Claims (14)

  1. Ein Schutzhelm (1), insbesondere für Motorrad- und/oder Autorennen, mit einer Vorrichtung zur Bewegung der Sonnenblende, der eine äußere Kappe (2) und eine innere Polsterung (3) umfasst, die innen mit der äußeren Kappe (2) verbunden ist und über dem Kopf eines Benutzers getragen werden kann, wobei zwischen der äußeren Kappe (2) und der inneren Polsterung (3) mindestens ein Zwischenraum (4) bestimmt ist, der zumindest an der Vorderseite mit einer Öffnung (5) versehen ist und eine Sonnenblende (6) aufnimmt, die durch die Öffnung (5) aus dem Zwischenraum (4) herausgezogen werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sonnenblende (6) mit der inneren Polsterung (3) drehbar verbunden ist durch schwenkbare Mittel (7), die mit den Endabschnitten (6a) der Sonnenblende (6) verbunden und mit Bezug auf die öffnung (5) seitlich mit der inneren Polsterung (3) zusammen geformt sind, zur Bewegung der Sonnenblende (6) aus einer extrahierten Position aus dem Zwischenraum (4), in der sie vor dem Gesicht des Benutzers angeordnet werden kann, in eine zurückgezogene Position in dem Zwischenraum (4), und umgekehrt.
  2. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schwenkbaren Mittel (7) zwei Seitenplatten (8) umfassen, die mit der inneren Polsterung (3) an ihren seitlichen Bereichen (3a) verbunden sind, und zwei Elemente (9) zum Tragen der Sonnenblende (6), die fest mit den Endabschnitten (6a) der Sonnenblende (6) verbunden und so angeschlossen sind, dass sie sich mit der entsprechenden der Seitenplatten (8) drehen kann.
  3. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Seitenplatten (8) Befestigungselemente (15) umfasst, die mit Abschnitten versehen sind, welche unterschnitten und in die innere Polsterung (3) eingebettet sind, wobei die innere Polsterung (3) mit einem Prozess des gemeinsamen Formens zusammen mit den Seitenplatten (8) hergestellt wird.
  4. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (15) Bögen (16) umfassen, die einteilig mit den Seitenplatten (8) sind.
  5. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schwenkbaren Mittel (7) für jede der Seitenplatten (8) ein Scharnier umfassen, das aus einem ersten Scharnierelement (10) besteht, welches fest mit der Seitenplatte (8) verbunden ist, und einem zweiten Scharnierelement (11), das drehbar mit dem ersten Scharnierelement (10) und fest mit einem der tragenden Elemente (9) verbunden ist.
  6. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er für jede der Seitenplatten (8) ein Schieberelement (17) umfasst, das in Drehung integral mit dem zweiten Scharnierelement (11) und verschiebbar in einem krummlinigen Schlitz (18) untergebracht ist, der in dem ersten Scharnierelement (10) bestimmt ist, für die geführte Bewegung der Sonnenblende (6) im Verhältnis zu den Seitenplatten (8).
  7. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der krummlinigen Schlitze (18) die Hub-Endpunkte der Schieberelemente (17) bestimmen.
  8. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der tragenden Elemente (9) im Wesentlichen L-förmig ist, wobei der Fuß (9a) des L an einem der Enclabschnitte (6a) der Sonnenblende (6) befestigt werden kann, und wobei der Stamm (9b) des L in eine Führung (12) eingefügt wird, die durch eines der zweiten Scharnierelemente (11) bestimmt wird.
  9. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stamm (9b) des tragenden Elements (9) im Wesentlichen in einer Gabel endet und einen zentralen Abschnitt (13) umfasst, der radial erweitert ist, um einen Scharnierzapfen (14) aufzunehmen, der einteilig mit dem ersten Scharnierelement (10) ist.
  10. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Stämme (9b) der tragenden Elemente (9), die im Wesentlichen in einer Gabel enden, aus einem elastisch nachgebenden Material besteht, zum Zwecke ihrer Schnappverriegelung mit dem Scharnierzapfen (14) infolge des Einführens der tragenden Elemente (9) in die Führungen (12).
  11. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Polsterung (3) zumindest teilweise aus geschäumtem Polystyrol besteht.
  12. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Anspruche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vom Integraltyp ist.
  13. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vom modularen oder aufklappbaren Typ ist.
  14. Der Schutzhelm (1) gemaß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vom offenen Typ ist.
