Claims (8)

  1. Structure (70) d'absorption des chocs pour absorber un choc reçu dans une direction (P) déterminée à l'avance, la structure (70) d'absorption des chocs comprenant :
    une pluralité d'éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, chacun d'entre eux étant constitué d'un corps tubulaire dont l'axe central longitudinal est disposé suivant la direction (P) d'impact, la pluralité d'éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs étant disposée de manière à pouvoir absorber le choc en s'affaissant en compression à la réception du choc dans la direction (P) de choc;
    un élément (12) de noyau, comprenant une partie (71) de corps principal de noyau et une partie (72) de remplissage, la partie (71) de corps principal de noyau étant placée entre des éléments (11A à D) voisins d'absorption des chocs, la partie (72) de remplissage étant placée en une région, qui est à une extrémité (11b) avant des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, par rapport à la direction (P) des chocs, et la partie (71) de corps principal de noyau est d'une pièce avec la partie (72) de remplissage;
    une paire de plaques (13) de face entre lesquelles l'élément (12) de noyau et les éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs sont maintenus;
    dans laquelle au moins l'un de la pluralité d'éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs est disposé de manière à ce que l'extrémité (11b) avant du au moins un élément (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs soit, par rapport à la direction (P) des chocs, en une position différente de la ou les extrémités (11b) avant de l'autre ou des autres éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, par rapport à la direction (P) des chocs, et de manière à ce que l'extrémité (11b) avant du au moins un élément (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs soit davantage vers l'avant dans la direction (P) des chocs, que la ou les extrémités (11b) avant de l'autre ou des autres éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, de manière à ce que l'affaissement de l'élément ou des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs après un choc, dans la direction (P) des chocs, commencera à un instant différent,
    caractérisée en ce que l'élément (12) de noyau est formé suivant une structure en nid d'abeille et en ce que la structure d'absorption des chocs comprend en outre un dispositif (75; 76; 77) facilitant l'affaissement, qui facilite l'affaissement de l'élément (12) de noyau, le dispositif (75; 76; 77) facilitant l'affaissement étant placé sur l'élément (12) de noyau et du côté vers l'avant, dans la direction (P) des chocs, de manière à couper dans l'élément (12) de noyau, dans la direction des chocs après un choc.
  2. Structure (70) d'absorption des chocs suivant la revendication 1,
    dans laquelle la pluralité d'éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs ont des longueurs différentes, dans une direction longitudinale, des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs et
    des extrémités (11a) de base des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs sont placées en la même position dans la direction (P) des chocs, les extrémités (11a) de base étant des extrémités plus loin dans la direction (P) des chocs.
  3. Structure (70) d'absorption des chocs suivant la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans laquelle l'élément (72) de remplissage est une partie prolongée de l'élément (12) de noyau.
  4. Structure (70) d'absorption des chocs suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant :
    une pellicule (74), qui ferme une ouverture à la pointe des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs.
  5. Corps mobile comprenant :
    la structure (70) d'absorption des chocs suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4;
    un élément (2) structurel extérieur, qui est monté sur la structure (70) d'absorption des chocs, du côté vers l'avant, dans la direction (P) des chocs, l'élément (2) structurel extérieur étant relié à la structure (70) d'absorption des chocs et
    un élément (4, 5) structurel intérieur, qui est monté sur la structure (70) d'absorption des chocs, du côté vers l'arrière, dans la direction (P) des chocs, l'élément (4, 5) structurel intérieur étant relié à la structure (70) d'absorption des chocs.
  6. Procédé de production d'une structure (70) d'absorption des chocs pour absorber un choc reçu dans une direction (P) des chocs déterminée à l'avance, comprenant les stades dans lesquels :
    on place une pluralité d'éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, chacun des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs étant constitué d'un corps tubulaire, dont l'axe central longitudinal est disposé suivant la direction (P) des chocs et que peut absorber le choc en s'affaissant en compression lors de la réception du choc dans la direction (P) des chocs, de manière à ce qu'au moins l'un de la pluralité des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs soit disposé de façon à ce qu'une extrémité (11b) avant du au moins un élément (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs soit, par rapport à la direction (P) des chocs, placé en une position différente de celle de la ou des extrémités (11b) avant des autres éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, par rapport à la direction (P) des chocs et de manière à ce que l'extrémité (11b) avant du au moins un élément (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs soit davantage vers l'avant de la direction (P) des chocs que la ou les extrémités (11b) avant de l'autre ou des autres éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, de manière à ce que l'affaissement de l'élément ou des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, après un choc, dans la direction (P) des chocs, commencera à un instant différent;
    on relie les éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs les uns aux autres en mettant un élément (12) de noyau entre des éléments (11A à D) voisins d'absorption des chocs, l'élément (12) de noyau comprenant une partie (71) de corps principal de noyau et une partie (72) de remplissage, la partie (71) de corps principal de noyau étant placée entre les éléments (11A à D) voisins d'absorption des chocs, la partie (72) de remplissage étant placée en une région, qui est à l'extrémité (11b) avant des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, et la partie (71) de corps principal de noyau étant d'une pièce avec la partie (72) de remplissage, et on place une paire de plaques (13) de face, de manière à maintenir la pluralité d'éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs et l'élément (12) de noyau, entre la paire des plaques (13) de face, en immobilisant ainsi la paire de plaques (13) de face et les éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément (12) de noyau est formé suivant une structure en nid d'abeille et en ce que le procédé de production de la structure d'absorption des chocs comprend en outre le stade dans lequel
    on place un dispositif (75; 76; 77) facilitant l'affaissement, qui est destiné à faciliter un affaissement de l'élément (12) de noyau, dans l'élément (12) de noyau et du côté vers l'avant, dans la direction (P) des chocs, de manière à couper, dans l'élément (12) de noyau, dans la direction des chocs après un choc.
  7. Procédé de production de la structure d'absorption des chocs suivant la revendication 6,
    dans lequel l'élément (12) de noyau a une pluralité de trous (12d) d'insertion d'élément, formés en parallèle les uns aux autres et l'élément (12) de noyau est monté de manière à ce que la direction des trous (12d) d'insertion d'élément soit alignée sur la direction (P) des chocs, et les éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs sont insérés dans chacun des trous (12d) d'insertion d'élément dans le stade de placement des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs.
  8. Procédé de production de la structure d'absorption des chocs suivant la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, comprenant les stades dans lesquels :
    on prépare un gabarit (20), qui a des parties (23) d'insertion, pouvant être inséré dans les éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs par les extrémités (11b) avant des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs et des parties (24) en échelon, aptes à verrouiller les extrémités (11b) avant de l'élément (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, insérées dans les parties (23) d'insertion, et on met le gabarit (22) en une position, qui est l'extrémité avant des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs et
    on insère les parties (23) d'insertion du gabarit (20) dans les éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs, jusqu'à ce que les extrémités (11b) avant des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs soient verrouillées par les parties (24) en gradin, en mettant ainsi en position les éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs et en s'assurant également d'un espace (18) aux extrémités (11b) avant des éléments (11A à D) d'absorption des chocs.
