out the invention may be manufactured by any appropriate technical means known to those skilled in the art, as non-limiting examples:

La mise en place d'une couche de réglage de sable fin après épierrage est un exemple de solution pour atteindre cet objectif. ii) achieve a nearly perfect planimetry so that any two points of the entire support surface defined in (i) have a maximum altitude difference of less than or equal to 5 centimeters and ideally less than or equal to 2 centimeters, tolerance level widely available to specialized companies for example in the realization of road surfaces. iii) obtain a surface layer freed from any element likely to attack the soft materials that can be deployed to form the bottoms of the basins®. The establishment of a fine sand setting layer after stone removal is an example of a solution to achieve this objective.
The gutters © can be placed on the support surface thus produced, in the following ways:
i) sur un même ensemble, tous les chéneaux peuvent être idéalement réalisés à l'identique, quelque soit le mode particulier de réalisation, et peuvent avoir au minimum un profil transversal unique (même dessin, mêmes dimensions).  i) on the same set, all gutters can be ideally made identical, regardless of the particular embodiment, and can have at least a single transverse profile (same design, same dimensions).
(ii) the gutters may be laid strictly parallel.
iii) l'écart entre les chéneaux peut déterminer la largeur des bassins  iii) the gap between the gutters can determine the width of the basins
This length can determine that of basins which generally is slightly lower.
iiiii) les chéneaux peuvent être fermement maintenus en place par tout moyen approprié au mode particulier de réalisation tel que par exemple 1) par le propre poids du chéneau réalisé en béton 2) par emplissage partiel par tout matériau approprié tel que sable, eau, gravier, béton ou autre, 3) par des crampons fixés dans le sol par tout moyen approprié à travers le fond CD ou tangentiellement aux parois©.  iiiii) the gutters can be firmly held in place by any means appropriate to the particular embodiment such as for example 1) by the own weight of the gutter made of concrete 2) by partial filling by any suitable material such as sand, water, gravel , concrete or other, 3) by crampons fixed in the ground by any suitable means through the bottom CD or tangentially to the walls ©.
The bottom of the basins can be made using a waterproof flexible film ® whose width is equal to the spacing between two gutters plus double the height of the vertical wall © said gutter. The length of said flexible film must be equal to that of the gutters. According to the invention, said flexible film ® may be in any material compatible with the intended function, such as for example and without limitation the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer membranes (EPDM), polyvinyl chloride or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ), polyethylene film (PE).
The rules of the art of laying down the bottom film may require the prior installation of a protective layer of a suitable material such as for example a geotextile felt.
According to the particular embodiment, the chosen materials, their technical characteristics and the applicable rules of art, the bottom of the basin may consist of the superposition of several flexible films.
The pond cover ® can be provided by a film that is air and water tight and permeable to visible light. A polyethylene film commonly used in agriculture can meet these characteristics.
The width of the cover film may be substantially equal to that of the pelvis bottom film.
Each of the two fund and cover films of the pool can be unrolled and laid stretched and unfolded on the ground and over the entire basin area.
The longitudinal edges of the two superimposed films can be brought together against the upper edge of the same side of the side gutter to be fixed by any means adapted to the particular embodiment of the entire length of the gutter, continuously. This attachment can be made by way of example, by a rubber bead compressing the two films inside the ply®, or by any suitable system or device capable of providing:
i) le maintien en position du film de fond qui doit supporter la pression et le mouvement du liquide contenu dans le bassin.  i) maintaining in position the bottom film which must withstand the pressure and movement of the liquid contained in the basin.
ii) le maintien en position haute du film de couverture® qui doit supporter les effets du vent et de la mise en surpression de l'air contenu dans l'espace compris entre la surface du liquide contenu dans le bassin et le dit film de couverture.  ii) maintaining in the raised position the cover film which must withstand the effects of wind and overpressure of the air contained in the space between the surface of the liquid contained in the pool and said cover film .
iii) le maintien en position basse du film de couverture quand celui-ci est recouvert d'une couche d'eau, déposée volontairement dans le cadre de l'exploitation des bassins ou résultat involontaire mais prévisible d'un excès de pluie.  iii) keeping the cover film in a low position when it is covered with a layer of water, voluntarily deposited as part of the operation of the basins or an involuntary but predictable result of an excess of rain.
