- a method of coloring by the apparatus of coloring 4 according to the first preferable example is described with reference to Figs. 8 and 2.
- the electric wire 100 can be colored fully around it, about one-side or the both side thereof .
- the gap h between the two ink-print members 20a, 20b is adjusted to be smaller, than the diameter of the electric wire 100.
- the gap h may be zero.
- the two ink-print member 20a, 20b are reciprocated to pass the electric wire 100 through the gap h.
- the two ink-print members 20a, 20b are moved in the forward direction CI so as to pass the electric wire 100 through the gap h. Thereby, the one side of the electric wire 100 is colored.
- the two ink-print members 20a, 20b pivot around the ink guiding portions 22a, 22b. Therefore, the gap h is expanded and the electric wire 100 passes through the gap h so as to color the one side of the electric wire 100.
- the electric wire 100 can be colored fully around it as shown in Fig. 2A (see reference mark 101) .
- coloring is by the ink-print members 20a, 20b and not by spraying with a spray nozzle, so that usage of ink, which corresponds only to printing by contacting with the ink-print members 20a, 20b, is used.
- the electric wire 100 is colored from both sides by the ink-print members 20a, 20b, so that any action such as swinging a nozzle is not required, and the electric wire 100 can be colored efficiently with ink.
- the ink-print members 20a, 20b are used and action of nozzle swing is not required. Thereby, ink is printed efficiently to the electric wire 100, so that usage of ink can be reduced.
- the space h between the two ink-print members 20a, 20b should be adjusted so as to be smaller than the diameter of the electric wire 100.
- the space h can be zero.
- the two ink-print members 20a, 20b are contacted to the electric wire 100 without reciprocating the space h against the electric wire 100.
- the electric wire 100 is colored about the one side thereof, but not about the other side thereof, so that one-side coloring can be acted.
- one-side coloring can be performed as shown Fig. 2B (see marking 103) .
- the two ink-printed members with the space h are reciprocated over the electric wire 100. It is not limited, and the two ink-print members 20a, 20b may be only contacted to the electric wire 100. By contacting, the electric wire 100 can be colored at the both sides thereof.
- the electric wire 100 is colored by storing ink in the two ink-print members 20a, 20b, which sponge the ink and are elastically deformed by contacting an object, and contacting the two ink-print members 20a, 20b on the electric wire 100 from the both side thereof . Therefore, spraying by a spray nozzle is not required, so that usage of ink, which corresponds only to printing by contacting with the ink-print members 20a, 20b, is used.
- the electric wire 100 is colored from the both sides thereof, so that when coloring the electric wire fully around it, any action such as swinging a nozzle is not required. Thereby, the usage of ink can be reduced.
- the electric wire 100 is colored by reciprocating the two ink-print members 20a, 20b, which are arranged to have the space h smaller than the diameter of the electric wire 100, about the electric wire 100 so as to pass the electric wire 100 through the space h.
- the two ink-print members 20a, 20b with the space d are moved in the forward direction CI, the one side of the electric wire 100 is colored.
- the two ink-print members 20a, 20b is moved in the backward direction, the remained other side of the electric wire 100 is colored. Thereby, the ink is effectively transferred to the electric wire 100 when coloring the electric wire fully around it. Therefore, usage of ink can be reduced.
- the electric wire 100 is colored also by contacting the two ink-print members 20a, 20b to the electric wire 100 without passing the electric wire 100 through the space d of the two ink-print members 20a, 20b. Just at the moment when the ink-print member is contacted to the electric wire 100 without passing the electric wire 100 through the space d, the one side of the electric wire 100 is colored. Thereby, the one side of the electric wire 100 can be colored so as to simultaneously reduce the usage of ink.
- the electric wire 100 is colored also by reciprocating the two ink-print members 20a, 20b against the electric wire 100 through a space d between the two ink-print members 20a, 20b, which are detached from each other to make the space equal to a diameter of the electric wire 100, so as to contact the electric wire 100 to the two ink-print members 20a, 20b.
- Fig. 9 is an illustration showing a coloring head 40 for coloring the electric wire 100.
- the coloring head 40 as shown in Fig. 9 is the same as that of the second embodiment, other than a part.
- the same components structured in Fig. 6 are marked by the same reference and description for that is omitted.
- the two ink-print members 43a, 43b at an initial condition are not contacted and detached from each other with a space h.
- the electric wire 100 is colored from the both side thereof by the two ink-print members 20a, 20b.
- the leg 42 is a member extending from the base body 41 downwardly.
- the leg 42 in a front view is formed into a up-side-down U-shape, and the two ink-print members 43a, 43b are provided oppositely to each other inside the U-shape.
- the electric wire 100 is colored by contacting the ink-print members 43a, 43b to the electric wire 100.
- the plurality of ink cartridges 30 holds respectively different color.
- plural sets of the two ink-print members 43a, 43b are provided for each colors.
- the electric wire 100 is arranged under the plurality of coloring heads 40, after that the apparatus of coloring 2 selects any one from among the plurality of ink cartridges 30 (that is the plural sets of the two ink-print members 43a, 43b). Then, the selected ink cartridge 30 is moved downwardly and the electric wire 100 is colored.
- the electric wire 100 can be colored fully around it, and one side thereof. Operation for coloring the electric wire 100 fully around it will be described.
- the two ink-print members 43a, 43b are moved so as to pass the electric wire 100 through the space h.
- the two ink-print members 43a, 43b are moved in the forward direction CI so as to pass the electric wire 100 through the space h.
- the electric wire 100 is colored about one side thereof.
- the electric wire 100 contacts to two ink-print members 43a, 43b and the leg 42 is bent so as to separate the two ink-print members 43a, 43b to each other. Therefore, the space h is expanded and the electric wire 100 passes through the space h so as to color the one side of the electric wire 100.
- the two ink-print members 43a, 43b are moved in the backward direction C2, so that the remained other side of the electric wire 100 is colored as same as the operation in the forward direction CI.
- the electric wire 100 is colored fully around it.
- the electric wire 100 can be colored efficiently fully around it and also about one side thereof .
- the electric wire 100 is colored by selecting any one set corresponding to the color required to color the electric wire 100 from among the plural sets of two ink-print members 43a, 43b arranged for each color. Thereby, changing color to be operated can be corresponded rapidly, and efficiency of coloring can be improved.
- the ink-print member 20a, 20b is structured with the ellipsoidal portion 21a, 21b, and the ink guiding portion 22a, 22b, and pivoted around the ink guiding portion 22a, 22b during coloring operation.
- the ink guiding portion 22a, 22b may leak ink unexpectedly during pivoting. Therefore, a cover mat be provided at the ink guiding portion 22a, 22b for preventing leak of ink.
- a color of a cover of the electric wire 100 is preferably unified with white or natural color of covering resin.
- kind of resin is determined corresponding to kind of material of conductor of the electric wire 100 (for example, copper (soft copper, pure copper or hard copper) or aluminum) for recognizing the kind of the conductor material with reference to the color of the cover. Thereby, the conductor material can be judged by the color of cover.
