Claims (12)
- Composition de nettoyage ou de détergent comprenanta) un ou plusieurs composants surfactants sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué :(i) d'alcools gras alcoxylés de formule générale (I) R1O(CnH2nO)XH (I), dans laquelle la composition comprend deux alcools gras alcoxylés différents, un mélange de R1aO(C2H4O)5-7H et de R1bO(C2H4O)12-16H, dans laquelle R1a et R1b peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent un résidu alkyle ou alcényle linéaire ou ramifié avec 15 à 20 atomes de carbone, de préférence avec 16 à 18 atomes de carbone,(ii) d'acides gras de formule générale (II) R2CO2M (II) et (iii) de surfactants anioniques, ou de mélanges de ceux-ci, dans laquelle R1 et R2 représentent indépendamment un résidu alkyle ou alcényle linéaire ou ramifié avec 8 à 22 atomes de carbone, n se trouve dans la plage de 1 à 5 et est de préférence 2 ou 3, x représente le degré d'alcoxylation se trouvant dans la plage de 5 à 25, et M représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un ion de métal alcalin ;b) une ou plusieurs sources d'alcalinité,c) de l'eau, etd) de 5 à 30 % en poids, sur la base de la totalité de la composition, d'un substitut du phosphate comprenant :i) un copolymère soluble dans l'eau comprenant au moins deux unités monomères insaturées aliphatiques différentes et ayant une capacité de dispersion du carbonate de calcium d'au moins 150 mg de CaCO3/g de copolymère etii) un agent chélateur multidenté comprenant de trois à six groupes de complexation par molécule et formant des complexes solubles dans l'eau avec des ions Ca2+, dans laquelle le rapport du copolymère sur l'agent chélateur se trouve dans la plage de plus de 1/1 à 3/1 (% en poids/% en poids sur la base de la totalité de la composition) et la composition est dépourvue de tout phosphate, silicate et composé à base de cellulose.
- Composition selon la revendication 1, comprenant de 6 à 27,5 % en poids, de préférence de 7,5 à 25 % en poids, et idéalement de 9 à 20 % en poids du substitut de phosphate.
- Composition selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la capacité de dispersion du carbonate de calcium du copolymère est d'au moins 175 mg de CaCO3/g de copolymère, de préférence d'au moins 200 mg de CaCO3/g, de manière davantage préférée d'au moins 250 mg de CaCO3/g et idéalement dans la plage de 280 à 320 mg de CaCO3/g.
- Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle les deux unités monomères aliphatiques insaturées différentes ou plus sont sélectionnées dans le groupe constitué de l'acide acrylique, de l'acide méthacrylique, de l'acide maléique, de l'anhydride maléique et de l'acide fumarique, ou des sels de ceux-ci, une unité monomère aliphatique insaturée étant de préférence l'acide maléique ou les sels de celui-ci et la seconde unité monomère aliphatique insaturée étant de préférence l'acide acrylique ou les sels de celui-ci.
- Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle l'agent chélateur est un acide polycarboxylique ou un sel de celui-ci, de préférence sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de l'acide hydroxyéthylènediaminetriacétique (HEDTA), de l'acide diéthylènetriaminepentaacétique (DTPA), de l'acide méthylglycinediacétique (MGDA), de l'acide glutamique-N,N-diacétique (GLDA), de l'acide iminodisuccinique (IDSA), de l'acide hydroxyiminodisuccinique (HIDS), de l'acide éthylènediaminodisuccinique (EDOS), de l'acide aspartique-N,N-diacétique (ASDA), des sels de ceux-ci et des mélanges de ceux.
- Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle la composition est dépourvue d'acide éthylènediaminetétraacétique (EDTA), d'acide nitrilotriacétique (NTA) et de tout composé contenant du silicium.
- Composition selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le surfactant anionique est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué des alkyl sulfates en C8-C18, des alkyl éther sulfates en C8-C18, des alkyl sulfonates en C8-C18, des α-oléfinesulfonates en C8-C18, des acides gras sulfonés en C8-C18, des alkylbenzènesulfonates en C8-C18, des mono- et di-esters sulfosucciniques en C1-C12, des carboxylates d'éther d'alkylpolyglycol en C8-C18, des N-acyl taurides en C8-C18, des N-sarconisates en C8-C18, des alkyl iséthionates en C8-C18, et des mélanges de ceux.
- Composition selon la revendication 1 ou 7, dans laquelle la source d'alcalinité est sélectionnée dans le groupe constitué de l'hydroxyde de sodium, de l'hydroxyde de potassium, du carbonate de sodium, du carbonate de potassium, ou de mélanges de ceux-ci, et de préférence est présente en une quantité de 3 à 90 % en poids, de manière davantage préférée de 5 à 50 % en poids, sur la base de la totalité de la composition.
- Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle la composition comprend en outre des additifs sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué de modificateurs du pH, d'agents antimicrobiens, de modificateurs de la viscosité, d'azurants optiques, de solvants organiques, d'agents de blanchiment, d'activateurs de blanchiment, de colorants, d'un parfum, d'agents antimousses compatibles avec des membranes, d'inhibiteurs de la corrosion, d'enzymes et de leurs mélanges.
- Procédé de lavage de textiles utilisant une composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'eau usée accumulée durant la totalité du processus de lavage ou des parties de celui-ci est purifiée dans un processus de filtration utilisant au moins une unité de filtration à membrane, ledit processus de filtration comprenant de préférence au moins une étape d'osmose inverse.
- Utilisation d'une composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, en tant que détergent dans des machines à laver de blanchisserie et/ou domestiques, en tant qu'agent de nettoyage et/ou de lavage de la vaisselle.