The realization of the ends © of the basins remains outside the scope of the invention. These ends may according to each particular embodiment, illustrated by Figures 2 and 4, take different forms while respecting two common rules:
i) les parois des extrémités doivent assurer le maintien en position haute du film de fond de manière à assurer l'étanchéité du bassin et la nécessaire rétention du liquide contenu.  i) the walls of the ends must ensure the maintenance of the bottom film in the high position so as to ensure the tightness of the basin and the necessary retention of the liquid contained.
(ii) the continuity of the connection between the flexible film and the cover film must be ensured in such a way as to maintain the confinement of the liquid and gaseous contents of the pool, incorporating, where appropriate, rigid technical devices made necessary by one or other of these modes particular embodiment of said basins.
Pour chaque bassin construit selon l'invention : For each basin built according to the invention:
le chéneau peut représenter la seule structure rigide sur toute la longueur du bassin,  the gutter may be the only rigid structure along the entire length of the basin,
il peut n'y avoir aucune structure rigide transversale,  there may be no rigid transverse structure,
Cette surpression peut être obtenue par tout dispositif adapté connu de l'homme de l'art comme un ventilateur, un compresseur ou une soufflante.  the maintenance in the high position of the cover can be ensured by placing overpressurized air or gas or gases contained in said basin. This overpressure can be obtained by any suitable device known to those skilled in the art such as a fan, a compressor or a fan.
The basin cover may be mobile and at variable altitude, and may, depending on the needs of the operation be kept in the normal up position or in the low position in contact with the liquid contained in the basin simply by stopping the blower devices.
This arrangement makes it possible to make the basins safe i) by limiting the wind catchment of the basins to a minimum ii) by submerging the cover: the height of the liquid in the basin is necessarily lower than that of the walls © of the gutters. It is possible to quickly spread over the cover film (airtight and watertight) the amount of water sufficient to cover a few centimeters the entire area of the basin. This operation makes it possible to present all the basins as a liquid space and thus to face very violent winds likely to damage or destroy the installations and in particular the covers of the basins if they were kept in the high position. Overpressurisation of the interior of the basin may allow the resumption of normal operation of the installation: the swelling of the cover and its elevation from close to hunting flush the upper layer of water flowing to the side gutters and can be evacuated according to the normal mode of operation.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, to increase the wind resistance of the assembly, it is possible to have staggered over the entire length of the gutters stiffeners. The stiffener has two functions: i) to strictly maintain the spacing of the walls © of the gutter to the width of the bottom, ii) to compress the rim (D of the gutter to control the opening and secure the fixing of the films (D and ® .
According to a general embodiment of the invention, in relation to the rainwater collection function and the long length of the basins, the evacuation of water by the only ends of the gutters may be insufficient depending on the section. transverse of the gutter.
To remedy this, it may be useful to have intermediate evacuations ©, advantageously regularly spaced along the length of the gutters in relation to the rainfall regime of the particular geographical area of the installation (for example every fifty meters).
Said evacuations may be connected to an underground pipe, advantageously disposed perpendicularly, to the gutters. Each underground pipe can be made of materials and dimensions adapted to the rules of art, and can be installed prior to the installation of the gutters © and the films of basin ( D and can end on both sides of the basin area it serves to a ditch ® or main pipe whose function is to bring collected water out of the basin area.
The advantages of the invention for the construction of large basins reside i) in the economy of means: a single guteau serves as wall to two contiguous basins, support structure to the cover of said basins, and means of collection and disposal of rainwater, ii) rapidity of installation of basins iii) optimization of land use by drastically reducing the space between basins iiii) reduced wind intake limiting the height of the cover to less than one quarter of the width of the pool.
The invention is particularly intended for the equipment of large scale microalgae and photosynthetic culture farms, in particular such that they may result from the implementation of the invention which is the subject of French patent no. 2,918,387.
The subject of the invention is also a device for constructing covered pool walls according to the invention, composed of a long profiled gutter placed on the ground, which acts as a wall for two juxtaposed basins and whose profile allows the fixing along the entire length of the basement films and basins.
