Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de protection contre les atterrissages violents pour un aéronef comportant des systèmes d'absorption d'énergie à friction (1) agencés aux points d'impact dudit aéronef avec le sol en cas de crash. Ledit système d'absorption d'énergie à friction (1) comporte deux dispositifs d'absorption d'énergie (2) agencés entre un socle (6) et un couvercle (7) selon deux axes de déformation (Ad,Ad') non parallèles, un support (3) solidaire dudit socle (6) et susceptible de se déplacer en translation vis-à-vis dudit couvercle (7) et un dispositif de friction (4). Le dispositif de friction (4) est agencé entre ledit couvercle (7) et ledit support (3) et génère un effort de friction (F2) selon un axe de translation (At) parallèle à un axe de déformation (Ad,Ad') de sorte que ledit dispositif d'absorption d'énergie (2), après s'être déformé plastiquement lors d'un crash, reste en contact avec ledit support (3) et ledit couvercle (7).
