Claims (17)

  1. Method for producing a pouch refill designed to be fixed in a leaktight manner to a refillable casing by means of a ring that is screwed onto said casing, comprising a pouch (1) containing the product to be diffused and a lid (4a, 4b) for closing the casing, the method comprising the steps of:
    - producing (20) the pouch in a manner open on one side;
    - filling (30) the pouch by means of a dispensing device (2); and then
    - fixing (40) the pouch to a valve (3a, 3b) by welding the pouch to a lower tube (3c) of the valve, the body (31) of the valve protruding from the pouch,
    characterized in that, following the step of fixing (40) the pouch (1) to the valve (3a, 3b), the method comprises a step of joining (50, 51) the valve (3a, 3b) to a lid (4a, 4b) for closing the casing, from beneath the lid (4a, 4b).
  2. Method for producing a pouch refill according to Claim 1, characterized in that, the valve (3a) being secured to a dish (32) provided with a crimping profile (35), the joining step (51) comprises a step of snap-fastening the crimping profile (35) of the dish (32) in a circular housing (44) inside a rim (42) of the lid (4a), under the lid.
  3. Method for producing a pouch refill according to Claim 2, characterized in that, before the step of snap-fastening the crimping profile (35) of the dish in the housing, the method comprises a step of fitting a seal (36) in the bottom of said housing (44).
  4. Method for producing a pouch refill according to Claim 2, characterized in that a step of adhesively bonding the crimping profile (35) of the dish in the housing is added to the snap-fastening step.
  5. Method for producing a pouch refill according to Claim 1, characterized in that, the valve comprising an upper joining surface under the lid, the joining step (50) comprises an additional step of fixing the valve directly under the lid (4b).
  6. Method for producing a pouch refill according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that before the step of filling (30) the pouch, the method comprises a step of printing features of the product on the pouch and/or of adhesively bonding a label to the pouch.
  7. Method for producing a pouch refill according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the step of producing (20) the open pouch comprises a step of cutting the pouch and a step of welding the pouch on three sides.
  8. Method for producing a pouch refill according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a step of fitting a diffuser (62) or diffuser cap (63).
  9. Method for producing a pouch refill according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a step of boxing the equipped pouch.
  10. Pouch refill comprising a lid designed to be fixed in a leaktight manner to a refillable casing by means of a ring that is screwed onto said casing, comprising a valve (3a, 3b) and a pouch (1) welded to a lower tube (3c) of the valve, the body (31) of the valve protruding from the pouch (1), characterized in that the lid (4a, 4b) is suitable for fixing the valve (3a, 3b) to the lid (4a, 4b) from beneath, with the pouch (1) filled.
  11. Pouch refill according to Claim 10, in which the lid (4a) comprises a rim (42) provided with a circular housing inside the rim for receiving a dish (32) secured to the valve in the form of a groove for retaining the dish.
  12. Pouch refill according to Claim 11, in which the circular housing comprises a groove (44) for receiving an annular profile (35) of the dish and one or more protuberances (41, 41a) for snap-fastening to said annular profile (35), the snap-fastening taking place from beneath the lid.
  13. Pouch refill according to Claim 10, in which the lid (4b) comprises an upper annular wall (5) provided with a lower surface for bearing against an upper face of a body of the valve (3b), said wall being provided with a central through-hole for an outlet tube (33) of the valve.
  14. Pouch refill according to Claim 13, in which the lid (4b) comprises, under the upper annular wall, one or more protuberances (41b) for retaining the valve.
  15. Pouch refill according to any one of Claims 10 to 14, in which the lid (4a, 4b) is a dome-shaped plastics lid.
  16. Pouch refill according to any one of Claims 10 to 15, in which the lid comprises a rim (42) provided with an external peripheral groove (43) for snap-fastening a cap (61) or a diffuser cap (62).
  17. Assembly of a refillable diffuser casing and a pouch refill according to any one of Claims 10 to 16, in which the lid (4a, 4b) of the pouch refill is a dome-shaped plastics lid that is held on said casing in a leaktight manner by a ring.
