Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce de transmission en une seule pièce présentant une symétrie de rotation, en particulier d'une couronne de volant comprenant une pièce enveloppe (3) situé côté extérieur à laquelle se raccorde une bride coudée (4) orientée vers l'axe médian, ayant une épaisseur différente,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bride (4) est fabriquée par déformation d'une section périphérique d'une ébauche annulaire (1) et par diminution de ses parois sous pression, selon lequel, avant de comprimer la bride (4) on réalise une préforme conique de l'ébauche annulaire (1) à l'aide d'un outil de compression (5).
  2. Procédé conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moyen d'au moins un rouleau presseur (6) on obtient des épaisseurs et/ou des contours différents de la bride (4).
  3. Procédé conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on forme un moyeu concentrique sur la bride (4) par déformation à froid.
  4. Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on obtient le contour final de la bride au moyen d'un outil presseur.
  5. Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'ébauche annulaire (1) est calibrée avant la déformation.
