  • the protruding elastic bodies 226 are pressed to elastically move in the direction of the insertion fixing pieces 222 to be easily inserted. After the insertion, the elastic bodies 226 protrude in the direction of the fixing spaces 223 facing each other, fixing the pair of fixing bars 46.
  • the extension bars 45 connected to the pair of support bars 41 by the corner portions 44 are fixed to connect the pair of support bars 41 to the support fixing bodies 221, increasing the fixing force.
  • the support bodies 211a are moved in the direction of the pair of support bars 41, and both outer sides of the pair of support bars 41 are brought in contact with the support projections 213 projecting from the support members 211 to be supported at their positions, preventing movement. Accordingly, when the slide rails are fixed by the support fixing units 220, the support members 211 are moved and the pair of support bars 41 are supported by the support projections 213. As a result, the connecting bars 42 and the pair of support bars 41 inserted into the support spaces 212 are simultaneously supported to increase the support force.
  • the connecting bars 42 and the pair of extension bars 45 formed at both ends of the pair of support bars 41 are fixed by the support fixing apparatuses 200 and the pair of support bars 41 are connected to each other at both sides, preventing movement thereof and preventing damage and deformation by effectively distributing the torsional stress generated due to movement of the shelf 50.
  • a drawer slidable to accommodate and withdraw a substance is easily detachably installed at a main body of a home appliance such as a refrigerator or a dishwasher, cooking equipment such as an oven, and furniture for accommodating and storing various goods, improving use convenience.

Claims (5)

  1. Appareil de fixation de glissière pour fixer des glissières couplées aux deux côtés d'un tiroir (20), sur des parties de coin (12) de barres de support (11) faisant saillie dans une direction centrale à partir des deux côtés internes d'un corps principal et raccordées aux barres de fixation (13) au niveau des deux extrémités du corps principal dans une direction horizontale, l'appareil de fixation de glissière comprenant :
    un premier corps de fixation (110) pouvant être disposé sur une surface fixe de la glissière (30) et pouvant être disposé sur une première partie desdites parties de coin (12) suite à l'insertion des barres de support, le premier corps de fixation étant ouvert dans la direction d'insertion des barres de support et dans des directions en vis-à-vis des barres de support, de la première partie de coin et de la barre de fixation, et fermé au niveau des parties restantes pour entourer la première partie de coin selon une courbe fermée ; et
    un second corps de fixation (110) pouvant être disposé sur une surface fixe de la glissière (30), et pouvant être disposé sur une seconde partie desdites parties de coin (12) suite à l'insertion des barres de support, avec un côté faisant face au premier corps de fixation, le second corps de fixation étant ouvert dans la direction d'insertion des barres de support et dans des directions en vis-à-vis des barres de support, de la seconde partie de coin et de la barre de fixation, et fermé au niveau des parties restantes pour entourer la seconde partie de coin selon une courbe fermée,
    dans lequel le premier corps de fixation (110) et le second corps de fixation (110) peuvent être disposés dans des positions en vis-à-vis pour entourer les surfaces externes des parties de coin (12) dans différentes directions et pour entourer les barres de fixation (13) raccordées aux parties de coin aux deux extrémités des barres de support (11) selon une forme de courbe fermée, les premier et second corps de fixation étant ouverts dans une direction dans laquelle les barres de support sont insérées et dans des directions en vis-à-vis des barres de support, des parties de coin et des barres de fixation destinées à être insérées et montées au niveau des deux extrémités des barres de support, dans lequel les premier et second corps de fixation comprennent chacun :
    une première plaque de fixation (111) pouvant être disposée sur une surface de la glissière, les positions de la première plaque de fixation au niveau de la partie de coin respective étant agencées pour être en contact avec une partie de la barre de support dans une direction latérale et une surface latérale d'une partie de la barre de fixation étant raccordée à la partie de coin ;
    une seconde plaque de fixation (112) faisant face et étant espacée de la première plaque de fixation, et agencée pour être en contact avec l'autre surface latérale de la partie de la barre de fixation raccordée à une partie de la barre de support dans une direction latérale, par la partie de coin au niveau de l'autre côté correspondant à la première plaque de fixation ; et
    une plaque de raccordement (113) raccordée pour fermer une direction correspondant à une direction dans laquelle les barres de support de la première plaque de fixation et de la seconde plaque de fixation sont insérées, et agencées pour être en contact avec et supporter les barres de support lorsque les barres de support sont insérées,
    une première pièce de fixation (121) faisant saillie de l'extrémité de chaque première plaque de fixation (111) correspondant aux directions en vis-à-vis, et faisant saillie de chaque première plaque de fixation vers une surface externe de la barre de fixation pour entourer une partie de la barre de fixation dans la direction de la première plaque de fixation à différentes positions du premier corps de fixation et du second corps de fixation ; et caractérisé en ce que :
    une seconde pièce de fixation (122) faisant saillie de l'extrémité de chaque seconde plaque de fixation (112) correspondant aux directions en vis-à-vis et faisant saillie d'une position centrale de la seconde plaque de fixation vers une position d'extrémité dans une direction dans laquelle les barres de support sont insérées vers la surface externe de la barre de fixation espacée de la première pièce de fixation pour entourer une partie de la barre de fixation espacée des premières pièces de fixation dans la direction de la seconde direction de plaque de fixation à différentes positions du premier corps de fixation et du second corps de fixation,
    dans lequel, pour chaque corps de fixation, la première plaque de fixation (111), la seconde plaque de fixation (112) et la plaque de raccordement (113) sont prévues de manière solidaire et la direction dans laquelle les barres de support doivent être insérées est ouverte pour entourer les barres de support selon une forme de courbe fermée, et
    dans lequel, pour chaque corps de fixation, la première plaque de fixation (111) et la seconde plaque de fixation (112) sont agencées pour entourer la barre de fixation raccordée à la partie de coin dans différentes directions pour répartir la contrainte de torsion et une charge due à un impact externe, améliorant la force de fixation.
