Definitions

  • yoghurt cup comprising a cup-shaped base made of plastic, which is closed by a parallel to an integrally formed with the peripheral wall bottom lid film, for example, aluminum and / or plastic by sealing.
  • the known yogurt cups have a substantially cylindrical or slightly conical peripheral contour.
  • Mandatory yogurt packaging containers have several disadvantages. A major problem with the known yoghurt pots is that they have little appreciation for the consumer due to their uniform shape. Furthermore, the cylindrical to conical peripheral wall contouring is not optimally suited for reproducing information. In addition, the variety of different materials used are disadvantageous - on the one hand with regard to the complex machinery required and, moreover, from an environmental point of view.
  • the present invention seeks to provide an alternative food packaging container, which is characterized on the one hand by a conspicuous shape and high recognition value, and which is preferably suitable for easy readable attachment of information.
  • the space requirement of a plurality of such food packaging containers should be minimized during transport.
  • the food packaging container should be easy to sort and align.
  • the food packaging container should eliminate at least one, preferably more of the aforementioned disadvantages.
  • the object is to provide an arrangement with improved as described above food packaging containers.
  • the base is formed by a separate component from the peripheral wall, in particular a molded part, on which the peripheral wall, in particular by sealing, preferably heat-sealing, preferably laterally, is fixed.

  • the filling space is peripherally bounded by the tube-shaped peripheral wall, which is characterized in that it defines a cross-sectional area of the filling space substantially corresponding to the cross-sectional area of the bottom in a lower area, whereby the cross-sectional area in the vertical direction is at least approximately linear or narrow, ie strip-shaped surface extension reduced immediately below the closure portion.

  • the trained according to the concept of the invention food packaging container has over known packaging containers and also compared to known pouches, which in turn are not consumable by means of a spoon, considerable advantages, such as by the conspicuous, especially unusual for dairy products shaping.
  • Another essential advantage is that the food packaging container has a flattened front side and a flattened rear side in order to be able to indicate on the front side distinctive marks and / or expiration dates and / or flavors, etc. Preference is given to ingredients, nutrition information and other information on the product on the back.
  • Another advantage is the increased stability due to the formation of the soil, which is separate from the peripheral wall and preferably stiffened in comparison with stand-up pouches.
  • Another essential advantage consists in the space-saving design, in particular if several food packaging containers are arranged as an arrangement of food packaging containers, in particular in a repackaging, wherein preferably, as will be explained later, in each case two food packaging containers arranged side by side transversely to the longitudinal extent of the food packaging container are arranged rotated by 180 ° to each other.
