The invention relates to a method for play-free mounting of a shaft having fastener in an anchor rail having an elongated receiving space with a longitudinally extending, bounded by two in cross-section to each other running longitudinal leg of the anchor rail receiving opening for insertion of the fastener, wherein the receiving space of Starting from the receiving opening is expanded laterally and wherein the fastener protrudes with a provided on the shank of the fastener head into the receiving space, with the following steps:
  • Inserting the fastening element into the receiving space of the anchor rail, wherein the head engages behind the longitudinal limbs in the receiving space,
  • Introducing a hardenable material into the receiving opening and / or the receiving space, and
  • Curing the material.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a fastening unit for use in such a method and an anchor assembly with such a fastener.

In the construction sector anchor channels are known for fastening components in a substrate, such as a floor slab or a wall, which are mounted on or in the ground and have an elongated receiving space for a fastener. The recording room of such a C or U-shaped anchor rail is bounded in the direction of the component by two longitudinal limbs of the anchor rail running towards each other, which form a receiving opening for insertion of the fastening element between them. The fastener has an extended head, which is for example hammer-shaped, and which can engage behind these longitudinal legs to be secured against pulling out.

These anchor rails are very well suited to take in the direction of the component, ie perpendicular to the ground forces acting. However, act additional forces transverse to the longitudinal direction of the component, the individual fasteners are pressed against the longitudinal legs of the anchor rail. Due to manufacturing tolerances but not all fasteners are at the same time on the longitudinal legs and the anchor rail. This results in an uneven load transfer to the anchor rail or on the longitudinal leg of the anchor rail. At times, the load can become so great that it can lead to a zipper-like failure of the system.

In order to use anchor rails also longitudinal forces, i. Parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rails directed forces, and to be able to remove cyclic loads, it is known from the construction site practice to completely fill the anchor channels with a curable material. But this large quantities of such a curable material are required because the entire rail must be filled evenly. In addition to the high costs, this can lead to extended curing times of the building materials. In addition, a subsequent assembly of other fasteners is no longer possible.

The object of the invention is to provide a method for mounting a fastener in such an anchor rail, which allows a particularly reliable removal of even lateral forces with very little effort.

To solve this problem is provided in the method for backlash-free installation of a stem having a fastener in an anchor rail, that the curable material is introduced exclusively in the region of the fastener and completely fills the space between the shank of the fastener and the longitudinal limbs in this area.

The invention is based on the idea not to fill the entire anchor rail with a curable material, but only specifically the area between the fastener and anchor rail, via which a power transmission between the fastener and anchor rail. The rest of the rail, in particular the area between two adjacent fasteners is not filled with the curable material and thus remains free, for example, for an optional mounting of other fasteners. As a result, a backlash-free mounting of a fastener and thus a reliable lateral force removal with a very low cost of materials is possible.

As a material, a viscous thermosetting material can be used, which offers the advantage that it can flow away difficult. This also allows, for example, a simple mounting overhead, because the material can not flow out of the anchor rail.

In order to limit the area to be filled with the curable material, however, at least one flow-obstructing element can also be used. This can be used before introducing the curable material into the receiving opening and / or the receiving space. This also makes possible the use of low-viscosity materials which, due to their flow properties, can fill the space between the fastening element and the anchor channel much better.

The flow obstruction member may be, for example, a part made separately from the fastener.

According to the invention, a fastening unit is furthermore provided for use in such a method, with a fastening element and at least one flow-obstructing element releasably attached thereto, which, in the installed state of the fastening element in the anchor channel, delimits a region of the receiving opening and / or the receiving space adjacent to the fastening element in the longitudinal direction of extension , Such a flow obstruction element, as stated, limits the space to be filled so that the use of flowable curable materials is possible. By a corresponding shape and positioning of the flow obstruction element can the size and shape of the area to be filled varies as desired and adapted to the installation conditions.