  2. Appareil de fixation de glissière selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un premier corps élastique (116) disposé sur une surface du premier corps de fixation (110) dans laquelle une partie de la barre de support peut être insérée et en contact avec cette dernière, et faisant saillie dans le premier corps de fixation pour être déplacé élastiquement suite à l'insertion de la barre de support afin de fixer la barre de support,
    dans lequel le premier corps élastique est agencé pour être déplacé élastiquement dans la direction du premier corps de fixation suite à l'insertion de la barre de support pour permettre l'insertion facile de la barre de support et est agencé pour faire saillie, grâce à l'élasticité, après avoir été inséré, afin d'être accroché et fixé dans la direction du premier corps de fixation de la barre de support.
  3. Appareil de fixation de glissière selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un second corps élastique (116) disposé sur une surface du second corps de fixation dans laquelle une partie de la barre de support peut être insérée et en contact avec cette dernière, et faisant saillie dans le second corps de fixation pour être élastiquement déplacé suite à l'insertion de la barre de support afin de fixer la barre de support,
    dans lequel le second corps élastique est agencé pour être déplacé élastiquement dans la direction du second corps de fixation suite à l'insertion de la barre de support pour permettre l'insertion facile de la barre de support, et est agencé pour faire saillie, grâce à l'élasticité, après avoir été inséré, afin d'être accroché et fixé dans la direction du second corps de fixation de la barre de support.
  4. Appareil de fixation de glissière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque première pièce de fixation (121) comprend :
    un premier corps (121a) faisant saillie à partir de l'extrémité de la première plaque de fixation (111) correspondant aux directions en vis-à-vis, et faisant saillie de la plaque de raccordement (113) vers une position centrale de la première plaque de fixation vers la surface externe pour être en contact avec des parties des barres de fixation, lorsqu'il est disposé au niveau des deux côtés dans la direction de la première plaque de fixation;
    un premier corps de raccordement (121b) faisant saillie de l'extrémité du premier corps dans une direction vers l'extérieur de la barre de fixation et faisant saillie dans les directions en vis-à-vis de la barre de fixation, lorsqu'il est raccordé aux deux extrémités de la barre de support par les parties de coin et dans une direction en contact avec les surfaces externes correspondant aux directions en vis-à-vis ; et
    un premier corps d'extension (121c) s'étendant à partir du premier corps de raccordement dans la direction de la seconde plaque de fixation et configuré pour recouvrir une partie de la barre de fixation à partir des parties de coin dans des positions faisant face aux premiers corps dans la direction de la seconde plaque de fixation,
    dans lequel le premier corps (121a), le premier corps de raccordement (121b) et le premier corps d'extension (121c) sont formés de manière solidaire entre eux et des parties dans lesquelles une partie de la barre de fixation peut être insérée à partir de la partie de coin est ouverte selon une forme de courbe fermée destinée à être entourée de la direction de la première plaque de fixation à la direction de la seconde plaque de fixation.
  5. Appareil de fixation de glissière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque seconde pièce de fixation (122) comprend :
    un second corps (122a) faisant saillie de l'extrémité de la seconde plaque de fixation (112) correspondant aux directions en vis-à-vis, et faisant saillie d'une position centrale de la seconde plaque de fixation espacée de la première pièce de fixation jusqu'à une extrémité de la seconde plaque de fixation, dans laquelle la barre de support peut être insérée, vers la surface externe pour être en contact avec une partie de la barre de fixation dans la direction de la seconde plaque de fixation ;
    un second corps de raccordement (122b) faisant saillie de l'extrémité du second corps dans la direction horizontale et faisant saillie dans une direction dans laquelle les deux surfaces externes d'une partie de la barre de fixation sont en contact entre elles suite à l'insertion de la barre de support; et
    un second corps d'extension (122c) s'étendant à partir du second corps de raccordement dans la direction de la première plaque de fixation et espacé de la première pièce de fixation dans une direction faisant face au second corps pour recouvrir une partie de la barre de fixation dans la direction de la seconde plaque de fixation,
    dans lequel le second corps (122a), le second corps de raccordement (122b) et le second corps d'extension (122c) sont formés de manière solidaire entre eux et des parties espacées de la première pièce de fixation et dans lesquelles une partie de la barre de fixation est insérée, sont ouvertes selon une forme de courbe fermée pour être entourées de la direction de la première plaque de fixation à la direction de la seconde plaque de fixation.
