Claims (10)

  1. Récipient d'emballage en matière plastique pour la conservation de produits alimentaires pouvant être transvasés de préférence chauds, notamment récipient en matière plastique pour produit alimentaire, comprenant un couvercle (1) et un récipient (2) constituant une surface portante inférieure (3) avec un espace de logement limité par une paroi latérale (4), avec une jupe (7) courant le long d'une zone supérieure de la paroi latérale (4) et avec une fermeture de sécurité présentant une languette de sécurité (9) qui, une fois le récipient d'emballage rempli, doit être détachée par un consommateur pour la première ouverture, dans lequel le couvercle (1) formé comme un couvercle serré ou en cloche peut être fixé sur le bord supérieur du récipient, dans lequel la languette de sécurité (9) est formée transparente, dans lequel le récipient (2) présente entre un axe médian longitudinal (13) perpendiculaire à la surface portante inférieure (3) et une surface, éloignée de celui-ci, de la languette de sécurité (9) un indicateur visuel (14) pour rendre reconnaissable la languette de sécurité (9), caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur visuel est agencé à une hauteur avec la languette de sécurité et entre celles-ci et l'axe médian longitudinal.
  2. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (14) est formé au moins en partie par une partie du couvercle (1) qui est située entre la languette de sécurité (9) et l'axe médian longitudinal (19).
  3. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (14) est formé par une étiquette (6) du récipient d'emballage.
  4. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'étiquette (6) est produite par une technique d'étiquetage au moulage.
  5. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (4), à l'exception de nervures de stabilisation et en évitant d'autres parties en saillie, se transforme directement en un bord supérieur (18) et de préférence en un bord formé sous forme de bord soudé.
  6. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la jupe (7) et la partie la plus haute de la paroi latérale (4) forment avec le bord supérieur (18) un profil sensiblement en forme de n.
  7. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la languette de sécurité (9) est fixée à la jupe par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un point destiné à la rupture (22).
  8. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la languette de sécurité (9) est évasée vers l'extérieur.
  9. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, sur son côté intérieur éloigné de la languette de préhension du couvercle (1), un bord (10) du couvercle (1), bord relevé tout autour dudit couvercle, se transforme en un renflement (15) d'une surface plane de couvercle (20).
  10. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la languette de sécurité (9) est limitée sur les côtés par deux lobes de bord (11) qui pointent vers le haut à partir de la jupe (7) et qui agrandissent la zone autour de la languette de sécurité (9).