The flow-obstructing element is, for example, a metal sheet which is correspondingly adapted to the shape of the anchor rail, so that it securely closes the area to be filled.

The flow obstruction element can be mounted on the head of the fastening element, in particular by means of a latching connection.

A reversible attachment of the flow-obstructing element allows the replacement of the flow-obstructing element rapid, individual adjustment of the area to be filled to the respective anchor rail. The fasteners and the flow obstruction elements can be delivered separately and the mounting unit can be adapted to the local installation conditions on site. The flow obstruction element can be mounted together with the fastener in the rail. But it is also conceivable that the fastener is first inserted into the rail and then the flow obstruction element is mounted on this. Since the flow obstructing member is held on the fastening member, no additional holding members are required to fix the flow obstruction member in the desired position.

The flow obstruction element can also be mounted on the anchor rail, in particular by means of a latching connection, preferably be clipped there.

A filling of the curable material is not possible, especially with very flowable materials in an overhead or on a wall mounted anchor rail, since the material can flow out of the rail again before curing. This can be prevented by using a viscous material that can not drip out of the anchor rail. Alternatively, it is also conceivable that a cover plate is provided which is reversibly mountable on the fastening element and which closes the area to be filled with the curable material in the direction of the component. In conjunction with the flow obstruction elements thus an approximately closed space is formed, which is completely with the curable Material can be filled without this flows out of the anchor rail.

Such a cover plate preferably has at least one filling opening for a hardenable material. This filling opening is for example designed so that a dosing device can be attached to this, through which a targeted filling of the curable material is possible. Optionally, it is conceivable that the cover plate has a control opening, through which the filling of the area to be filled is controlled. The control can, for example, be carried out in a simple manner by filling the area to be filled until the material emerges from the inspection opening again. The inspection opening can also serve as a vent.

The flow obstruction elements are connected, for example, to the cover plate which surrounds the shaft of the fastening element. That is, the flow obstruction elements and the cover plate form a common component that can be mounted together with the fastener or subsequently.

The cover plate can be positioned, for example, at the upper end of the longitudinal leg, so that it is flush with the upper edge of the anchor rail. The flow obstruction elements are preferably connected to the cover plate and so securely held, so no additional support is required.

However, the flow obstruction elements can also be connected to a base plate, which closes the area to be filled downwards, ie toward the receiving space of the anchor rail. Usually, the area to be filled is closed down to the receiving space of the rail by the head of the fastener. If a region to be filled is desired which has a greater base area than the head, such a base plate can be used.

In another embodiment, the flow obstruction element is flexible and forms a flexibly expandable space. In particular, the flow-obstructing element may have a tube to be filled with the hardenable material, which surrounds the shaft of the fastening element. One Such tubing offers the advantage that very flowable curable materials can be used. These are filled directly into the hose, so that a flow or dripping of the material is reliably prevented and thus contamination of the environment is safely excluded.

The fastener may be, for example, a hammer head screw whose head has two oppositely directed legs, the tops are each outwardly and upwardly and / or in particular formed complementary to the inside of the longitudinal leg to be secured against rotation.

According to the invention further an anchor assembly for carrying out the method according to the invention is provided with an anchor rail having an elongated receiving space with a longitudinally extending, by two in cross-section to each other running longitudinal leg of the anchor rail limited receiving openings, and with a fastener according to the invention, said Fastening element can be inserted via the receiving opening into the receiving space, the receiving space is expanded laterally starting from the receiving opening and the fastening element projects into the receiving space with a head provided on the shaft of the fastening element.

Preferably, a chamber to be filled with the hardenable material lies exclusively in the receiving opening and is preferably delimited by the flow-obstructing element as well as by the longitudinal limbs of the anchor rail and the head, so that load transfer takes place exclusively on the longitudinal limbs. As a result, the use of material of the curable material can be significantly reduced.

The assembly includes, for example, a plurality of longitudinally spaced apart fasteners in the anchor rail, and the curable material surrounding the associated fastener is spaced from the curable material of an adjacent fastener. That is, between the individual fasteners are always areas that are not filled with the curable material.

