- Kit for dispensing a fluid product, comprising a pouch (1) provided with a flexible casing in which said product is packaged in a sealed manner, said kit comprising a dispensing case which is provided with a cover (6) which is intended to be mounted onto a base (7) in order to delimit a space therebetween in which the pouch (1) is intended to be housed, said cover comprising an upper recess (6c) on which a wall (8), which can be manually elastically deformed, is mounted, said wall having an orifice (11) for dispensing the product and said cover being equipped with a lower frame (9) which, together with the wall (8), delimits a pumping chamber (10) which is in communication with the dispensing orifice (11), said frame having an orifice (13) for supplying product to the pumping chamber (10), the dispensing orifice (11) and supply orifice (13) being equipped with an output valve and an input valve, respectively, which are arranged in order to allow, by deformation of the pumping chamber (10), the product to be dispensed through the dispensing orifice (11) and, by resilient return, the pumping chamber (10) to be supplied through the supply orifice (13), the pouch (1) including a connection (2) which is equipped with a well (3) in communication with the packaged product, said well being covered in a sealed manner by the casing of the pouch (1) and said frame comprising a nipple (23) which is intended to be inserted into the well (3) in order to place the supply orifice (13) in sealed communication with the packaged product, said nipple being arranged in order to allow the casing to be perforated when the nipple is inserted into the well (3).
- Dispensing kit according to claim 1, characterised in that the nipple (23) has a hole which forms the orifice (13) for supplying the pumping chamber (10).
- Dispensing kit according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the nipple (23) has a chisel tip (23a) which allows the casing to be perforated when the nipple is inserted into the well (3).
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the well (3) and/or the nipple (23) comprise means for sealing the insertion of said nipple into said well.
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the frame (9) is associated with the lower surface of the cover (6).
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the elastically deformable wall (8) is associated with the upper surface of the cover (6).
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the elastically deformable wall (8) has an upper zone (8a) for pressing on the pumping chamber (10).
- Dispensing kit according to claim 7, characterised in that the elastically deformable wall (8) has a rim (21) protruding from the upper surface of the cover (6), the pressing zone (8a) being formed on said rim and the pumping chamber (10) being formed inside said rim.
- Dispensing kit according to either claim 7 or claim 8, characterised in that the pressing zone (8a) has an extended geometry which is bordered on either side by the supply orifice (13) and dispensing orifice (11) in such a way as to allow the pressing exerted on the pumping chamber (10) to be translated from the vicinity of the supply orifice (13) in the direction of the dispensing orifice (11).
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the dispensing orifice (11) is formed in the extension of the pressing zone (8a).
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 7 to 10, characterised in that the frame (9) has a guiding cavity (22) which is arranged opposite the pressing zone (8a), the supply orifice (13) and dispensing orifice (11) being arranged outside said cavity.
- Dispensing kit according to claim 11, characterised in that the cavity (22) is delimited by two protruding edges (22a, 22b) in the pumping chamber (10), the supply orifice (13) and dispensing orifice (11) being adjacent to one of said edges, respectively.
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the input valve is formed by a flexible lip (14), which is arranged so as to be pressed against the supply orifice (13) during the deformation of the pumping chamber (10).
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the output valve comprises a needle valve (15) for closing off the dispensing orifice (11), said needle valve being reversibly displaceable during the deformation of the pumping chamber (10).
- Dispensing kit according to claim 14, characterised in that the frame (9) has a seat (16) in which the needle valve (15) is mounted in sealed translation by a resilient return means, said needle valve comprising a collar (17) which is in communication with the pumping chamber (10) such that the pressure exerted on the product during the deformation of said chamber leads to the displacement of said needle valve outside the dispensing orifice (11).
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the connection (2) has a bearing surface (24) which protrudes from the casing of the pouch (1), the cover (6) comprising means (25) for fixing said bearing surface in order to ensure that the well (3) is centred during the insertion of the nipple (23).
- Dispensing kit according to any of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that the pouch (1) has a mouth (4) in which the connection (2) is attached while covering the well (3) with an edge of said mouth.
- Dispensing system obtained by assembling a kit according to any of claims 1 to 17, wherein the cover (6) is mounted on the base (7), the pouch (1) being housed in the space delimited therebetween, the nipple (23) being inserted into the well (3) in order to place the supply orifice (13) in sealed communication with the product packaged in said pouch.
