Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur spielfreien Montage eines einen Schaft aufweisenden Befestigungselements in einer Ankerschiene, die einen länglichen Aufnahmeraum mit einer sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden, durch zwei im Querschnitt aufeinander zu laufende Längsschenkel der Ankerschiene begrenzten Aufnahmeöffnung zum Einführen des Befestigungselements aufweist, wobei der Aufnahmeraum von der Aufnahmeöffnung ausgehend seitlich aufgeweitet ist und wobei das Befestigungselement mit einem am Schaft des Befestigungselements vorgesehenen Kopf in den Aufnahmeraum ragt, mit folgenden Schritten:
- Einsetzen des Befestigungselements in den Aufnahmeraum der Ankerschiene, wobei der Kopf die Längsschenkel im Aufnahmeraum hintergreift,
- Einbringen eines aushärtbaren Materials in die Aufnahmeöffnung und/oder den Aufnahmeraum, und
- Aushärten des Materials.

- Anchor module for carrying out the method according to one of claims 1 to 3, comprising an anchor rail (10) having an elongated receiving space (14) with a receiving opening (16) extending in the longitudinal direction (L) and delimited by two longitudinal arms (18) of the anchor rail (10) converging in cross section, and comprising a fastening unit according to one of claims 4 to 11, wherein the fastening element (12) can be inserted into the receiving space (14) via the receiving opening (16), the receiving space (14) is expanded laterally departing from the receiving opening (16) and the fastening element (12) projects into the receiving space (14) by means of a head (22) provided on the shank (20) of the fastening element (12).
- Anchor module according to claim 12, characterised in that a chamber to be filled with curable material is situated exclusively in the receiving opening (16) and is preferably delimited by the flow-restricting element (30), as well as by the longitudinal arms (18) of the anchor rail (10) and by the head (22).
- Anchor module according to claim 12 or claim 13, characterised in that a plurality of fastening elements (12) disposed at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction (L) are arranged in the anchor rail (10) and the curable material surrounding the associated fastening element (12) is disposed at a distance from the curable material of the adjoining fastening element (12).