In FIG. 1 an armature assembly 8 is shown having a C- or U-shaped anchor rail 10 in which a fastener 12 is mounted. The anchor rail 10 has an essentially extending in a longitudinal direction L receiving space 14 and has on its top 13 an elongated receiving opening 16 which is bounded by two in cross-section to each other running longitudinal legs 18 of the rail.

The receiving opening 16 merges into the receiving space 14. At the mouth of the receiving opening 16, the receiving space 14 widens laterally behind the longitudinal leg 18. The directions "above" or "below" here, as well as in the following figures, refer to the position of the anchor rail in the drawings and not to the actual installation position. "Top" here refers generally to the side of the anchor rail 10, on which the receiving opening 16 is provided, ie the side on which a component can be fastened by means of the fastening element 12.

The anchor rail 10 can be mounted on or in a ground, it being only necessary to ensure that the receiving opening 16 is exposed in order to use the fastener 12 in this can. For example, the anchor rail 10 can be cast in a concrete component.

The fastener 12 has a shaft 20, and a head 22 having two oppositely extending legs 24, the tops 26 each extending obliquely outwardly and upwardly. The longitudinal legs 18 extend in the direction of the receiving opening 16 downwards and inwards, wherein the inclination of the longitudinal legs 18 corresponds to the inclination of the upper sides 26.

The fastening element 12 is inserted into the anchor rail 10, for example by lateral insertion in the longitudinal direction L or by inserting and rotating the fastener 12 by 90 ° from the receiving opening 16, wherein the insertion sufficiently narrow leg 24 are aligned at the beginning in the longitudinal direction L. Subsequently, the fastener 12 is loaded in a normal direction N up to train, whereby the tops 26 of the head 22 abut the longitudinal leg 18 and the fastener 12 is fixed in rotation in the anchor rail 10. By the bevel of the longitudinal leg 18 and the topsides 26 while the fastener 12 is centered in the anchor rail 10 centered.

In addition to the tensile forces acting in the normal direction N, forces acting in the longitudinal direction L of the anchor rail 10 and in the transverse direction Q perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L of the anchor rail 10 also act on the fastening element 12. Especially with forces acting in the transverse direction Q, it may be due to manufacturing tolerances occur that when using multiple fasteners 12, these do not rest simultaneously on the anchor rail 10 and on one of the longitudinal legs 18. This can lead to only individual fasteners 12 the entire transversely acting force transferred to the anchor rail, which can lead to a punctual deformation of the longitudinal leg 18 and to a failure of the anchor rail.

To prevent this, a curable material is introduced exclusively in the area 28 of the receiving opening 16 to the fastening element 12, which completely fills the space between the shaft 20 of the fastener 12 and the longitudinal legs 18 of the anchor rail 10. As a result, the fastening element 12 is held without play in the anchor rail 10, so that a uniform load transfer can take place over all fastening elements 12.

The curable material can be very viscous. However, it is also possible to use a material that is flowable in an uncured state, which has the advantage that it distributes more uniformly due to the better flow properties.

In order to prevent such a flowable material in the entire anchor rail 10 is distributed or the entire receiving space 14 is filled with the curable material, 12 barriers in the form of two flow obstruction elements 30 are provided on the head 22 of the fastener, which in detail FIG. 2 are shown. The flow obstruction elements 30 are each formed by an L-shaped plate 32, on which a plurality of latching elements 34 are provided, which can engage in corresponding receptacles on the head 22 of the fastener 12 to secure the flow obstruction elements 30 on the head 22.

The fastening element 12 with the at least one flow-obstruction element 30 forms a fastening unit.

As in particular in FIG. 1 can be seen, a trough-shaped region 28 is formed at a used in the anchor rail 10 fastener 12 and mounted thereon flow obstruction elements 30 down through the head 22, in the longitudinal direction L of the anchor rail 10 through the flow obstruction elements 30 and laterally through the longitudinal leg 18th is limited.

