Claims (3)

  1. Sachet constitué d'une feuille pour recevoir notamment une portion de tabac (13) dans une poche (11) avec une paroi avant de poche (15), une paroi arrière de poche (16), des coutures latérales de poche (17, 18) et un joint de fermeture (20) disposé transversalement à celles-ci dans la région d'une ouverture de poche (19), un prolongement de la paroi, se raccordant à la paroi arrière de poche (16), étant réalisé en tant que patte de fermeture (12), en particulier en tant que patte enroulée, lequel s'applique, lorsque le sachet est fermé, contre la paroi avant de poche (15) et éventuellement contre la paroi arrière de poche (16), comprenant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la patte de fermeture (12) ou la patte d'enroulement est réalisée de préférence entièrement en deux couches,
    b) une couche interne (23) de la patte de fermeture (12) est formée par repliement d'un prolongement correspondant ou d'une extension de patte contre le côté interne d'une couche extérieure (22),
    c) les couches (22, 23) de la patte de fermeture (12) sont connectées l'une à l'autre par des joints de patte latéraux (25, 26) ainsi que par au moins un joint de liaison (27) orienté transversalement à ceux-ci, de préférence disposé au niveau d'un bord libre de la couche interne (23),
    d) les joints de patte (25, 26) sont réalisés par thermoscellage et
    caractérisé en ce que le joint de liaison orienté transversalement (27) est réalisé sous forme de liaison thermofusible.
  2. Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le joint de liaison (27) pour les couches (22, 23) de la patte de fermeture (12) présente des interruptions pour former des ouvertures d'aération (29), en particulier de telle sorte que du fait de la longueur réduite du joint de liaison (27), celui-ci forme au niveau d'au moins une extrémité un espacement par rapport au joint de patte adjacent (25, 26).
  3. Sachet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche interne (23) de la patte de fermeture (12) présente au moins une ouverture de décharge, en particulier au moins une fente de décharge (32) orientée transversalement ou suivant un certain angle, en position adjacente au bord libre de la patte de fermeture (12) - arête de patte (24) - et une liaison intermédiaire des couches (22, 23) est réalisée dans la région de l'ouverture de décharge ou de la fente de décharge (32), en particulier un joint intermédiaire (31) en matériau thermofusible, le joint intermédiaire (31) s'étendant de préférence sur toute la longueur de la fente de décharge (32) et s'étendant des deux côtés de celle-ci.
