Description

    BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
  • 1. Field of Invention
  • The present invention relates to an improved shape of a headwear, and more particularly, to a headwear which is manufactured so that various patterns expressed on the headwear are appeared as if to be hidden and thus give feeling of beauty to the user to increase sense of beauty of the headwear.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • In general, a headwear refers a cap style headwear and is constructed with a crown part or a main body of the headwear which is put on a user's head, a visor part attached to a front lower portion of the crown part to protect a user's face from a sunlight, a size adjusting part attached to a rear bottom portion of the crown part to adjust a size of the headwear to a size of the user's head and a headband attached to an inner peripheral bottom portion of the crown part to absorb sweat on the user's head.
  • The headwear has been reached not only to be used for the purpose of simply shielding the sunshine when taking exercise or in the open air, but also to be used as a means of fashion for people to express themselves as the headwear is widely used not only by athletes but also by general people of all ages and both sexes.
  • Therefore, logos or symbols such as numerals, characters, figures and pictures have been expressed in the headwear, and embroidery, printing and patch have been widely used to express the logos or the symbols.
  • However, these expressing methods are remained in an expression which is simply seen and the needs of the customers require more various improved expression methods.

  • The foregoing and/or other aspects of the present invention can be achieved by providing a headwear constructed with a crown part or a main body of the headwear fabricated of a plurality of panels; and a visor part attached to a front lower portion of the crown part, wherein some of the panels of the crown part includes two panels which are overlapped and attached to each other, and the inner panel of the two overlapped panels is partially cut according to a user's intension and the cut portion is removed from the inner panel, and the cut shape is shown from the outside of the crown through the outer panel.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The above and/or other aspects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent and more readily appreciated from the following description of the exemplary embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompany drawings, in which:
  • FIG. 1 is an external perspective view illustrating a headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 an internal perspective view illustrating the headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention; and
  • FIG. 3 is an exploded view of a portion of the headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention, where two panels are overlapped and attached to each other.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATIVE, NON-LIMITING EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION
  • Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below so as to explain the present invention by referring to the figures.
  • FIG. 1 is an external perspective view illustrating a headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 an internal perspective view illustrating the headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 3 is an exploded view of a portion of the headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention, where two panels are overlapped and attached to each other.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a crown part 1 or a main body of the headwear, and a visor part 2 attached to a front lower portion of the crown part 1 to a user's face from sunlight.
  • The crown part 1 includes a plurality of panels and, among these, the panels 3 and 4 placed at the front of the crown part 1 include respectively two panels which are overlapped and attached to each other. Inner panels 6 and 7 of the two overlapped panels have patterns 5 according to a user's intension.
  • The patterns 5 is expressed by cutting the patterns 5 according to a user's intension using a laser cutter and removing the cut portion from the inner panels 6 and 7. Examples of material for the panel may include general fabric, synthetic resin or every material which is used to make a headwear and can be cut by a laser cutter.
  • The patterns 5 removed according to the user's intension are shown from the outside of the headwear through the outer panels 3 and 4 of the two overlapped panels, thereby giving a feeling of beauty as if the patterns are hidden. Also, the patterns 5 according to the user's intension are clearly shown on the inner panels 6 and 7, thereby giving the feeling of beauty to the inside of the headwear. Consequently, sense of beauty of the headwear is more increased.
  • The portion of the crown part 1 where the two panels are overlapped to each other may be placed every portion of the crown part 1 besides the front portion of the crown part 1. Further, when the headwear according to the present invention is washed, outlines of the patterns 5 of the portion removed from the inner panels 6 and 7 can be seen more clearly.
  • When a user puts on the headwear according to the present invention, since the portion removed from the inner panel in a shape according to the user's intension is expressed on the outer panel of the portion where the two panels are overlapped on each other, an effect as if the patterns are hidden in the headwear is shown and thus gives feeling of beauty to the user to increase sense of beauty of the headwear.
  • As described above, the headwear according to the present invention includes a crown part or a main body of the headwear and a visor part attached to a front lower portion of the crown part, the panels of the crown part for expressing the design of the present invention is made so that two panels are overlapped and attached to each other, and the inner panel of the two overlapped panel has a pattern according to a user's intension by cutting the inner panel according to the pattern according to the user's intension and remove the cut portion. When the a user puts on the headwear according to the present invention, the pattern of the inner panel of the two overlapped panels is shown through the outer panel of the two overlapped panels and thus an effect as if the patterns are hidden in the headwear is shown to give feeling of beauty to the user. Also, the pattern is expressed not on the outer panel but on the inner panel, thereby giving unique effect of sense of beauty. Resultantly, there is an advantage of increasing more the effect of sense of beauty through the whole headwear of the present invention.
  • Although a few exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