This area 28 is open at the top, so that it can be filled from there with a curable material. Through the flow obstruction elements Thus, a region-wise filling of the anchor rail 10 or of the receiving space 14 is possible, wherein the curable material is introduced exclusively in the region 28 of the fastening element 12. The remaining receiving space 14, in particular the area between two fastening elements 12, is not filled with the curable material.

A second embodiment of such an armature assembly 8 is in the FIGS. 3 and 4 shown. The anchor rail 10 and the fastener essentially correspond to the components of the in the Figures 1 and 2 illustrated armature assembly 8.

The flow obstruction elements 30 are here connected to each other by a bottom 36, which has the shape of a rectangular washer. The bottom 36 is threaded with a central opening 38 on the shaft 20 of the fastener 12 and is in the assembled state on the head 22 of the fastener 12. Also in this embodiment, the flow obstruction elements 30 limit the region to be filled in the longitudinal direction L of the anchor rail 10. The length of the region to be filled in the longitudinal direction L can thereby be varied independently of the shape of the head 22. For example, the region to be filled may protrude beyond the head 22 or be made shorter accordingly.

The area to be filled is limited here, regardless of the shape of the head exclusively by the flow obstruction elements 30 in conjunction with the bottom 36 and by the longitudinal leg 18. For example, the use of such a component also allows attachment of flow obstruction elements 30 to any fasteners 12 that were not originally intended for such use and that have no particular attachment geometries for the flow obstruction elements 30.

A third embodiment of an armature assembly 8 according to the invention is in the FIGS. 5 and 6 shown. The flow obstruction elements 30 substantially correspond to those in the FIG. 4 However, these are not as in FIG. 3 can be seen, connected to a bottom 36, but with a cover plate 40 having a central opening 42 to push the cover plate 40 on the shaft 20 of the fastener 12. As in particular in FIG. 5 to see is, the cover plate 40 is formed wider than the receiving opening 16, so that the cover plate 40 is supported on the upper side 13 on the longitudinal legs 18. Unlike in the previous embodiment, the area to be filled 28 is additionally completed upwards, ie in the normal direction N by the cover plate. This allows, for example, in an overhanging mounted on a ceiling anchor rail 10, the filling of flowable curable materials that would otherwise drip out of the anchor rail 10.

Also in the in the FIGS. 1 to 4 In addition, a cover plate 40 may be used to prevent the material from flowing out. Such a cover plate 40 is in the FIGS. 7 and 8 shown. The cover plate 40 here also has a central opening 42 for threading onto the shaft 20 of a fastening element 12. In addition, the cover plate has filling openings 44 onto which, for example, a metering device for filling the curable material can be placed.

Furthermore, the cover plate has inspection openings 46, via which it can be checked whether the area 28 is completely filled with the curable material. These control openings 46 are arranged here at the opposite end of the cover plate 40. The curable material is pressed over the filling openings 44 in the area until it emerges from the control openings 46.

To fix the cover plate 40 on the shaft 20 of the fastener 12, the cover plate 40 on the bottom two bent legs 48, each having a spring tab 50 which abut in the assembled state on the shaft 20 of the fastener 12 and thereby the cover plate 40 at center this.

An alternative embodiment of an armature assembly is shown in FIGS FIGS. 9 and 10 shown. Here, the flow-obstruction element 30 has a tube 52, which is arranged around the shaft 20 of the fastening element 12 circumferentially between the shaft 20 and the longitudinal limbs 18 of the anchor rail 10. This tube has a filling opening 54, through which the curable material can be introduced into the tube 52. The material is filled through the filling opening 54 until the tube 52 has expanded so far, that it completely fills the area between longitudinal limb 18 and shaft 20. After curing of the material in the tube 52, the fastening element 12 is thereby stored without clearance in the anchor rail 10.
